My 3 scripts wasn’t ready after Walgreens said “insurance problem” but I can assure you there was no insurance problem they didn’t wanna take the time to fill it!! So I went to drive-thur to see problem guess what no problem!!! Young lady said that she could have it ready within 10 minutes so I waited longer. Went back different young lady nameRuth said other girl didn’t fill all and I could wait another 15-20 minutes with a nasty attitude and told me if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. Mind you this is medication because I’m sick and I have a sick baby waiting in the car and they knew!!!!! Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Rude , nasty attitudes. Every time I go to that pharmacy we have problems!!!!

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. My medication is canceled when it should be delivered, pharmacists shut the gate when they tell you to wait, hang up phone calls when they cant figure it out or takes too long, and have little patience for the patients. No one there should work with people, especially sick people.

Walgreens pharmacy is inconvenient for anyone that works or has kids. Bad enough their Post-Covid hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday thru Friday. No weekend hours. Go to pick up prescription this morning. Now they are not even opening until 2 pm. Ever since Walgreens took this store over from Rite-Aide the service is worse than awful, the store selection is bad, the pharmacy is the worst, and the prices have increased beyond reasonable. Find a different pharmacy.

I have been living in Harford County my whole life and I am tired of the constant poor service over the years, and how rude the staff has been to not only myself but my husband as well. And it’s normally the same lady. I bought 3 of the smallest items and what should of been a quick easy purchase but no. One of my items just so happened to have a coupon on it and that was a problem. I didn’t even ask for a coupon or for the coupon to be applied, and the employee had an issue with coupons and discounts for some odd reason as if that’s not her job to apply these things anyway. Making these weird back handed comments, what do you want me to say back? Just ring my things up so I can go. And to think I was going to switch my primary pharmacy location to this one, they already have a sign about cutting back the hours. Major red flags, totally disappointed. No wonder establishments like Walgreens is a dying breed. We will not be shopping here anymore, as a small simple purchase is somehow a huge inconvenience. Time to fire Sandra.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy that I’ve ever experienced, and over the jab. Scheduled an appointment all to show up for them to say they had no more in stock and did not know why their website was allowing customers to make appointments. Wasted our time Without so much as even an apology. I will take my business elsewhere and let another pharmacy get paid by the federal government to administer the shot.

I rarely write a review, but Amanda in the photo/print shop at 1600 Churchville Rd deserves one. Customer service is not dead because of Amanda. She went above and beyond to help me with my very specific request for a 16x20" poster board for a special poster I was making. She stopped eating her lunch to come out and help me hook up my phone to the auto kiosk and find the right poster board for my picture. Even though they didn't have that particular poster board in stock, she ordered it in and THEN called the Walgreens down the street to see if they had it. The other Walgreens did have it, so I headed down the road. The Walgreens at 1201 E Churchville Rd, not only printed it under 10 minutes, but they gave me a coupon for 50% off for my trouble. What?! Outstanding! I've worked retail for 20 years and I know how important customer service is, so please give them some recognition for this. In a time when no one wants to even work, these 2 ladies bend over backwards for you and are happy to do it. Bravo!

This place is terrible! Customer service is non existent. Walgreens policy just shoved in ur face. I can’t believe anyone still gets scripts filled here. I can’t believe I am still getting them filled here. I got to change that today!

This pharmacy is THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I never wrote reviews before but this one deserves one. I filled a prescription here for my bronchitis today mind you it’s very obvious I am gasping for breath. Was told 30 minutes for my prescription. It has now been three hours and I’ve been in a very long line of five plus people and we’ve all been ignored for 15 plus minutes since I returned to inquire about where it was at. STILL an “hour wait” when it’s already been three. If I end up in the hospital because i could not get access to the 10, YES TEN. pills I was prescribed, I’ll be sending them the bill for the ER visit.

Pharmacy is terrible. My doctor sent an Rx over with medication I needed immediately. Somebody filled it but I cant get it because their is no pharmacist on the weekends even though their website claims it is open 7 days a week.

Noone answers the phone and if they do they hang it right up. Prescriptions never ready . Been trying desperately to get my pills and have no help. This place is s joke

Be careful. There are two Drive thru lanes , BUT THE RIGHT HAND ONE IS ONLY FOR DROP OFF!!!! There are NO signs to indicate this! If you get in wrong line , they will not help you!
