I was very disappointed with my dogs recent stay. We were forced to board them for a family emergency. I payed for 8 hours of play time. During one of these sessions another dog bit my 5 1/2 month old puppy on the nose and muzzle, drawing blood. They called me and told me that the vet said it was minor. My issue was the the staff person blamed my puppy for lack of impulse control and getting too close to another dog. Not the biting dog who was not isolated and removed from the play area. I don't agree how they divide dogs up by weight, putting puppies in with adult dogs that bite. I should have requested individual play time. I blame myself for trusting this place. Obviously, it is more about money than protecting dogs.

We recently used the pet hotel to board our beloved boxer who is generally in good health. He spent 5 days boarded and thankfully we came home one day earlier because when we picked him up he had a terrible cough, nose, and lethargy. After monitoring him overnight we took him to our personal vet to learn that he has a bad case of kennel cough. When we contacted the manager to express our concerns and to inquire about why we weren't informed he was ill, we were told that they didn't notice anything other than some runny nose issues that are common in boxers. We were then asked to share the testing results we receive from our vet to confirm the bordetella. This is quite disappointing since we had to pay to have our dog seen, examined and medicated for the illness that he didn't have before he was in the kennel. We insisted that the facility be cleaned so that no other dog would get infected and we are never using this establishment again. Our dog is like family and he is well cared for. He did not receive quality care while he was at the Pet hotel particularly since they described a runny nose as a common issue instead of looking at his status when he came in and then determining that what they saw was unusual for our pet. He also had scratches all over his little paws. We were told the scratches were due to rough play in day camp. Never again will he go here.

Pricing Double!!!! Its now a "feature" that all dogs are required to participate in all day group play. My dog does not like this and comes home with anxiety and ended up sick the last 2 times we took her. We are looking for an alternative.

I started taking my two fur babies to the daycare program here for socializing and exercise. The drop off and pick up hours are much more convenient than most places. U can drop off as early as 7am and pick up as late as 9pm. If u bring your pets food they will feed at time of your choice for free. For as little as $4 you can add Kong or ice cream snacks as well. The facility is clean and calm with neutral colors and soothing music playing. The dogs are put in play groups according to size and activity level. Sometimes I stop by in the afternoon to see what they are doing and always find them happy and playing or napping with toys.

My dog loves coming to daycamp. Decided to bring her here for the hotel stay. The only problem I had was getting ahold of someone after hours one night (I was on the west coast so I didn't realize what time I was really calling.)
