They had the best cage for our "Masked Love bird" "Peaches".The bars are strong; the cage has plenty of room and she loves it!

Drove almost 30 minutes here to look for a baby shower gift. While here, I browsed through the clearance section and scored some nice apparel and a gift for the mom-to-be.I did find most of what I wanted but was disappointed in the gift wrapping area. Could not find much that coordinated with what I wanted to wrap the baby shower gifts. The lines were long, but that is expected on a Saturday. Once I got home, I noticed the card was not in any of my bags. I called the store and was advised that I would have to drive back there to receive my item or money back. So I am out of $6 for a card. (Bummer)

I am currently standing in the electronics section and have had 5-6 employees pass me without asking if they could assist me. There are 3 other customers here who’s are also waiting all of us have asked an employee walking by to assist us and been informed that they do not work in electronics. The employee I asked specifically told us that he would find someone and we waited another 10 minutes and found another employee in the baby section who finally got someone to assist us. It’s more than ridiculous to have to wait this long for help. This is a poor example of customer service. Once we did find help they were really helpful.

Really nice Target, it's spacious but not overwhelming. Despite the heavy flow of customer traffic this is a very clean store. I had a friendly customer service experience here, usually well stocked with everything one could look for, and carts are replenished quite quickly. Overall, I will definitely visit again.

Is this store no longer in operation? It's hard to tell since NOBODY can answer the phone there!This store is like a Chop Shop for retail. They allow ANYONE to walk in off the streets and purchase $285.00 worth of Red Bull using someone else's EBT card and that's not a red flag to them!!?!?!!?!I contacted this store several times in the past. Their loss prevention manager SAW the theft take place on video and the best they could do for me was tell me they would hold the video for 30 days?!?!?! 30 days?? A THEFT FROM MY EBT card which was an hour and a half away from this store when the theft took place.Sounds to me like the store manager for Target is stocking up for the Christmas party. Bel Air police were supposed to get the video tape but I have heard NOTHING from either source!!!It's a Pennsylvania state EBT so I don't know what good contacting the police up here did but tomorrow I will get Maryland state Police involved. Maybe they can resolve this blatant theft.I know target is on its way out, but you don't steal from me and think you just walk away with it!!

The person who was working the electronics section was rude and unprofessional. An item that was clearly in stock they claimed was not available and wouldn’t obtain it from stock (after bringing an incorrect item initially). Target is typically helpful so it was quite a shock that I received a response like that. I hope this location can better train their employees to at least try the bare minimum when working with customers.

The level of incompetence here by the workers is insane. You have the fat blonde manager who looks like a dog but not as friendly at all. Rang up items at self Checkout and needed a "team members assistance" so she tells me to ask Starbucks employees to do it. It's insane house lazy she is because there needs to be 3 people guarding the self checkout... she needs to be written up. I won't be coming back to this one anymore so trashy now

The store is organized very well unlike a certain retail store that is associated with the color blue. The workers in the tech department are very friendly and talkative. Target is normally my go to because of how helpful the workers are, how uplifting the vibe is, and because it's the nearest to me.

Store needs help!! Sign at dressing room said closed at 7pm weekdays. We were there Saturday at 7:30 and asked the 2 girls there if we could try on. Was told no because they have nobody to manage it, even though they were there and sign is wrong. I kinda understand it being a ghost town there with customer service like that.

Do not come to this Target unless you want an unpleasant drive-up experience. I have been going to this Target for years and have used the drive-up feature, but I am just going into the store from now on. Driving into Target, I go slowly due to pedestrians and traffic. As I drive, an employee assisting with the drive-up crosses the road. I slow down and stop. The employee had more than enough room to cross the street. The employee then glares at me and taps on the stop sign. I let it go and continued to park. Then that same employee is the one who hands me my items. When she approached my car, I was friendly and polite. She was very cordial with me and gave me my things. Then as she places my last item in the passenger seat, she proceeds to SLAM my door. I was very shocked. I didn’t even know what to say or how to react. I felt like she had something personal against me. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but nothing warranted her to slam my door like that. I am very disappointed in Target and the employees they choose to represent the drive-up feature.

Hello, Usually I have a decent experience in this target & I say decent because I am a black woman & have experienced a certain worker here who always stands over me intensely when I do self check out and it’s very irritating and feels racially motivated but that’s not why i’m posting this review right now. I went to this target very early morning June 21, 2023 around 8:50am when they opened, (if target is reading please pull up the camera footage of this incident so you can see who all was involved) I was only getting a few things and when I go to check out, I went to the only open lane where there was a sweet hispanic woman working, next to her register there was a group maybe about 4-5 white women target employees talking in a group and it was very clear they were talking about their co worker who was the only one ringing up. Even the lady from customer service was in this group having a very nasty conversation about their co worker. It was extremely unprofessional, It clearly made the hispanic worker very uncomfortable and upset to the point where I felt the need to give her advice to help brighten her attitude. I told her to not let her co workers bully her or take her joy away from her. I understand not every work place is perfect, but to stand in a group in clear view and to speak nasty about something a co worker did was completely unacceptable especially when there are customers in line and can hear everything being said. I really hope the managers intervene because nothing was said or done and I felt so bad for the lady that was ringing me up. It was VERY obvious they were speaking about her. Very disappointing.

We have had great experiences with this store, especially placing drive up orders.In the past two days, we have place multiple orders that have not been fulfilled in their two our window, including an order from 7 last night that has yet to be fulfilled as of 9am this morning. We placed an Amazon order that was fulfilled quicker.

I’ve been here maybe 3 times to get clothes and the fitting room lady with the blonde hair older chubby women is miserable everytime very rude to me and rushed my daughter yesterday afternoon. Snatched items out of my hands claimed she has to she every piece I bring back there( 3 full denim overalls)

One of the employees, I think his name was Gary went above and beyond. My son was throwing a fit in target today and Gary came over to him and sang him a song and tried to make him smile. He was so nice and helpful!

Impressed at the amount of inventory this time of year. Everything is stocked. There are countless helpful employees, and one went above and beyond to help us out. I didn’t catch his name but young kid who was stocking in grocery around 230, helped us locate stuff we were looking for even tho it wasn’t in his current department.The check out lines were short because all of them were open. Finally a store that uses their lines. And I never realized that there were help centers for barcode scanning and item look up before! I wish Walmart would bring that back. Target is better and more consistent every time.

Always an easy in easy out location. Stop here on my way home for anything my wife forgot during the day or to get something I forgot to tell her about! The lines are sometimes long, self checkout needs more terminals as it is sometimes quicker to wait in the cashier lines. I prefer to use cashiers anyway, lets not give another job away to automation! Very clean and courteous employees every visit. Good job Target Bel Air 👏

Usually enjoy coming here, unfortunately since the lines are so long sometimes and you only need to grab 1 quick item. Literally just one I would go to electronics to pay but today they apparently changed that and can only ring up electronics back thier. I feel as though the guy is just lazy and doesn't want to work since I've done it for the past few years. I hate lazy employees

My husband and I went to the Bel air Target today and had a terrible experience. So my husband was trying to order something online to pick up in store well we waited the 2 hours for it to process and then it told us it wasn't at the first store so we canceled that order. Then we went and placed a online order at a second Target (abingdon) we waited the 2 hours for that one for it to then tell us they didn't have it, keep in mind both times online it said that these stores had are item in stock. So we went to customer service and asked them if the could call there Bel Air store and make sure it had the item in stock, they did and said they would hold it. So the lady at abingdon customer service said they would hold it go ahead a transfer the order the the Bel Air store. So we drive to the Bel Air store wait in line get to customer service. Well they told us that because it wasn't 2 hours since the transfer that we could cancel the second order ok thats fine. So we asked if something could be done for the inconvenience that we have been caused, cause now we have 2 holds on our bank account because we used a debit card. The customer service rep. (Chelsea) be came very rude. She said nope there was nothing wr could do. Well we asked for a manager she commented " they are just going to say what I'm telling you" we told ok we still want to see a manager. Well once the manager came up (Nov she was great) she preceded to help us . Well while she was trying to help the girl Chelsea just had to keep talking, well she made the comment " Are you sure you are a veteran can militarily doesn't act like that" at this point I spoke up and told her to shut her mouth. The manager had taken her to the back and came back out. Well after the manager finished helping us, i was asking for names she came back out and was demanding our names saying she was going to file for harassment. Well at this point I'm felling very harassed. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

I (at 53 yrs old) was pleasantly surprised when I went into a Target store for the first time a couple weeks ago. The associates were friendly, store was easy to navigate and very clean. I had to take the time to let everyone know that 🎯 is really nice. A completely different and welcome world from Walmart. The employees are friendly, and the selection is different and exciting. Something about my last experience at 🎯 will keep me coming back. If you haven't tried please do and if you've had a bad experience please give it another chance I think you will be pleased.

It's Target. My wife can't get enough of the place and I'm still carrying a grudge about a warranty that they wouldn't honor from three years ago! I don't see the magic. Update: they get an extra ⭐ for their curbside pickup. The gentleman that deposited our loot in the car was courteous and happy. That reflects well upon him and 🎯
