Brandon was such a huge sweetheart! I was feeling awful and could barely walk and I forgot what pump I was on, this amazing gentleman walked all the way outside just to figure out which pump I was at! definitely deserves a raise for that! And some extra praise for going above and beyond! You have no idea how thankful I am for you Mr. Brandon! I hope they treat you right there!

We have been very happy with this Royal Farms location. The chicken we have gotten at some other Royal Farms can be overdone and not so tasty. We sometimes go out of our way to come to this location because the food is good and the employees are so friendly and helpful!

My family and I stopped there and picked up some food for dinner I got an Italian sub the absolute worst sub I have ever had in my 55 years of life it had so much mayonnaise you could not see the meat and the rest of the fixings take a look at the pics. nasty!

Customer service was great. The staff were very nice. Store was clean and all. The only thing was the chicken I got was worse than a Jewish burnt offering. You have to have mad grip strength to even break the fried skin. I understand it was late, but not even 9pm. That chicken was definitely sitting in that warmer for more than 4 hours. The chicken was so dry, if you moved the box, the chicken would rub together and sound like Styrofoam. One of the tenders taste sour. Hopefully it is not like this during the day.

To the third shift worker who said “you don’t need to take the condiments to fill your house” last night…that comment came from your feelings from a previous week. Last night not a single condiment was touched. How dare you say that out loud.. if I was a big black guy would have you said that ?? No you wouldn’t have. You can’t talk to shoppers like that. Calling corporate. That was awful. How dare you talk to me that way. Awful. Fighting this and the words you used.

MOLD on my sub. My family and I decided to get food here after graduation, this was a big mistake. My chicken tender sub had mold on the roll and they forgot to give us the family sized potato fries. DO NOT GO HERE!

Disappointing.I've been to this location several times due to its promiximty to my house. Almost every time I've gotten food there it's it's absolutely abysmal. You think I would have learned my lesson by now, but it seems I haven't.I stopped in this morning, going out of my way before work to get something to eat. I ordered a veggie sub and fries. The fries were warm, but mushy and tasted kinda like sewage. The sandwich was not much better. Everything tasted off, especially the pepper jack cheese, of which there was frankly too much anyway.Every time I go, I'm disappointed. Avoid this location entirely unless you're in an emergency and for some reason are unable to go to the far superior Wawa literal feet away.

Ordered large western fries for consecutive days and the box isnt even filled halfway. I shouldve ordered just the smallest since thats what you get when you pay for large 🤦🏻‍♀️ was not this way before when it overflows with potato wedge now you can fil the space with 2 chicken and bread

Royal Farms Churchville Rd Bel Air MD. Ordered pot pie. No biscuit all of chicken had fat all over it. Husband didn't get leg. His chicken was all fatty too. No utensils and napkins. Yuk.

Today when the gas was being inserted into my tank, the automatic shutoff didn't stop and the gas flowed like a fountain all over my car, the pumps and the ground underneath my vehicle. In 40 years of driving and gas my car, this never happened to me before. I went in to tell the store, my first concern was the 14 gallons of gas on the ground. Taking my issue inside was only met with the manager protecting the store, with little or no concern about me, my car or my 9 yr old daughter that were all part of the ordeal. The manager took the time to explain pumping laws to me before he even asked me what happened in detail. I was a big Royal Farms fan until today, now I see that my family's well being is not a concern, RF only worries about its own store and not its customers bursting into flames.

What a horrible convenience store. Improperly managed with miserable employees. On two consecutive weeks stopped to purchase fried chicken around 6:30 pm on a Saturday and was told they had no chicken ready. Ridiculous. I will never make the mistake to stop at this Royal Farms ever again.

Convenient location, good chicken, gas prices are usually reasonable. The store itself is kind of middle-aged that is it's not as nice as the new ones that are being refurbished now but it is much better than the originals. I think it went through a redesign about 5 years ago.

R U Kiddin Me? Tried the new chicken sandwich. Stop it. The chicken was dry and not enough sauce. It was gross and very disappointing. This is not a chicken sandwich silly. I always want to see who has the best chicken sandwich and this one doesn't even make the bad list. Terrible sandwich, stick with the non sandwich chicken.

Employees are really rude to customers and treat them like dogs. I am Autistic and have trouble speaking at times. I showed the employee my phone screen like I do everywhere else. The employee just kept yelling at me that he couldn't read my screen and to speak instead of just accommodating my disability like most places would. Will never go to this location again.

Not only is their fried chicken much better than that bland stuff that national chains like KFC call chicken, but so are the sides, like their Western fries, coleslaw and biscuits. Yesterday, September 8, 2016, I decided to get a biscuit in addition to the standard dinner roll they give you with most chicken meals, and I watched the employee who prepared my order put my biscuit fresh from the oven into the box. The aroma was killing me on my way from Royal Farms to my evening class at the nearby community college. I finally ate the biscuit and it tasted even better than those Popeye's biscuits. If you're a true Baltimorean, you have to eat Royal Farms chicken and sides at least once in your life.

Seems ok, I have been stopping here for years, since they got the self checkouts they seem to take their time when you need service, I was ignored by 2 employees while waiting for lottery, then Joe came out to tell me they don't have $100 to cash me out? A multi billion dollar company and you don't have $100 on hand?

MOST of the employees are friendly. There's one older women who, everytime I getcigarettes is really nasty about asking for id..I don't mind at all showing my license for and she restricted product, but is it Necesary to be so very condescending everytime? ALSO, I bought a 2 liter of rofo pop that was 10 months expired, so I got a refund. I've been in there twice more since and they're still on the shelf expired. That's negligent.

Absolutely horrible display of customer service from their "manager" Joe. Bald heavyset gentleman with a beard seems to be so unhappy with his job that he takes it out on his customers. Was berated and embarrassed in front of other customers for simply asking for service. DO NOT GO

Store is supposed to be 24hrs. Went there multiple times and the store had a hand written paper sign on the door that said closed. Most recently 9/16-9/17 around 3:30 am. Very frustrating. Employees were in the store when with the sign on the door. Please change the hrs if they are not going to be open 24hrs.

Very clean store! Our food was excellent and it’s the fastest service at a royal farms. Everyone working was polite. I visited during rush hour yesterday and was pleased with the experience, it was busy but the service was up to snuff!!!

Very slow getting my deli order. No fries were in the box with my chicken order. Box was so greasy, the bottom blew out.

Seems like 60% of the time I go here the store is closed. No sign, just locked doors and nobody inside.Hot food is also really expensive for what it is.

Coffee is awful now that they switched to the new machines which brew it on demand. Tried a few different flavors and they all taste burnt. No more rofo coffee for me. :(
