Really disappointed in the pharmacy. The pharmacist (blonde, white woman) was rude, actually gave a glaring look and was arguing when I asked for an emergency prescription for my daughter since they were having issues with their system, blamed everything on 'Walgreens changed the system and everything we do." So that accounts for rude, unprofessional behavior? They never answer pharmacy either with the limited hours. Really horrible since Pharmacist Kofi left who was so professional and helpful. Will need to change pharmacy for sure after this experience. Does Walgreens even monitor the pharmacist quality or complaints against them?

Scheduled and received COVID vaccination at this 1201 E Churchville store on October 27, 2021 at 2:50pm. Wife and I have been to two other Walgreens for vaccinations, and they were fine. But my experience at this store and pharmacy was excellent. I hope management reads this comment. From the pharmacy staff to pharmacist who inoculated me to the counter clerks up front, everyone was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and effective. Sorry I didn't go here first, but will be back for other business, vaccinations. A well run store with skillful pharmacist.

Pharmacy not top notch. Family member dropped off 5 prescriptions after surgery, 3 of which were filled, 1 was completely overlooked, and 1 was for a medicine that was available OTC but no one said anything to the person dropping off or picking up the prescriptions. It was not until the family member got home with only 3 of the medications did we realize the errors they had made.

When I went in to get my monthly prescription, they gave me DOUBLE the milligrams, so please look at your medicine before you leave the store! I was driving to PA from MD after picking up my pain medicine, did not look and did take one pill which made me very "Loopy" almost had a car accident too! Since I was out of state, the Walgreens in PA could not help me!! So I was stuck with double the recommended (daily). It is a time released medication so not like I could break it in half either! Not amused by the way they handled this situation as well. Will never get any medication at this pharmacy ever again!! Please if you do, make sure they do give you the correct prescription!

Cashier was wearing a mask around her chin. Nose and mouth were exposed and she was chewing gum. That's not safe during this pandemic and really not safe for a drug store!

It's Walgreen! You've been to one, you've been to all of them. Maybe different layouts, but aisles are all marked. You just need to search a little.
