Costco located in Walldorf has ample parking and offers a variety of products. What stands out the most is the consistent kindness of an employee named Nicole, who always provides professional service with a warm smile.Although I once considered switching to another Costco due to a rude employee at the customer service center, Nicole's demeanor has made me want to stay.As a five-year veteran, I hope to continue seeing her friendly face during my visits. While I won't mention the name of the rude employee, I trust the store manager to make the right decisions and recruit excellent staff.Also, what do you think about expanding the variety of chicken wings with flavors like spicy and super spicy?I often purchase them, and I believe offering spicier options could increase sales. I wonder what others think about this idea."

We have been using this Costco since we moved from Florida in Oct 2023 and we love it. It has always been clean and organized, employees are always willing to help, and if things are out of stock they seem to be restocked quickly. The only downside is that when it's busy, it is PACKED and no buggies available.

I watched this person ( in the photo) load half the machine with raw chicken one by one. She proceed to put the trays they go in as well as the rib trays on the table, and handling everything else without changing the raw chicken gloves.She even put her hands with those contaminated gloves on inside the big black gloves she took the meat out of the machine with. Then use the same contaminated raw chicken gloves after she took off the big black gloves to put the lids on the food as well as put the weight and price on it. as you can see in the photo, she still using the same contaminated, raw chicken gloves, while handling the pen and clipboard.On top of that you can barely ask her for any kind of service or questions as she is a very unhappy and a rude person in generally responding to you.

This is a typical Costco. However, I have to say that the Optical place is exceptional. Exceptional service and EVERYONE working there is really friendly and/or helpful. I'm sure I learned more there in 15 minutes than I have anywhere else.

I shop for groceries mostly and buy gas. There are not many employees available in the different areas of the store to ask questions. You have to go to the front of the store to find a person. Otherwise, members can casually browse around till they find what they are looking for or maybe something they had intended on buying at all. Get it?

Every week I comff we buy my groceries here at this location I wish there was another one near the staff have no idea how to give great customer service cashiers rude like we don’t pay for our membership. I prefer pizza before I started shopping and on top of that I checked out and I had to wait 30-35 min it getting rediculous the wait time on top of that my son got sick . Very disappointed they need to do better we spent on membership on top of our groceries every week better customer service and faster service

I enjoy shopping at Costco Wholesale. It is always clean and the employees at my time of visit are very helpful and friendly. It is always a joy for me hunting down the Bobby Approved items. LOL 😆.

Love Costco! Great gas prices! The only complaint is the produce section, it often has spoiled fruits/veggies and as expensive as food has gotten, I always return bad produce! It's inconvenient to return so I seldom buy in this department now.

Worst Costco I’ve shopped at. Costco Corporate needs to perform an audit of the Brandywine location to fix its poor customer service and inefficient warehouse operations. Long lines to check out & exit the building (no matter what time of day), several empty boxes scattered across aisles, and product shelves are empty. Several food court items are unavailable. These are all recurring issues at this location. I’ve been a Costco member for 15+ years and have never shopped at a more inefficient and low stocked Costco.

Very rude customer service. Manager and coworker had very nasty attitude and trash customer service. I asked a simple question and instead of saying “I don’t know” she kept trying to give me the run around. Then I saw and heard said manager talking about our encounter to another coworker and customer. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!

Update (September 2021 Post COVID-19) This is an excellent Costco. Always well stocked and the employees are helpful and friendly. This one isn't crazy busy during the weekday like other locations but it is busy on weekends especially Saturday which is normal.They have already started placing Christmas decorations out. These porcelain Christmas Trees are a great deal. These are astronomically priced other places I’ve seen.

11/03/23- horrible customer service. I send my husband to buy some groceries because I can’t go out because I recently had surgery. I won’t be able to go out for a fews weeks. So they took away my husband shopping car with everything on it.didn’t let him pay for it because he is not the member. He explained to them that he is my husband and why i couldn’t go. They didn’t care. I called my husband and i requested to speak to a manager and she refused to talk to me. I heard her telling my husband that there was nothing to talk about. Absolutely disrespectful to treat your members like that. It’s stupid for them to act like that. I

The woman that answered the phone in the administrative line/office today a little before a 11am was EXTREMELY RUDE. She wouldn’t let me finish a question to get clarity. She repeatedly talked over me. She should be ashamed of her behavior. Once, my issue is resolved I will not visit this store moving forward.

A $60 dollar membership is well worth it, my gas ⛽️ is only $3.52 a gallon…. And the savings you get on the inside can’t be beat by other general grocery stores.

Of the dozen or so Costcos I’ve been to, the food court at this one is the worst. Every time we are there we see people abandon orders. They habitually have items unavailable for purchase. Their full pizzas make huge bubbles while cooking, causing burnt flakes all over the pizza and large areas without cheese or toppings.

The store is well-stocked and clean. Some of the free sample people leave something to be desired. They practically smack my son’s hand when he takes a sample nearly every time, and I’m always right next to him. It’s not like he is a toddler. The greeters and cashiers are always great. The carts are always stocked and clean.

—This is for the cell phone retailer inside Costco—Wireless advocates is the company.We traveled to Costco to buy a new phone with Verizon. We waited a good 30 minutes and no one greeted us. I noticed a girl on a phone sitting down near us. I assumed she was a customer. Then I saw her name tag, Alita. She ignored us while scrolling on her phone, then when I asked her if she worked there, she stated “yeeeuh” and kept scrolling.This lazy person does not deserve a job.
