I love this place. They are great with cats and dogs. They do splendid work they donate their hard work and time. They really do care about the animals and put them first. They do trap and release vaccinations / spay and neutter. The prices are so much better than that of a normal vet and for people like me on a fixed income. I highly recommend promise animal league they are hands down 💯 percent the best in my opinion 👌. I also plan on donating some $ to them to support them.

I dropped my dog off in the morning to get spayed. The trailer is located in the back of a warehouse and you wait in line in your car to be checked in. The staff was friendly and very informative with any questions I had. My dog was ready a few hours later. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I have used them for a spay and neuter of cats. Always had a great experience. I highly recommend. Texting is how you make the appointment. It's a little strange at first but they are amazing!

Outstanding organization and staff. They really care about the animals we in trust them with. Unbeknownst to me, my Chihuahua still had baby teeth that needed to be removed to make way for her adult teeth. Dr Flagg noticed this and removed them as well as correcting her umbilical hernia and spaying her. They alleviated my concerns when she was a little more talkative afterwards and they made sure she wasn't in any pain. PALs is such a blessing!

I have used these amazing people ever since I moved up to hagerstown. The people dr. Flagg has now is just amazing. They truly care about animals..as someone who worked in the vet field these people are truly amazing. They helped my son with his sick cat...possibly end of life and they took their time and truly showed my son compassion. The true meaning of veterinary care. Thank you guys for everything you do. I know this field is exhausting and you guys have so many animals you help. Truly thank you for giving us the love, the time, and most of all the compassion most veterinary practices lack. I truly look forward to having you guys look after our other cats and will always highly recommend all if you. Thank you again for all that you do. We all love you guys! ❤️

Dropped my cat off to be spayed pick up start at 5:30 she was ready to go right when I arrived she was loopy the first night back but she's been turning back fairly quickly with no issues. Highly recommend

When using google maps, its around back. Cars line up. If going for a sick visit, it’s best not to arrive until 4:45-5pm as the Vet is still doing surgeries until then. Brought a rescue kitten here for a double eye infection. They treated her for that and chest congestion. Gave us meds, all for $55. Great deal, so grateful!!! Walk-in option is wonderful. Thank you!! Took away one star as I wish they had more detailed information on their website and someone answered the phone. Otherwise, great service and they work very hard!!

The fabulous peeps at ToTheResq with a lovely lady named Ruth helped aid in getting one of my beautiful fur babies fixed here ,they were super nice here and were very helpful in answering questions etc. Super friendly and fair priced as well .💞

For being a low cost HIGH DEMAND facility who is always packed with appointments these techs are the nicest people around! They smile and greet you with kindness and compassion. They go above and beyond standing outdoors in the elements to check everyone in and answer endless questions. They put in long hours into the night! All of that and they smile and thank you for bringing in the animals. Just genuine people all around! Thank you so much for all y'all do for the community!!

Nice ppl ,reasonable prices ,however the one time I went down early for shots at 2 pm to wait I know it's at 3pm for walk ins the girl told me I'd have to wait about 3hrs best to come back tue or wed I completely understand vets being in middle of surgery the girl said maybe they will get to me. I said I'm not waiting here for 3 hrs before seen in the cold with my littles she said let me see if vet can get you in between surgery. Apparently it was all good at 3pm I was done. Other then that. Love this place an all they do for the fur puppers an fur parents. Thank you. I came down on Nov 20th ,2023 for shots but also ask the girl if the vet could take a minute an check a lump on my doggies chest just a quick look the girl told me vet didn't have time I said just a quick peek she said no didn't have time I said ok then I'll just get the shots

Brought in a neighbor's outdoor cat that was injured and had developed an abscess. He was also overdue on vaccines and a general wellness check up.I arrived a little before 3PM and was promptly greeted and provided intake paperwork. The women I spoke with was kind and professional. I expressed concern over the cat's reaction to having the wound examined and asked if anesthetics were available. They aren't, but it turns out they weren't needed.Despite the cat flipping out during the examination, the staff was able to shave and clean the area. I don't know how they did it but they did and I'm grateful!Afterwards, I was given plenty of supplies to care for the wound at home, plus explanations for everything I received. For what I got out of that visit, the price was very reasonable.What really touched me was that a week later, I received a text from the staff asking after the little guy's health. In the ensuing conversation, they provided information on other low-cost clinics that can provide services Promise Animal League cannot.I'm sold on this clinic; the staff cares about the animals they see and go above and beyond to provide high-quality care.

The wait can be extremely long. We waited about 3 hours in line for a pre exam check up. But they did an amazing job taking tumors out of our little rat terrier for $900 less than what another place was going to charge. Very kind and caring vets. Without this wonderful place who knows if we would have been able to get our sweet little dog the care she needed. I also like that they communicate thru text. With kids bouncing around phone calls are a pain. Absolutely would recommend this place. Just plan ahead so you are not bored waiting.

I took my 2 kitties for their 3 year rabies vaccinations and Promise gave them their vaccinations and didn't have any problems. I recommend this place for any medical needs for our furbabies. Prices are very reasonable!

Provides an amazing service to the community!! Recently moved to the area 2 years ago and I have taken 3/4 of my monsters here for vaccines and the staff was great with them. My husky is a bit "extra" and they managed him. [He is a work in progress]

The wait is long but I couldn't be anymore thankful, they gave my rescued boys their shots for super cheap! They were polite and explained things to me well. Definitely will take my dogs there again!

Took my daughter 3mth Chihuahua to promise league on 9-14-2023 for her 2nd 5 in one distemper vaccine and 2nd dewormer dose. We got her home and within a few hours she dropped over collapsed started seizuring and stopped breathing. We called emergency vet which the closest is almost a 45 min drive and they explained step by step how to perform CPR on her which sadly didn't work before we could get her anywhere she died in our arms. She was perfectly fine happy and healthy prior till going to promise league vet and now my 9yr old daughter emotional support puppy is dead something isn't right and now we are devastated and our daughter is beyond devastated and heartbroken. I just don't understand and think something should be done. I have contacted them but still awaiting on a response back from promise league.
