My babies LOVE LOVE LOVE Heather! We take them every two weeks just so they can have a date with their girl. Both of my boys go crazy as soon as we ask if they are ready to see their girl! Heather is awesome and so patient! She is an expert at getting mats out. Extremely honest and fair! Thank you Heather!

Anita is a gentle and pure human who loves her clients (pups) like they are her own. My husky, Milan, faithfully visited Anita at another grooming location, not associated with this company. We lost touch when her journey with that company ended abruptly through no fault her own. I called this location hoping to find better groomers as the previous company always had different people working. I called this location and after giving my name Anita said my name sounded Familiar and asked my pups name. This pure soul said “oh my god you have my baby, I’m going to cry”. I was nearly moved to tears seeing the reunion between her and my precious dog. The love she has for these dogs runs deeper than a river. And I am so happy to have found her. The store itself is magnificent and offers a wide range of pet items big and small. Food, toys, treats, special desserts, bedding, everything. The company is amazing on its own but finding Anita, soely by chance, was absolutely meant to be and I cannot be happier to have a new grooming home. Cheers all!! I brought my puppy here to be groomed for the first time. He is 70 lbs, 9 months old, and a huge ball of energy. The groomer ( I forgot her name) was absolutely amazing with him. She was very patient with him, and made sure he was comfortable. He was a little scared of the table and blow dryer, but she took her time to make sure he warmed up and was okay. He is so soft and smells so good. He's shedding less, which was our main goal. We will definitely be back!

It is impossibly difficult to get in touch with their grooming department. I was able to schedule an appointment for my dogs and the groomer was so sweet over the phone. However, the groomer ended up being sick and they had to cancel my appointment. The person who texted me said she would call me back the following day to reschedule but never did. Over the course of a week I called 4 times and left 3 voicemails and nothing. I finally decided to text them on the line they texted me for the cancellation and still got nothing. Wish I would have known this and not wasted two weeks on chasing them down to only have to reach out to a different groomer.

I have been using Pet Nirvana’s services for awhile now. The groomers are very knowledgeable and do an amazing job. They take good care of my pup while she is there. The staff for the store are very knowledgeable and helpful too. I like that each staff member has a little bit of knowledge for each section of the store; grooming, dog food, and making an order.

Had a great experience at Pet Nirvana! The staff was helpful and friendly. Awesome selection of healthy dog food at really good prices. I got 20% off by texting NIRVANA to 22452. And now my dog gets a free treat on his Birthday!

Stopped in to pick up dog food. No one in the store front area. I wanted to ask some questions since I there are no prices on the large bags of dog food, and the last time I was in it said $48 below the bag, but was charged $64 . I waited and then left. Sweet little grey striped kitty tried to help which is why you got two starts. Also there was a mostly empty pallet tripping hazard left on the floor.

I took my doggie to Pet Nirvana in Belcamp. I am very pleased with them. I was a little apprehensive about taking her there because of a few bad reviews. The ladies in there were great. Already scheduled her next appointment for December, plus her brother will be going too.

We took our Roxy in to see HEATHER today to get groomed & she did such an amazing job!! We will be going to her from here on out! Thank you, Heather!!! Everyone at Pet Nirvana is so knowledgeable, and soo nice!!! We always shop there & Ive had Kash groomed at the Churchville location, but now that they are right across the St from us, Im sooooo stoked!!! I highly recommend them for all of your pets needs!!

I love this store Always so friendly . Have this finicky cat Layla very prissy and picky of what she eats never ever liked snacks and they suggested Fussy cat and Stella and Chewy soft cat food she LOVES it. and she is now eating Pure Bites treats . I love this place and the people that work here are so incredible helpful and Cheerful . Thank you Pet Nirvana ❤️

We were driving to NYC,stop to stretch our legs and stumbled on this pet boutique. The staff is awesome and the selection in there high-end. Our blue nose Athena and I went in just to look around and they have everything I feed her, use for her and GOAT MILK. To bad Pet Nirvana isn't in NYC. Definitely a place for your furbaby. Also they groom and deliver within the 🇺🇸.

Even though I work here, I love it. Ive worked here for almost a year now and learning about how important an animal diet is im grateful. My dog and best friend Spartacus is 16 about to be 17 and changing his diet and eating habits has helped him alot. He's gained weight and having solid perfect stools and pooping blood has no longer been an issue for 6- 8 months now and moving around better I am so grateful for the owner Kary for giving me a opportunity and grateful for my dude Spartacus being a trooper

Tried to go there today. Really needed some pet food. Supposedly OPEN until 6PM. Got there at 5:20 PM the OPEN sign was still on lights on. Doors were locked, knocked, nobody in sight. Tried calling nobody answers. Thanks guys

Don't waste your.time going here. Told to come over at a certain time to get my dogs taken care of and standing there for 15 minutes only finally told you have to come back and thanks south for stressing my babies out. WIll NEVER BE THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
