I bought a fairly good set of knives at least 10 yrs ago. I bought several sharpeners that never did the job. They have a neat sharpener that you’ll cut yourself with if you’re not careful. Learning how to cut with a dull knife is dangerous when you’re using a really sharp one. The store is minutes away and carry everything you need and more. Customer service is excellent.

They carry Milwaukee hand and power tools! Prices are in line with Home Depot and Lowe's. They have all the regular hardware you would expect from a smalltown Ace Hardware that makes a run to the box stores unnecessary in most cases. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, as usual. The only thing I wish they carried was lumber. I needed 2x4's, 2x2's, plywood, and foam board insulation.

Such a warm and welcoming staff! Employees are knowledgeable & were able to assist me with ease. I was pleasantly surprised by the large inventory (and range) of products! So happy to have an Ace in Boonsboro!

I walked in and the kid with the mustache behind the paint counter looked at me and said “are you going to buy anything?” I was in working clothes (work in crawlspaces) so I guess he took me for a vagrant or something. Next thing I know, some other kid is trailing behind me while I shop, all up in my personal space, asking if he can help me find anything. Never experienced such a level of disrespect. Guess these kids don’t know what real working class looks like. Despite the convenience of the location, I’ll just go back to Home Depot.
