Staff were friendly, attentive, and interacted well with myself and dog. Report card comments warmed my heart. My dog was groomed quickly (2.5 hours from drop off to pick up). She looks great and seems none the worse for the experience.

Very friendly. My dog is groomed right away when dropped off and contacted as soon as completed. Does a good job but there was obvious some uneven cutting around my dogs face. And the groomer said he did not give them any problems.

Caitlyn and Racheal are always amazing, they take amazing care of my dog and she always looks great when they are done with her. I can’t say enough good things about both of them!! Very reasonably priced, and they are very sweet and truly care about the dogs they groom. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love bringing my dog, Maggie, to see Racheal and Victoria. She loves them even more! She's always so well taken care of and has the happiest look on her face every time I pick her up. They are also always on time and are very efficient.

Our dog, Tuco, is very particular about who handles him. Rachel does an excellent job and he absolutely loves her. The environment is calming and personal. We have been to Petsmart. They were more expensive, did a very good job, no personal contact with my dog, no eye contact, very busy environment and my dog is easily excitable. I will not go back to Petsmart. For the personal touch and less expensive, we love Petco and we love Rachel.

Koda always looks so beautiful when I pick her up, her teeth are sparkling, her coat is fluffy and soft and shining and she smells great. But the best thing is that when I go to bring her back she isn't pulling away, she is running into the arms of the groomers so I know they are being good to my baby other wise she wouldn't want to go back. The whole staff there are great, my fav store!!

The groomers are always polite and know exactly what my dog needs. I was a little upset that the "manager" at the bel air location didn't even look at the discount i had from the Petco website . She simply told the cashier there is not a discount available. Seemed like she didn't want to be bother with it.
