If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. Waited on hold for 43 minutes just to be hung up on. When I called back I was told the pharmacy had closed to 2 PM although the recording kept telling me I was the next caller in line. I called at 4:20 PM.

What’s going on this place? I just went in to make a purchase and the person who checked me out didn’t respond to my hello or my how are you and then put my change on the counter instead of handing it to me even though I was holding my hand out for him to hand it to me. The clerk was a 6’ black male with his face painted like a cirque de Soleil performer with 3” long fingernails just in case Anyone from corporate Actually reads this and decides to check into it.

Is any medication actually in stock here? I’m forced to use this for my dad’s scripts but man you’d think someone with reoccurring prescriptions would signal to have it in stock like ever… I mean thank god it isn’t life threatening to miss a day here and there..

I have never ever had an issue with this pharmacy. Always have my prescriptions ready and have been made to feel like more than just a customer. No one has ever been rude and always more than happy to help if I’ve had an issue with a prescription (which are many). Just wanted to thank them!

I called to ask a question a out reloading NETSPEND. I never got anyone to answer the phone it said to leave a message. My daughter also says people behind the registers are rude.

Thank God! I checked out their closing hours for weekends & sees that they're closed on weekends. All the negative comments about Riverside Walgreens are accurate. I refilled all my medications via teleprompter. Just to go there & learned none of my meds was refilled. I has to do it in person. I was the only one there & was told they will be ready in 2 hours time. So I left. One point of time. All my meds was refilled in 30 minutes time. Only two staffs working & their closing hours totally ridiculous. They said 6pm but will be closed at 5:30 pm. 🙄 What time they expect us picking our meds with such ridiculous closing hours & they're close on freaking weekends as well. What a freaking joke 😳 Using Covid-19 as an excuse for not hiring workers 🙄

If you depend on any medications don't risk your life on this place because they don't care. They already had ridiculous hours during the week and closed weekends but I just now learned Friday hours are now 2pm to 6pm!

Would give zero stars if possible. This pharmacy won’t fill ordered prescriptions and won’t answer the phone. Even when I called at 4pm I was on hold for literally 45 minutes before I gave up.Anyone who gets medications/care here should switch to another pharmacy. The fact that this pharmacy is in charge of distributing life-saving medications to patients is very scary.

I found out that the Pharmacy close at 5:30 during the week when I told the tech I could pick up my med around 6:00. She told me at that time they close at 5:30. They never sent a call to their customers to inform us. There's one female in the pharmacy with the worse attitude. Her facial expressions and her tone let's you know, she dies not want to be bothered. I have transferred my meds to another location. Plus, they are closed on weekends. There's a Urgent Care in the same shopping center that stays open until 8:00 pm, so getting your needed med filled at this pharmacy location is out of the equation. NEVER WILL I GET MY MEDICINE FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!

This pharmacy has proven to be the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Not open on weekends and it closes at 6. They have consistent staffing issues causing it to close even on the normal hours. I’ve been waiting on a prescription for 3 days now, still not filled. Every time you go it’s just luck of the draw whether it’s open and if it is there’s a 30% chance your prescription isn’t filled. I need to find another place…

Sent in a scrip got all the notifications that it was ready. Email and app. Husband (left work early) goes to pick it up. No scrip....😡 And closing at 5 or 5:30 on week days and closed all day Saturday and Sunday really!!!! So I guess I'll just go to Beards Hill where I have never had an issue! Why be open at all riverside🙄 The least you could do is banking hours on the weekend.

Pharmacy stinks despite COVID being over. Hours are restricted to M-F 9:30-6pm no weekend hours making getting medicine from them idiotically rediculous. Bankers keep better hours at least there is a drive through and an ATM with the bank.

Save yourself a trip- and maybe your health and do not use this pharmacy- I have waited 3 days for antibiotics for my daughter.Being told to come back in 20 minutes ( 8 trips later) 3 wrong prescriptions filled. still don’t have it - to top it off- they are rude

Constantly having trouble with my rx being filled. Called and they say things are in process and then call later and it's like they just throw the request away telling me they had not received it even though I know they did. When I call to check on something I end up having to call back multiple times do to people hanging up on my after spending anywhere from 10-15 minutes on hold. Will never be going back to this location. It is so wrong to treat people the way they do when it comes to medical stuff

They don't care about customer service. I told them I had another appt. Told me 15 min but was there for an hour. Asked the girl how much longer and she blatantly ignored me. Then later told me I could leave if I wanted.

I made an appointment to get vaccinated and at first I did not see an organization but when I asked them they responded with kindness and they helped me without any gesture that said otherwise, they were very excellent from the cashier to the pharmacy, I am Latino and By the way, I do not see that I don't speak English well all the time.
