Put in a large online order consisting of 8 items, 6 of the items ordered were incorrect. Ordered a bowl with mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and chicken and only got the chicken. Ordered an egg white veggie bagel with bacon. Only the egg white was on it, there was not enough cream cheese to cover even 1/8 of the bagel. Ordered an everything veggie bagel with bacon. It was a plain bagel, no cream cheese, and 1 piece of bacon when there should be 4 pieces. Ordered a bagel with extra butter and there was no butter. I mean I don't understand how SIX of the items out of 8 were wrong. Called the store and the manager wasn't even apologetic, absolutely ridiculous.

I decided to get a scrambled egg bowl this morning ( which I never tasted). There was no cheese option because it stated the cheese was included in the eggs. I asked again about the cheese, but was again told that it was not there because it was in the eggs. I get to work and tried to eat before my meeting, only to see NO CHEESE in the eggs.When I called the store about it, the manager tried to argue me down about it, like I can really take a picture but he only said to bring the food back, like how? I'm at work now!!! I just threw it away, ( should've took the picture and posted to this page)

Store was clean and well put together. The cashier however felt the need to tell me how long she smoked and when she quit ( I was purchasing vape products) . When the total rang up she followed with a ‘If that don’t make you want to quit’. I don’t need to be schooled on what I choose to buy or not buy. Mind ya business. She had the personality of a rock.

Seriously understaffed for the busy location. Those that work in deli either can’t read, dont understand what the menu items are, or just don’t care. Ordered an Italian sub and the ticket was correct but got a Turkey sub. I will drive 10 miles to avoid this location in the future.

Went here to get the Mrs a burger, ended up losing my wallet and it getting stolen from the parking lot. Mrs said it was one of the best burgers she ever had tho so I think it equals out.

Wow. What is going on at the Churchville WAWA? I went into the store a few nights ago and it was like being at a funeral. The few staff there looked exhausted, overworked and defeated. The decor was cold and uninviting. Stark white lighting at night was not warm and it was dreary. The arrangement of the store's merchandise just was poorly set up.What a horrible place to have to work. Its not a wonder that people are quitting their jobs all over the country. I heard WAWA was a good company to work for, but my heart went out to the poor employees at Churchville. I hope corporate steps in to correct these problems and treats those employees well. They must dread coming there to work. Is there high turn over there? I'd never want to work at that store.

Ordered curbside pickup put in my spot number and waited for 45 minutes went inside waited even longer untill I went to the cashier asked her to get them and I told them my order number it was just sitting there the bread was soggy and my milkshake was completely melted this is the worst wawa i've been to.

Went in a few days ago to get breakfast after a 5 hour drive. Ordered a Sausage Egg Burrito without the egg.Hours later I'm throwing up chunks of pink meat. Only place I ate that day.

I go in this wawa daily and it is always the same routine. Coffee is always cold, out, or closed for no reason. Or your coffee is full of coffee grinds. In the evening and over night there is a lady named dot. Who is absolutely horrible to deal with from start to finish. She always had an attitude problem, very slow at her job, as well as ignorant to daily customers. I still can't figure out how she has a job there. I can go to so many wawa's within at mile radius and they are so pleasant and friendly to deal with. The lines at this wawa are also always an issue. The manager sees the lines going all the way to the counter for ordering food. But never sends anyone up to help or does himself. Wawa has always had a policy that if there are three or more in line, someone else heads to the front for back up. This wawa needs to get there store back to being what it should be. I'm glad hickory is open again.

I always love Wawa. Their breakfast sandwiches are always fresh. As are their subs. Got my boyfriend hooked on Wawa now.

The people in the deli don't care what your order is they make whatever is convenient for them. My food order has been messed up or incomplete the last three times I've been there! I've never had such poor service anywhere.

Was working in the area from November to March and we were always given good service at this Wawa location. Joanne especially was very accommodating and we will likely return this this wawa if we're in the area again.

Wawa and rofo are the best convenience stores possible. Wawa has the better subs and rofo has amazing fried chicken. Grabbing lunch or dinner from either of these stores is perfectly acceptable even for the snobbiest of snobs.

I typically love Wawa, but this one has twice messed up my sandwich order, leaving off half my toppings. Disappointed when this happens because I typically don't find out till hours later 😕

Always decent, hot coffee and other snacks and food items available. Good gas prices. Convenient stopping point on way to home in PA from Ripken Stadium.
