I love this store! Clean and always welcoming. Today I was helped at the self checkout and was treated with respect and caring by the man behind the counter. I have ordered food ahead several times and instead of it being cold on the shelf, they always hold mine in the heated area until I get there. I go to numerous Royal Farms and this store is the one that treats me the best! Keep it up team!

Love this store!! Always super clean and well stocked. Ringo is very friendly and very knowledgeable as well. When I had a issue he resolved it quickly. Wanda is super friendly as well as knowledgeable and you should clone her!! I live 2 mins from Wawa but I prefer this store because of the amazing service & friendly atmosphere!!

Excellent Royal Farm location, everything is always clean, and the staff is helpful. Their food service counter is fast ,the beverage add-on cooler usually has everything and the free promotional items are usually near the register.Car wash works well and unless a very dirty truck was ahead of you ,the bay is clean.Nobody hanging around the location, the only downside is a large apartment complex is opening directly behind it so that might change. Royal Farms can't control that but hopefully the location will stay my favorite fuel station.

This is my home store. I'm an employee with royal farms and I absolutely love my job. I know sounds crazy lol but I do! I have a Great work atmosphere and a great boss. Ringo is the best!!! All bosses should be like my boss bc he's the best!!! Our store is very very clean thanks of all the employees and our kitchen leader. She likes to keep things clean and running smoothly. Mrs. Wanda is a true sweet heart everyone loves her! All of our staff are good working with customers and putting our customers first is the most important part of my day/night! I wouldn't want to work anywhere else or any other store as my home store. Thank u rofo fam for accepting me as apart of the crew and thank u for giving me another chance at this so called thing called life.... I appreciate ya!

I worked the night shift for a little bit here 11 years ago. I was visiting my parents recently and went out of my way to stop here for some potatoe wedges and chicken. And I got to say, the store looks just as nice as the day it opened. And my potatoe wedges and chicken were magnificent. I really wish I lived closer.

Got fuel at pump number 9 at this location. Was attempting to get a car wash in addition to the fuel. Upon finishing up fueling pump number nine advised receipt failure. Went inside to ask what need to be done the three people that were inside one was closing a register one was cooking the other one was cleaning. The young lady running the register said that she had to finish what she was doing and to come back in 15 to 20 minutes and she should be able to help. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes was not an option so I had to eat the $11 cost of the car wash. Was not happy

Royal farms is a gas station and convenience store. They have very very good fried chicken and they make subs and breakfast sandwiches and wraps and you can buy everything from drinks some laundry detergent things of that nature. The chicken is a little high-priced but it's really really good 1-10 it gets a 9.5 it's great and the Swiss brewing coffee machines are awesome your coffee is always fresh never sitting in a pot out in the open for germs can get in and never stale coffee. Most of these places are open at least until 11:00 some are open 24 hours it depends on the location and how much business they get late night.

the car wash kiosk says network error most of the time, but the only thing you have to do is pay for a code from inside or at the pump and it works fine... It’s an ongoing issue with the card reader, but the employees aren’t the ones responsible for fixing it themselves. A work order needs to be put in for these types of things. Also, the employees are usually always there to help and offer free car washes or discounts depending on certain issues with the car wash because they understand it glitches out sometimes. Car wash codes are also good for a year and can be used at ANY royal farms too.. so when you pay for a car wash, you can use it at any royal farms if the carwash if that location is down..

The store appeared to be very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The food was the problem on this day. I personally witnessed another customer getting their order of chicken and after receiving it showed it to ever costumer in the store. Her chicken appeared to be completely done on the outside but uncooked and bloody with a greenish appearance on the inside. The Chicken did not look edible at all. The person behind the counter was very apologetic and offered to fix the customer a completely new order. After seeing this, there was no way I could eat chicken or anything else for that matter, so I left without getting any food at all. So all I can say is, if you're brave enough to order any chicken from here, you might want to check your order thoroughly before leaving the store. I also recommend trying one of the other locations like Dublin or Forest Hill instead of this in Hickory.

I do not recommend the pulled chicken sandwich.The location was clean and the cashier was friendly. However, the price for value of the pulled chicken sandwich was too high. I didn't get any bacon on my club sandwich and it was just small. Hardly any lettuce or tomato.It was a $3 sandwich at best. I feel cheated.Go to WAWA. They have $5 subs right now and they come loaded with stuff.

I buy my gas here all the time and certainly enjoy the discount as being a Royal Farms rewards member. I tried to use the car wash once and it was not functioning. Perhaps this is because it’s a new location and they haven’t worked out all the kinks yet.

Went for gas and a car wash. Ordered the car wash at the pump to take advantage of the gas discount when purchasing a car wash. The pump couldn't print my receipt with the car wash code. The pumps being out of receipt paper happens often at Royal Farms. This time was particularly annoying because I had to wake up my sleeping child to go into the store to get my receipt. I waited in line for it and had a crying child for the rest of the ride.

DONT BUY THE CAR WASH!!! I bought a carwash at the pump for $14. When I drove to the carwash, the carwash was CLOSED! I asked for a refund at the counter and was refused. They don't care about their customers.
