WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!! I was given a call at 10:40 a.m. to pick up my son's medication before the end of the day (6p.m.) or the pharmacist would have to put the medication back. When my husband came to pick it up at 1:30 p.m., they said they never called me and never filled any prescription under my son's name. I called my Insurance company who told me that the pharmacist bold face lied to me. She put the medication back right after we got off the phone and she tried to cover herself by saying it was never there in the first place. She even told my husband to drive to another Walgreens on Rock Spring Road and that she had just got off the phone with the pharmacist there... Another lie....My husband called that pharmacy while he was in the drive thru and the said they didn't have it and no one called. I should also note that their "system" was saying that I had picked up the prescription 3 weeks prior, which is impossible, as my children had Covid-19 and my husband had knee surgery - we didn't leave the house that week. Maybe the pharmacist is doing something shady with the medication....who knows. I had to file a reverse claim out with my insurance company and Walgreens corporate. I also filed a complaint against the pharmacist. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would.

Employees were very nice and when my nephew wanted to buy cough medicine they tried to help him out and were very nice explaining minors couldn’t buy it because it contains alcohol. Its a nice place but not 5 stars, atmosphere and parking lot are a bit strange.

My only complaint is that the pharmacy isn’t open on saturday and sunday because walgreens doesn’t find it profitable to keep it open. Otherwise, this place is usually good 9/10 times. It’s not the perfect end all IMMACULATE FLAWLESS GODLIKE store but the staff are nice, and you get what you need. Says what it is on the tin can. Also the pharmacists here are awesome people.

Bad enough the pharmacy has drastically cut their hours to no Saturday/Sundays and 6:00 during the week but now I am finding that they are closing at 1:30 because of staffing issues. Really messing me up with my meds.

I love the Rite Aid on Hoagy Drive in Bel Air. Their personnel is friendly and helpful. The Pharmacy greets me by name and are always willing to answer my questions. I especially like Michelle and Gov. they always make me feel like a VIP and the store manager is great!

Feels like my neighborhood convenience store. I have purchased distilled water, medication, batteries, ice cream, A-1 sauce, and milk. My go-to spot when I need something quickly. What don't they have ? Marissa always greets me with a smile and Lois is extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the store. Always a pleasure to visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had has been at this pharmacy and it hasn’t only been once, it is every time. Unfriendly just plain nasty pharmacists and just a cold corporate feeling all around… I will stick to my neighborhood pharmacy from now.

The in-store prices are outrageous compared to the online prices AND in-store prices at other stores (such as Target). As if healthcare isn't expensive enough, Walgreens is adding $3-4 to their in-store prices. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I am very furious only to find out by a recording that you can't get medicine that you need starting today that the pharmacy on Hoagie Dr. In Bel Air will now be closed on Saturday's and Sundays only to reopen on Monday. One okay but two days when people get there meds on the weekends this is unheard of!

I have been in hold for 1 hour an 20 minutes today for the pharmacy. Date 07/25/2022. This is RIDICULOUS! The customer service in the pharmacy department has gone to the dogs. If U could give 0 stars

Was turned away for my second Covid-19 vaccination. THEY scheduled me for Pfizer, but when I arrived, they only had Moderna. I'm done with Walgreens, period.

All of the employees were rude and acted as though the customers were a bother. The guy who checked us out had a very bad attitude problem. Very rude and very poor customer service. The manager was always giving me looks of disgust while I was shopping. They need to learn customer service.
