A quick and casual smoothie/smoothie bowl spot with a few other food options. I ordered the Blissful smoothie bowl and they were very accommodating when I asked to swap out some of the fruit. The sandwich options were pretty standard but the Sriracha chicken sandwich was great. This was my first visit. The exterior Organic sign is what attracted me; however, the interior says "Zvault." This restaurant used to be a bank, so Zvault is a play on that interesting fact. Zvault is also the name of their website, but hey, if they like it, I love it! Their menu is very limited. They had mostly smoothies and a few sandwich options. I ordered one of their most popular smoothies that is made with orange juice, and it tasted like I was drinking orange juice. The restaurant was clean and has a drive through. They have two unisex bathrooms with wheelchair accessible signs on them, but I recall having to step up on a curve to enter the restaurant, so I am not sure about the wheel chair accessability. The bathroom was clean too, with free sanitary napkins. The walls were decorated with currency; however, I did not see any African currency. It was interesting none-the-less. They offer outdoor dining too and free onsite parking. They are on the corner of a busy intersection, so you have to get in the right lane to turn into it, or you will have drive around the corner again, until you catch the entrance. I was disappointed at the lack of food options. They didn't have a variety of baked goods either, which is the reason for my rating. The people working there were all very nice.Parking: Free onsite

I always get the Loxacado and for the most part I’m very happy with it. Recently however the multigrain bread was so stale I couldn’t even finish it and i when I opened the container it was a mess! I never write reviews but considering it’s a $12 breakfast sandwich and how awful it was this last time I just had to let the owners know.

I rarely make reviews, but this was exceptionally bad. After a long wait we got our food. Looked awful, didn’t taste too good, and we nearly paid $50 for 2 open faced sandwiches and two drinks. The 16oz coffee was nearly room temp and half empty due to excessive froth. As the name suggests, z vault should stay a locked vault.Edit: to add to the review, prior to reviewing I attempted to reach out to the business and speak with someone. No one answered several attempts when I called.

Awesome new spot in Bel Air!! Smoothie bowl was delicious and plenty for two to share. Super friendly staff. Mary helped us with all the great menu choices. Lots of seating. Upbeat atmosphere with clean and modern decor. Tea Toddy Latte was really good as well. Will definitely be back soon!

My breakfast sandwich was cold and my matcha latte was very weak. Overpriced for the overall size and quality of both items. No prices listed anywhere. Music can be loud.However, the staff is friendly and the wifi is fast. I came shortly after they opened and there was plenty of seating. Appears to be clean, although I doubt I will return.

This place is very hip and the staff is friendly and talented. The music inside could've been better and the chairs could've been more comfortable, but I guess they were going for a more modern vibe. The coffee and tea was great, and so were the baked goods. I also like that they have a drive thru. I'd definitely come here again.

The worst thing about the place is the great selection of smoothies and coffee. That makes it take some time to decide, there is a lot to see on the menu, so allow yourself a few extra minutes. I had Precious, and there were some little chunks of fruit, just small enough to come up the oversized smoothie straw.What will I try next?

Coffee was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly. The man who made our drinks, Ken was a treasure trove of knowledge about everything coffee while being extremely friendly and told us before he made the art on our drinks so we could watch as we we've never seen or had latte art before. Will absolutely be back to see what else they have to offer

Their coffee and syrups are pretty good, if not the best in Bel Air, but inconsistent. I come here a lot and some days the lattes are great but other days it’s literally just milk, maybe with the tiniest bit of espresso. You can tell by the color and taste. I don’t taste any espresso or coffee flavor at all in them, which makes me think if they’re ripping people off..? I honestly don’t know what they’re playing at. This mainly started happening around summer of 2022. I don’t know if they use a different type of roast or beans some days and that’s why it’s off or maybe the new baristas don’t make the drinks correctly. Some days the lattes are strong/flavorful and other days they aren’t and just taste like plain milk. No idea, but I know what their usual lattes taste like which is why it’s so easy to tell when there is a difference. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time. They also overcharge people for no reason or maybe their prices have gone up and I haven’t noticed. How is a small iced vanilla latte $6.40?

Visited for the first time today. Very impressed with gluten and dairy free options, and the food and smoothies we got were good, but pricey. Unfortunately the prices are not listed on the menu which is kind of sneaky and I am not a fan of that as a customer. I subtracted a star because my husband got a grilled cheese and it was more like a cheese sandwich because the cheese was barely melted at all and even slightly cool to the touch in the middle of the sandwich.Vegetarian options: YesDietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free optionsParking: Small parking area and drive through.

This place has gone downhill over the last few years. When they opened they were top notch. Amazinh quality and payment customer service. The company has changed hands once or twice since and it shows. Smoothies used to be thick and creamy and now they're often like soup with frozen bananas still in it. When I asked about it (on two different occasions) I was told the same thing: "oh yeah, it's hard for new employees to get the consistency of that bowl correct". What? There's not a recipe? Training? Quality control? Also, business shouldn't make excuses. Just remake it correctly.I've haven't seen anyone that appears to be an adult in there in several months. 20 sometime year old managers.The thought and care that once went into this establishment is gone and it's so incredibly disappointing. It used to be fantastic.

Went through the drive-thru and was fairly quick. First time here and ordered one of the smoothie bowls. The portions were great for the price and the ingredients and bowl overall tasted fresh. Will certainly be back to try some others! Friendly staff, was patient and answered any questions had.

This is my third time coming, and I'm not sure I will be back. The workers aren't super friendly and I paid almost $7 for a cappuccino. If it fits your vibes, feel free to enjoy. But in my opinion, other places like the CoffeeBar and Starbucks offer cheaper prices with better coffee and a better place to hang out/ study.

It’s a shame that such a nicely decorated interior and exterior is not backed up by fresh coffee. I was going to buy some of their whole bean coffee but according to the package, it was roasted a month ago. Their coffee may be excellent quality but they get it pre-packaged and shipped from a distributor in CA. By the time they sell it, it’s stale. Since I was already there, I tried a pour over of one of their single origin medium roast coffees. They don’t have anything that is described as a dark roast. As expected, the coffee tasted stale and acrid, which is what you’d expect from old coffee beans. I wish they would roast their own fresh coffee. The building is large enough. They could at least team up with a local company like Zeke’s to ensure they’re selling freshly roasted coffee. Lastly, they wanted over $20 for 12 oz of coffee beans. That is insane. If the owners see this review, I implore you to find a better supplier because you have a very nice shop. But you can’t expect true coffee lovers to return for old stale coffee.

I have been going here for quite sometime for cappuccino. They used to make one of the best cappuccino's in harford county. It had the right amount of bitterness in it. However, i went back this weekend and it was no where near what they used to be. It tasted like warm milk and that was it. I dont know what happened or if people have changed but not a fan. I also ordered almomd croissant and that too was not how a croissant should be. My review is only for these two items I havent tried anything else in this place so i cant comment on the others.

Used to love this place. Everything tastes great. However now it’s outrageously overpriced. Prices went up twice this year. Of course these are the times, but the mobile app and website prices are incorrect, and only after placing an order are you surprised that everything is about $.80-$1 more than advertised and what you were expecting to pay.I also had a black hair in my smoothy bowl and on a different occasion I witnessed the cashier making someone a muffin plate (adding blueberries to the plate) without gloves when they handle money/ payments. No washing of hands.
