Chocolate is great but don’t buy these fruit jelly beans…they are the worst I have ever had, some are just awful! I bought them to support a soccer fundraiser! There is no card given to you to show what flavor they are😵‍💫.

The staff has always been polite and friendly especially the younger workers which is not common now days. Milk Chocolate hazelnut truffles round with sprinkles.Incredibly wonderful. always fresh quality candy.

First time at the shop! I was greeted nicely upon arrival! Great selection of chocolate and candies! So yummy!Also found garden flags and gift items for great prices! The lady at the counter helped me choose some delicious chocolate covered pretzels and kindly recommend me some other favorites! I enjoyed coming in and discovering this little piece of heaven! Ty!

Love the chocolate!! I come every Christmas to buy candy. I gave it only 4 stars because while my box was being filled the boy was popping chocolate in his mouth at the same time. I'm not sure which hand he was using. I will still come back, just make sure to watch what they are doing.

I'm out of state and ordered a custom get well gift. They had it ready within 24hrs, Deb personally called 🤯 from this location to confirm pickup or shipping (I choose pickup), and was extremely friendly. It was cheaper and better quality than other online options and I will definitely use them again.

Nice local candy shop that offers great variety and is always neat and organized. You can always find the cutest gifts for anyone on your list. We have our traditions and chocolate strawberries for Valentines day and foil wrapped candies for Christmas are a must in out house!

My wife and I love your store. BUT, I was there at 10:00 this morning to buy candy for my family and for 2 gifts. The lady behind the counter was rude had an attitude. She acted like she was doing me a favor by waiting on me. I left your store without my candy. We will not be returning to your store.

Went to buy Easter candy. Went in and was immediately told to go back outside until the other TWO shoppers were done. Seriously? Only letting two in at a time? Whatever, went outside like I was told, waited 20 minutes and finally just left. I was surprised when I got there in the middle of the day on Saturday a week before Easter and the parking lot was empty. I guess I know why now! Go to the one in White Marsh Mall. I went there for Christmas and Valentine’s Day. The workers are super friendly and very helpful.

The customer service was quite good. Friendly, outgoing people work inside this little gem. The chocolates are absolutely outstanding! Feel free to ask questions, the staff are more than willing to guide you. Be sure to try the chocolate-covered Oreos! 😍

We went 2 weeks ago to get candy gifts for family. Been there many times before, drive 45 minutes from PA to get it. The 3 younger workers in the candy counter area were great, the older woman with them was arrogant and condescending to one of the female employees. The older woman was always talking down to the young girl about how she was doing things instead of explaining how to do things, all of this in front of customers. One of the employees was waiting on my wife and another was waiting on me since we had a big order. When I was done she TOLD me I could wait out in the other area so another customer could come in to be waited on. I TOLD her if she wanted everything paid for I wasn't going anywhere since I had the credit card. The older woman needs to learn how to talk to her employees and customers, especially ones that were spending over $80 on candy. We felt embarrassed for the girl, but more for her "boss".

Went in to pick up some candy the young lady that waited on me was very sweet and polite. Told me to take my time choosing what I wanted. Then this older lady came To work and was rushing everyone in the store she was very RUDE. Several if the other customers said something about her to. May have to find another candy shop.

I ordered a box of candy two weeks agoto be sent to my daughter in Rhode Island.....she never received it. Now I'mhaving trouble with the store in gettinghelp to try to find what happened to it.It cost over $60 and was supposed tobe there by Easter. Now I'm supposedto wait until after Easter to get any helpon finding out where my candy is.

Only 4 stars because I am always suprised by how expensive it is! However, the chocolate never dissappoints! They have a nice selection of everything. Always friendly staff. COVID protocols in place, so dress warm in cold weather as you may need to wait outside if busy. They close early so plan ahead.

Horroble customer service!!!! The woman acted like she didn’t want anything to do with my husband and I. She looked disgusted when we said hi, and when my husband asked where the caramel candys where she didn’t even acknowledge him!!! It was a very uncomfortable experience!!!! And the candy was ehhh okay!! We will be taking our business to Bomboys candy shop from now on thanks to your very rude customer service!! I will not recommend this shop to anyone unless they want to give a lesson to your staff on how to have a good day and greet customers with respect and kindness.

Nice little place off the beaten path. Take care pulling into the parking lot in the back of the store since it comes up quick on the left of the road. Enjoy the freshly made chocolate and caramel apples. The place is expensive though.

Wockenfuss has been our family tradition for over 40 years and a Baltimore institution, but for how much longer? Natty Boh , Utz potato chips, and Wockenfuss candy. HOWEVER, as others have commented, it's time for the Bel Air store manager to receive some much needed "customer service" training. Today, she was down right rude to me and a terrible example for the young staff (this is not the first time I've witnessed this bad behavior, but today I was on the receiving end). Note to the Bel Air Manager and the Owners: Shoppers do have choices of how and where they will spend their money.

I love Wockenfuss, they are always warm and friendly. They are most helpful. The facility is clean ,we'll stocked and organized. Not to mention very tasty. I look forward to another visit.

The chocolate and trinkets there are tasty and amazing but around holidays they are sometimes sold out of the smaller candy and parking is very hard to find considering how little amount of parking spots they had you will most likely end up parking at the Meryll lynch or any other nearby establishments or waiting for other cars to exit and also the entrance is very small and can not fit 2 cars at once so if you are unlucky you may sit in the middle of the road for a few minutes with your blinker on waiting for the old people to decide which way to turn but overall the cand and the service was great but parking and operating any type of motor vehicle in the establishment is very tedious and time consuming.
