I’m so sorry to say I didn’t get this wonderful man’s information, but I felt it was necessary to write a review based on an interaction I had with an employee this morning. On Saturday, I had my debit card information stolen and had to shut down my card to get a new one. I also didn’t realize that my credit card had expired a month ago. This information is relevant to this review because I came in to get a coffee after the gym today and didn’t realize that I couldn’t pay for my transaction at the self checkout. I ran out to the car to get my phone to make sure my credit card wasn’t turned off because of the fraud and still failed to realize it had expired. I was embarrassed that it looked like I didn’t have the funds to pay, but when I asked if I could take the transaction to the front register to pay in cash, the employee I mentioned before didn’t hesitate to take out his own debit card to pay for my coffee. I’ve never had this happen to me, but he was so caring and nonchalant that it helped me calm down a bit. I offered to give him cash, but he told me just to pay it forward. I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name, but I think he should be recognized. He is an asset to Wawa and I hope that he is treated this way. To this employee, if you see this, thank you so much for helping me and for being a kind person. I will absolutely be paying this forward.

I love how this store advertises that breakfast ends at 11am but they stop doing breakfast at 10:30am makes so much sense 😒

Got an email for a free shorti. I went to the store, ordered the shorti and waited for the world's slowest app to open. Selected my reward and message said "can not be redeemed at this time". The so called offer doesn't expire for another 4 days.WAWA rewards are a joke. Don't waste your time.

I went in here today to pick up a quick bite to eat, and I had to take the time to leave a review for the employees! Everyone working there today was so pleasant and efficient! I left smiling from the employees attitudes and the food was just as good. Thank you all for being a bright spot in my day!

Food service is very slow! Ordered a soup and it took 15 minutes. Four people were working and my great grandmother could have moved faster!

Terrible Store!! Food is Constantly Wrong & they run out of items way too soon. Definitely a Problem with Mgmt, ordering items that are frequently used, just Horrible! I've had to take back my food about 3/4 of the time. Other Wawa stores around area Do Not have these problems! 2 miles up Rt22 is an Awesome Wawa with Friendly, Helpful employees & Never run out of items!!!! I now drive a lil further for good service

Update: The quality and consistency of the food has gone down considerably. I think there must have been a change in management or maybe the crew they had for the longest time went away to college. Now, we tend to run to Hickory or Dublin. The manager needs to take control, make sure the food prep crew is doing a good job, and assure consistent quality. There are still a few of the "been there forever" crew that do a good job, and some of the newbies do a good job, it's just a lack of consistency that really irks me. Was 5-stars, reducing to 3-stars.

Me and a few of my friends were driving home after a night out when my buddy got a flat tire. We pulled into the Wawa and asked if anyone had a wrench that we could borrow and one of the employees (Tony), was nice enough to come out and change our tire. Don't know what we would have done without him.Also, the sandwich was great. Great place, great staff.

I see so many things go wrong at the register here. Cigarette cupons don't work??? Or they only work on a rare occasion. The lady in front of me was furious for Wawa over charging her card.. Very frustrating. I love Wawa, but stuff like this makes me go to Royal Farms instead. Prices are super high here. They need a rewards system or points like Royal Farms to help out and thank their loyal customers like myself.

I would love to give 5 stars because this really is my favorite location. I frequent there for food at night though and lately the customer service from one of your employees has been horrible and uncalled for. She has messed up numerous orders on numerous occasions and most recently her attitude shocked me. I ordered my food and paid and was out the door at 1205a. Got home food was wrong and both orders had no bacon on them (which I paid for) so ran back up and told her they were made wrong. She argued with me and told me she makes orders as they appear on her screen and started digging through her tickets. I proceeded to show her mine plus my receipt. I also handed her our food, she threw open the lids and opened the quesadillas and proceeded to grab bacon out and put back on our now ice cold food (mind you we bit out of them so isn't that contamination handling food we handled and then touching product?) Anyway I told her to make new ones she got mad and called the manager and told him that I wanted new ones as if it was problem. He told her I was correct. She was upset with that answer and ignorantly grabbed our old food and threw it in the trash. No apology from her at all. I'm sorry but if she is working I will no longer be coming there and my wife and I are regulars. Just disappointed in the employee but you are still my favorite store. Be nice if you sent her to employee etiquette if you do not plan on repramanding her. Just from us in one month 2 subs 3 clubs and 2 quesadillas have been tossed in the trash due to her mistakes

My favorite place to get a quick bite when it's late. Best subs especially for a place being open 24 hour's they also have other options that are not bad either give them a try!

Do not get the chicken cheese steak. They did not drain the bag all the way and it tasted like musty water. Chicken was a spongey consistency. 0/10

I love wawa, but this branch by far has the worst bathrooms (at least the mens) out of all of the ones I've been to. I'd rather use an Exxon restroom. Other than that, I am a frequent customer here and am pleased with the service

Great customer service from fresh food manager, Danny. I had a problem with the lottery machine and he did everything he could to help. Even gave me the money out of his own pocket to make me happy. Way to set a great example for his staff!

Used the atm and got shorted 200 bucks. While that's not the fault of wawa, I told a manager and he did nothing. Didn't even provide a number to call, didn't put a sign on the machine saying out of order, nothing. Kinda rubbed me the wrong way if you ask me...

Well ran store, fast service (mostly) and good gas prices. My only gripe is that there is an employee at this location that always seems to end up making my smoothies, and this young man is slower than molasses on a cold day. Its quite apparent he is in no rush to impress anyone or do his job with pride. Don't know his name and wouldn't put him on blast on this anyway but the manager here might want to keep an eye on their food staff and pick out the bad apples.

I LOVE Wawa but this store is a NIGHTMARE!!!! I NEVER leave without being frustrated and the victim of HORRIBLE customer service! The store is a study in anger management! I vote we bulldoze it to the ground and liberally sprinkle holly water! It is Dante’s Seven Rings of HELL!!!!

The only cashier talked to a customer for 7 minutes as myself and others waited. I asked if there was was someone else who could ring me up and he said no. I left in disbelief after 2 more minutes of no service.
