I won’t take my dogs anywhere else!!

Just had the exact opposite experience at the local Petco down the street so this was extra appreciated. Always find high quality supplies and associates here.

This Petsmart is fantastic. They always have what we need and the staff, grooming and retail are always top notch. Have not had a bad experience in this store ever! Kudos to a great establishment. Our Smudge always comes out of here happy.

Took my pup for grooming today the grooming team was so kind and attentive and overall patient with my pup. Will be coming here from now on have gone to Salisbury before where they’ve turned us down twice bc his hair was not short enough to groom? Recommend this location!

We come here for all of our dog’s needs - grooming included. The store is clean, and very well stocked, and we’ve never had an issue finding what we needed for our 150lb dog. The staff here are very kind and helpful, and their grooming department is amazing. We’ve been taking my dog here for almost 2 years, and have received nothing but the best service. The employees are well trained, knowledgeable, and we have never had an issue. I would highly recommend them!

I usually every Sunday order crickets and pick them up with no problem. A guy at the store that I believed to be one of the managers there rudely asks me for my ID for just ordering cricket online that were already payed for. I never have had this problem only when he is there this happens. The other woman manager and employees never give me problems it’s only him. They know me by now I come there EVERY Sunday to order online, pay for them and pick them up. I can see If im am buying alcohol or cannabis but I am not I am buying just crickets. I should not have to be carded for that EVERY SINGLE TIME and he is there. They don’t card you anywhere else where you order and pick up stuff like at Walmart it should still be like that in all stores. he is there I have to deal with that and that I should not have too. I contacted the people about this but they are not willing to bend for people that go there ALL the time and especially for people with hidden disabilities. For now Unfortunately I have to go here for crickets since they’re the only place I know that is cheapest and have the right size. Now I have to go every time on edge feeling uncomfortable and frustrated because they know me and Still ask for my ID.I go there ALL the time every Sunday that something will happen. I’m going to try and look for another place because this is ridiculous!

The management at the PetSmart in Berlin have no idea what they are doing and it doesn't make any sense and it's ridiculous that you have to show a ID there to get crickets for your pet lizards.I contacted corporate andits not part of their PetSmart company policy??So how does that make any sense at all??

Great service, I bought fish here to cycle my tank for an axolotl. I bought minnows here, they told us not to put their water in the tank and why, and they even told us a good place to buy axolotls.

Best pet big brand store in the area. Always clean and all of the associates are friendly. I come here because it is the only local pet store that maintains a cricket colony, rather than only selling bug boxes 🐛 where half of the bugs are dead by the time you get it home. Prices are a bit on the higher end compared to ordering from Chewy, but typical for PetSmart.

They take care of my 2 Yorkies at the grooming salon very well. I've had problems with other PetSmart's but this location always seems to tame my anxious animals enough to give them a FANTASTIC haircut! The cashier's and staff are always super nice to. Good things are being done here.

This store is way better than Salisbury location. The Salisbury location has hardly no fish section any more. Only a little tiny wall section unlike they use to have.

I love this store! We shop here for all things dog and cat related. They often have discounted cat food, so we are able to let our cat try some of the more expensive brands. We have taken our English bulldog Lucy to have her nails clipped twice by Anna in the grooming department. She is so sweet, gentle, and does an amazing job! Thank you Anna!! We love you! Lucy loves you!

I bought two Guinea pigs from this store and both were very sick. I got my one 4 years ago and he almost died and then I bought another recently and he was sick. I spent over $120 at the vet and he feels so awful he can’t even eat, I’m syringe feeding him. I was also told that he was older than what he is..I was told 3/12-4 months but my vet said he’s definitely under 12 weeks…not that it’s a problem but the poor baby probably needed more mommy time. They need to take better care of their animals or hire people who know what they are doing and loves animals. I will buy supplies from here but I don’t recommend buying an animal..I would definitely consider a breeder. I’m buying my 3rd through a breeder because they take better care of the animals and they don’t get sick.

This is a nice, smaller PetSmart store. Very clean and tidy and the staff has always been extremely friendly. Yesterday I tried a newer offering from PetSmart. I shopped and purchased online and then stopped by the store to pick up my order which was waiting for me at the front checkout. It was a seamless, easy and very convenient experience. I will definitely do this again! By shopping online I was able to compare prices, see ratings and even see product availability. I love this new option!

Had my senior dog groomed today by Victoria. My dog is a longhair dachshund with back issues. Victoria and Melissa were extremely kind and gentle with her. She did a great job on grooming my dog. Would recommend Victoria to everyone. Upon arriving a gentleman greeted me right away & let the groomers know their appointment had arrived. While I was walking around the store 3 people asked if I needed any help or had questions. Which I did and was given suggestions. I ended purchasing extra dog supplies that I normally order online. The cost was equal to what I pay online too. The store was clean & organized.

I took my dog to be groomed. He has anxiety issues so I was worried how he would behave. The staff was awesome with him. When I picked him up, not only did he look great, he had a report card that he was nervous but did well. They took good care of him! I will definitely be going back and highly reccomend their grooming service!
