The entire experience was great. The instructor made my 8 month old Labrador feel relaxed and eager to learn. She addressed some special training needs my dog had with knowledge and compassion. Katie was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Very polite and respectful. Each session she taught both of us and our dog basic training and we are extremely pleased with her training method.
