If you work here, make sure not to get sick, don't call off for any viewings/funerals, don't expect any type of promotion after working there for 18+ months. My grandma died while I was on shift & my manager gave me 5 minutes to cry outside. I was admitted to the hospital in December & they cut me down to12-18 hours a week when I came back. When I was suspended, I was never told until I had wasted gas & time to get to work just to be told right before I clocked in, TWICE. Had an employee walk OUT on my shift & NO repercussions yet I'm suspended for a viewing.. management is an absolute joke.

Every time I stop in here. Which has only been a hand full of times since they opened everyone seems so unfriendly. Tonight the one chick behind the counter was just rude. I walked up and said hello she didnt even speak just glared at another employee to wait on me. So she walks up to the register and says hey down here. What happened to hi can I help you?

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Fresh food, although sometimes hot food sits in the warming pans a bit too long. Overall a very clean, well run place!

The Soft touch car wash was very poor for $13 I was quite disappointed. You can see in my picture it simply didn’t even touch the top half of the back window. The gas station and AC&T on the other hand are great.

My daughter loves their egg and cheese English muffin. They have Stevia for coffee, which is rare, and they got it because a customer asked if they could.

Diane was very rude to me. She needs to have better customer service skills. And the past 2 times I have ordered food they have gotten my order wrong. 1st time they forgot my wedges and and roll that went with my meal. Then tonight I ordered a steak n cheese sub; and they put mushrooms on my sub when I didnt ask for mushrooms. They need to get it together.

Stopped in cuz hubby had a craving for Chicken Livers. Not my thing, but a home style dinner sounded good; so I got fried chicken, mashed potatoes n gravy, green beans, and added some Apple Crisp for dessert. When the weather's nice, we like to eat it fresh & hot right outside. But the entrées come in microwave safe containers, if you prefer to wait till you get home to eat. Either way, it's always so good, it's easy to forget it actually came from a gas station!🤯😋

Levi (boy with red hair) is an OUTSTANDING employee and should either be promoted and/or given a raise! He's the most professional, attentive and kind employee that I've ever dealt with in there. The fried chicken/mash potatoes/green beans were great too!

Love the fried chicken and fried chicken livers, mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese. A great place to stop last minute for dinner when I don't want to cook. Very convenient and satisfying menu.

There is food here?? Maps doesn't really show that this is a full featured gas station, there is a bit of a restaurant inside with some seating. I think also wifi. I had chicken strips. There is also breakfast food like egg on toast. There is coffee and a big cream selection, but sadly no non dairy cream. That was all it was missing. Lots of drink refrigerators. Some hot and cold teas also. It is a good place to stop if you need to hurry up and drive.

I am almost 50 years old and have several vehicles. I have been to quite a few car washes in my time. Ac&t Car Wash does a phenomenal I am super impressed and this is now my favorite car wash.

Pour management at this store. Multiple issues multiple times. If you want no customer service come to Boonsboro MD AC&T. I have ran out of fingers to count the number of times my orders have been messed up from this store and the number of times the manager Tina has let me down. I will never order from this place again. Example, placed an order today it was messed up called it in was told give us 10 to 15 again to fix our discrepancy to wait 30 minutes. Totalone and a halve hours to not even get our food because by then who would really want food that should of been done an hour earlier...

They have inside bathrooms and there very very clean... all the employees are very very nice... there prices are very fair... i have never had a problem with there service or there food... if your down that way I recommend you stop there and check this place out for yourself..

Terrible Service ! Very Rude And Disrespectful Employees ! Cashiers Seem Like They Have Not Been Properly Trained ! Was In There This Morning And Asked For Menthol Cigarettes and Ended Up With Non Menthol Obviously They Cant Distinguish Red From Green Smh ! Call In To Have The Problem Fixed And Was Told Theres Really Not Much They Can Do ! Looks Like I'll Drive The Extra 15 Mins To Go To Sheetz From Now On !
