I can usually find what I want when I shop here and have a good experience, but for this trip, I was picking up a prescription. I was a little annoyed when 25 mins after I left the doctor who sent the prescription over while I was there, I was told by the tech in the store that it just come through and would take 20-25 mins. to fill. I said I'd wait but ended up doing an errand and came back an hour later. After waiting in the drive through line I was again told...it just came through and would take 20 mins. This was a different tech and clearly a line they give you. When I told her I was there an hour earlier and told the same thing she said she'd get it, but if anyone pulled in behind me I had to drive all the way around the building and get back in line. Which I did...and had to wait all over again.

I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem, but today my prescription was only half the pills I am supposed to get, so I went back and the pharmacy staff immediately fixed it for me and they’re all kind as well. Very reliable pharmacy.

I do not recommend getting COVID test here. They use LabCorp, who failed to provide my results, and won't respond to my request for help, screwing up my travel. They force you to install an app, create an account, and so on, but then just "cannot verify your identity".Though Walgreens administers the test and chooses to send it to LabCorp, they conveniently shirk any involvement and just leave you in the dark. They need to acknowledge LabCorp's failure and respond accordingly instead of hiding from the problem. 1) warn people before they take a test that the lab has a tendency to fail in delivering results. 2) Call LabCorp when there is an urgent problem, 3) stop using LabCorp if they have a pattern of failing.If anyone else has a similar problem, please post something here. The pharmacy is claiming that this has not happened before, which I find very difficult to believe since I did all that was asked of me, and it should be a simple, well-established process by now.

I am super impressed with this specific Walgreens. Sara was quick with my photo order and the photos turned out beautifully! She offered to check out my items as well. Very pleased with the convenience and speed of service. I will definitely be back.

Lots of excuses at pharmacy section. Made me wait over an hour when said 25mins. I called the doctor & he said he has sent the medicine, yet pharmacist said, the doctor didn't send it. The manager needs to pay attention or re hire new pharmacist.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the Walgreens Emerton Road and Plum tree even though I showed up at 8:55 pm with a prescription to have filled before I left at 2 AM for a road trip to Arizona ! (which was a family emergency ) I needed my prescription before I left ! I was going to be gone for a month I would like to take the time to thank the pharmacist and staff for staying late and filling my prescription which allowed me to get on my road trip at 2 AM !!! I cannot thank you guys enough may God bless you and keep you safe and healthy thank you again Gloria Davis

Had been using this pharmacy for the past several years but now after spontaneously changing their hours and getting a new Pharmacist, they will no longer fill my wife's prescription that she's been on for 5 years. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Terribly rude customer service person at the photo area. Scoffed at me when I asked for a digital copy of a print and said they could only do physical prints. When I said that Walgreens advertises digital services online he scoffed again and said he had no idea how I could have found that information and challenged me to show him how it was done on their machine. The end of the story is, yes of course they do digital prints, on a CD that they provide to you. Thankfully another associate came to my rescue.

The slowest drive through service of any in Bel Air3 cars 17 minutes then was asked to wait when I got to window. Always understaffed to handle the counter and the drive through.

I went to Walmart today to print out a very special picture to me.I wasn't aware of how it worked and was a little nervous to ask .I'm so glad I went to this location I had the best help ever she was so helpful and so kind we even laughed alot.
