Terrible customer service at this location. Supposedly they have UPS drop-off services but be careful what UPS package you take to them. I was told they couldn’t take my two packages for UPS even though I had my labels ready and all. The associate who “helped” me couldn’t even explain why, just said they don’t do everything UPS does and stared at me blankly. I even said that doesn’t make any sense and I all I got from the associate was more blank staring. If I could have been given an actual explanation I wouldn’t be upset but the person literally just stared at me. Especially considering it was pouring down raining and I was soaked just from walking in the store, I really expected more courtesy but honestly the employee was a jerk.

I am a senior citizen and I always feel welcome at the BelAir Staples store-my questions are answered quickly and with much respect. It is definitely a pleasure to shop there.

Bought a notebook computer from here & still having issues with it. They have a good tech support group there; some will go the extra mile to get things done for you. I'm just frustrated as this notebook is basically used for writing so it's on the web rarely & it's had to go in several times for service, then sent out which I will say that out-of-house service department did a terrible job and never did correct the problem other then factory reset the computer which did not help! Whoever Staples uses for out-of-the-office computer service problems, stinks!Update: one of their tech in-house employees worked hard and got the problem finally corrected with the computer which made me a happy camper!

Had a fairly easy time with color copying and scanning; you're able to scan to multiple email addresses as well. Payment is made directly on the machine.The computer with the printer attached was inoperable at the time.

I am dealing with funeral arrangements and needed to get a memorial poster. From the time I called until I got into the store, Jai was such a professional and great to have people like him working at a time like this. He answered all my questions gave great information. He was very patient. Jai is really a gem I am relieved to encounter an associate that is knowledgeable and very nice. The cashier the last 2 days he was extremely nice and friendly as well. Staples employee know exactly what great customer details.

This store is terrible for printing. I placed an order for business cards that I desperately needed. Rather than the associate telling me she could not to do them on time, they sent them out someplace which was of no use to me because I had a drop dead deadline. Needless to say I dropped dead, the whole project failed and I didn't get my money back. Go elsewhere or you'll be sorry.

I used this facility to order my work Christmas cards when the other place I had tried to use messed up my order. This location did a great job. They were friendly and efficient even with it being so last minute. I did not even need to get out of my car as they brought out my order curbside. I would definitely use them in the future.

I have been shopping here for years, and generally the service has been superb. This morning was a disappointment. Went to cross compare the price of some lap tops with what Staples had to offer, and the sales associate *(in the tech. department) would not even look up from his computer screen to assist me. Barked out questions as if he was a drill sergeant. Then announced he could not help. Went to Office Depot, and the sales associate took the time to research the items, and inquire with fellow associates. Much more professional and courteous.

Great service Very helpful.I took an ipad there to be fixed. The man in the computer dept, clicked a few buttons and repaired it. He would not charge me nor would he accept a gratuity.I have always had good experiences in that store.

My first time at this Staples location so I don't know how it usually is in there but it seemed like their was no employees anyway to ask for help to find items in the store. I realize staff be busy but someone should be made available to assist customers besides the cashiers. Other than that it was a typical Staples buying experience.

Exceptional service! I walked in the door looking for a chair with only a picture of it on my phone. I was greeted right away and ALEA recognized the chair and took me right back to it. After checking inventory, the color of chair I wanted was not in stock. ALEA took me to the in-store order screen and assisted me in ordering the chair. With the combined assistance of ALEA, SCOTT and BEN L., the chair was smoothly ordered, paid for and assembly arranged very quickly. Customer service in this store is usually okay, but this time it was outstanding! Thank you!

I ordered business cards from this store, and due to work travel and timing, I was unable to pick them up. They did call a few times to remind me that the order was there, but when my wife showed up to get the cards, an associated smirked and laughed at her. They had thrown out the business cards.Unacceptable, unprofessional behavior. I will never shop at Staples again.

Excellent service, there is always someone to help you and most of the time you are greeted at the door.Excellent selection of items and prices are fair.I like the UPS drop off, friendly people and print stations self service and full service is excellent. My favorite store for office supplies.

probably the WORST staples experience that I've ever had. went in looking for a card to buy time on my pay as you go Verizon phone. The sales person in that area basically told me that I was a fool for going pay as you go and that I should immediately upgrade my service. sold me a $60 card that won't work for what I'm doing. I spend well over $1000 a year on office supplies and it won't be from this store.

No star deserved ....bel air not efficient still waiting for an end I to be able to print out sensitive time crucial documents staff are not competent..having sense helps if your dealing with the printing mailing center. Dont waster your time as i did.
