outstanding service as usual! I feel like every time I run into an issue with another pharmacy they are there to help and fix the situation completely. I have never had issues coming here and prefer this location out of all the other pharmacies in the Boonsboro area.Also, they have very kind staff! I actually get smiles from them.

Wow! What fantastic service I received from the pharmacist at Boonsboro pharmacy! My vet called in an emergency prescription and the pharmacist called me directly to make sure I understood the dosage to give my pet. Thank you for helping us!

Front staff is fine. Phamacist fills Rx's quickly, but has no clue of fentanyl crisis and thinks pd or fire response is quicker than Narcan. Place is still blaming supply chain on under ordering. They probably don't want to be robbed. No mailing service. Limited Narcan availability. Try Weis.

Boonsboro Pharmacy is simply amazing! Your prescriptions are always accurate and on time. Fantastic staff who go above and beyond to help you. It's a great feeling to walk into the store and be called by name. The store is like a Hallmark and pharmacy combined. Everything from aspirin to jewelry! Great prices and selection. The Bargin Room is the best kept secret around . Loads of items at fantastic prices . Do yourself a favor and check it out .

I've been using this pharmacy for years and never had a complaint until today. Today I went in to pick up a prescription for my daughter prescribed by her eye doctor who also advised I should get a gel pad/heating pad for her eye as a wash cloth wouldn't stay warm enough. When asking for recommendations, the pharmacist on duty belittled the idea that anyone would ever ask for something like that for an eye. Last time I checked, a pharmacist wasn't an eye doctor. Obviously anyone with half a brain would make sure the pad wasn't too hot before placing over the eye. When they thought I left the pharmacy, they continued to talk and laugh about it. I believe I'll take my business elsewhere going forward.

Always a pleasure going in to store. Great selection of healthcare, medicines and supplements, health and beauty products. Also, special and unique gifts for any occasion or holiday. Customer service is always wonderful. Lines, if any, move quickly. Recommend popping in!!

Very friendly staff, who do their best to help you pick the right medication and help you know how best to take it as well. The store itself has a bit of everything. It's almost like a dollar store without the groceries but with a hometown store feel. The next time we need a prescription filled we will most likely be coming here. They also advertise free home delivery for prescriptions.

Called last week to sign up for a Covid vaccine. They pre-screened me and told me I qualified. When they asked for my address, and heard I lived in Baltimore, she said she had to put me on hold. Came back on 2 minutes later, and told me I couldn't get a shot there because of where I lived. Really disappointing. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

People still need to drop off and pick up thier medicine on Sundays. The world doesn't stop because its Sunday.If Sunday hours doesn't resume soon, ..then goodbye Boonsboro pharmacy. Other pharmacy's willing to go the extra mile. The 80's are over, welcome to 2020.
