Just finished working and seen this place. I was starving 😫 . I ordered a cheese dog with extra cup of cheese and it was under $5. Surprised me bc everything is so much $ anyway the staff was great looked really clean and even gave me to mini pretzels bc I didn't think I would use all the cheese 😂 wouldn't charge me for it so left a tip. Definitely recommend 1000% it also brought back a memory of being at the ball game .....witch made it extra special. Only thing I would add is so.e colorful leds just to spice it up a lil. Thanks ❤️

Just picked up a big Rivets order - after our EZ Cater order didn't go through for some reason, the entire staff, from cashiers to management made sure we knew they would take care of us! From free pretzels while we waited (those hit the spot!!) to constantly ensuring us that they would take care of us, these guys really killed it! On Christmas Eve of all days, we truly appreciate your kindness and love! Can't wait to come back for the next family party!!

Nice local place to pick up fresh soft pretzels. The staff is awesome and they always remember their regular customers. I can't say that much these days so it's nice to be appreciated for our loyalty

Will NEVER go back to this place. We got there about an hour before closing time, when we went to place our order we were told by an older middle aged lady in an extremely rude manner that they only had pretzel bites left. I understand being out of food but to be so rude is what caught me off guard. Especially when there was no reason for the lady to be so rude. Usually I don't leave negative reviews but rudeness is definitely when you get a negative review from me.

Went in for two crab pretzels that they’re advertising only to have the rude manager (didn’t catch her name cause she wasn’t wearing one) snap at us saying she didn’t have time to make any right now! That was it! No solution to the problem, no sorry, just she didn’t have time to make any right now. We love this place cause of the pretzels but sooner or later her rudeness will surely chase off customers (especially since she was also snapping at other customers who requested cheese steak pretzels with the same response! Someone please tell her without customers she wouldn’t have a job!

Just left and the customer service was horrible. Employees were grumpy and couldn't even greet you. Nothing was ready for individual purchase. Have to wait between 15-30 minutes for individual purchases. Why open at 8:30 a.m. if I can purchase an individual orders at 8:45 a.m.?

Love their pretzels and was going to get a 100 pack until I saw that this was now $70. What the blank?? This was $35 a few years back. It’s freaking DOUBLED in price? Uncle Joe’s economy is gawd awful.

We ordered a pretzel tray for a party and ordered a mix of the pretzel nuggets and the little hotdogs wrapped in pretzels. They were a huge hit, and everyone loved them. We went in when they were running a fundraiser and ordered the number 3 pretzel for Damar Hamlin. I love that they support the community! Their pretzels are always fresh and delicious

I didn't actually eat here cause they didn't have breakfast sandwiches. But they were very clean and the lady was super sweet and answered all my questions. Everything smelled good but just wasn't what O wanted at the moment. The prices were good and I plan to go soon and take my kids to get a pretzel pack. Customer service goes a long way these days and this place hit some of my favorite. Friendly and super clean! I appreciate both from an eating establishment! Spoke with other's and they are highly recommended and just based on this visit I plan to come back.

Called and asked a simple question… Do you have New Year’s pretzels. The woman answering was horribly rude and then she said she would get someone to help me… so I heard her say, “maybe you can help her, she’s asking about New Year pretzels or something stupid.” A man’s voice came on and asked me what my problem was. Well… I guess that’s that for this store. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just say, we don’t have that here and be done with it… and do it with a little kindness or a little respect.

This place is amazing. Second time going and ordered a platter for my son's 5th birthday. Turned out great. Was ready and waiting as soon as I walked In the door. The staff was friendly and greeted me with smiles, which hardly happens anymore! Great job PPF. Can't wait to come back

When someone places an order to be ready for a party and provides an additional 30 minutes to have it ready, you would expect it to be ready. NOPE. Maybe switch a tray that's standing right there when a customer is waiting. Nope. Order it the day in advance if you actually want it on time. 3 stars because at least they were piping hot...

The pretzels are actually really good when they're made right and/or fresh. I very much want to like this place since it's near where I live and convenient, which explains why despite something being wrong probably 1 in every 4 times I go there I still find myself going. Convenience trumps all other considerations I suppose. Owner seems like a really friendly guy but the staff all seem like they hate life. Also a warning to anyone wanting to visit them early in the morning, maybe wait at least an hour after they've opened to go, many times I have gone 45 minutes after they've opened and they haven't so much as cooked a single pretzel. Why not just open at 8am instead if you're not gonna have anything ready?

Pretzels were super dry. Husband and I went in to grab a snack while we were waiting for our taxes to be done. The old woman snapped at him for grabbing 2 dipping sauces. God forbid! Won’t be returning.

The woman at the counter was horribly rude, not pleasant at all, she had NO customer service skills what so ever. I don’t even like their pretzels at all but my son wanted one. It was 💯 gross! Will never go back.

I’m from Philly so I am excited to have a taste of home so close to me. The staff has always been super nice every time I went in. My biggest issue with this place is that when I go on early in the morning they never have any pretzels ready. If you open at 7 you don’t start cooking at 7. You come in early and get it done. Secondly I always ask for soft pretzels. I’ve received some really hard pretzels a few times. I had to throw them away so now I always check.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on 5/26/2017. First time visiting a Philly Pretzel Factory. The young gentleman that took my order was very polite, which is why I am being gracious with the two stars. Now on to the cashier (I believe her name was Liza), she was both rude to her co-worker and also to me. There was no greeting from her, nor did she even pretend that she appreciated my business, and she very gruffly snapped at her coworker about putting two of the bagel dogs in the same foil bag...I personally saw nothing wrong with that. Both were small enough to fit so what was the attitude for. She actually asked me if I wanted a bag for my food, um, yes, I really didn't feel like carrying my bagel dogs, side of cheese, Coke, purse, and bag of groceries from the nearby supermarket. She wasn't pleased with my request for a bag. As for the bagel dogs...nothing to brag about. They were very gooey and too rich for my palate. So between the poor service from Liza and the less than mediocre bagel dogs, that was my first and last visit to the Brierhill Philly Pretzel Factory.

While we enjoy the pretzels they're super unreliable. I ordered a platter for a party only to arrive and find out I was going to have to wait for an hour and a half past the time I had ordered them for. (Along with at least five others waiting.)That's not helpful when you're ordering for an occasion. I cancelled my order. Probably will not return.

My wife and I loved it! Very friendly staff who noticed what state my hat was from (Go Hoosiers!) Also loved getting free pretzels for our first time ever at their store. Plus, the pretzels and nacho cheese were delicious! Definitely coming back!

Great pretzels, at a good price, and a good team.Had an issue with a batch of pretzels once. In hindsight, nothing serious, however the managers and owner were very concerned, and went above and beyond in making sure they kept a long time customer happy. We've been going here since this location opened, and this was our first problem ever. VERY pleased with the response.

Probably came in at a bad time Pretzels weren't that great. Probably because they were in the warmer a little too long. However, their stuffed pretzels did taste good. I would go again.

The pretzels are decent at best. The service is average . I got some pretzel bites . They were not even warm, Just cold and not cooked. I asked for a new batch or to heat them up, the manager went on to say that’s how they’re made and they can’t heat them up with a dirty look on her face. I won’t go back!

Fantastic pretzels prepared and baked in the store. Noticed they also sell pretzel dogs but I didn't try one. They also sell small containers of toppings. I tried the cream cheese and pumpkin.

Recipe or prep error. The "bakers lye" wasn't mixed right or washed off right, so my wife and I ended up with a chemical burn on our tongues. No medical treatment needed. Lasted only 24 hours or so as if you burned your tongue on hot coffee, but I can't imagine a child having been burned and unable to explain it to their parent.Notified the manager on duty and they gave us a replacement pretzel... from the same batch. No better, still a burning sensation. Notified corporate, and they apologized.I'm not a real big fan of this type of pretzel anyway. Just beware and don't think you're crazy if it doesn't taste right and you feel a slow burn on your tongue.

Our nursing home received a donation of box of pretzels from Philly Pretzel factory to help feed our staff during the pandemic. Thank you SO much for your thoughtfulness and generosity. Our entire staff send their thanks and appreciation.
