I would not recommend this place for grooming services. I brought my Shih Tzu in for a bath and trim. I told them that I didn’t want her coat short. I brush her regularly and I knew that she was only matted on her paws. I expected for them to cut most of the fur on her paws but they cut ALL of her fur. There was no need to cut all of her fur. It was a lazy grooming job and I will never come back for this service.

I love this store. Especially this location. We take our dogs Vladimir and Hank to get their nails trimmed and buffed. The employees that work at this location in the grooming department are extremely careful with our dogs they are knowledgeable caring and respectful. Hank and Vladimir love both women who work in the department and we do too. Thank you ladies for treating our loved ones with care. I always tip them cause honestly, THEY DESERVE IT. Always a pleasant experience when I come in here! Come here instead of petsmart! They are way better at everything all around! As a doordasher they are awesome and regular customer for our cat! Keep being awesome !

Went in there for some Merrick dog food So expensive almost $5 a can I can get it for a little over $3 at several other pet stores. Very disappointed. But they do have a good selection of dog toys I will give them that

This place is clean and has good deals on pets and pet stuff. My daughter loves to go and see the cats. She wants to volunteer to help keep them company and fed.

I have been visiting this Petco for years for fish, aquarium supplies, and dog supplies. About 2 weeks ago, I brought my dog into Petco for a bath and grooming because I was not able to get an appointment with my regular groomer at 4 Paws Spa. I explained how short I wanted his fur because he does not have extremely long fur but it was more fur than I like on him. I even showed the groomer pictures of how short his fur should be from the last time he was groomed back in September. My wife was highly upset when she picked him up a couple hours later. He basically looked the same as he did when I dropped him off. Plus his face was dirty and my wife had to demand they wash his face. The groomer told my wife they groomed him as I requested, which was a lie because she was on the phone with me when I told groomer what I wanted and showed pictures. They also had in there notes the my dog was a long haired dog with matted fur, which also was a lie. The only thing we would tell was done was the groomer scalp the fur near his butt so basically I paid $80 for them to mess up his butt because the fur near his but was cut very short but everything else was as it was when I dropped him off. They even had the audacity to ask my wife if she wanted to leave a tip even though they knew she was unhappy with the piss poor service and they made no attempt to make it right other than lie and say they did what I requested. In the end I will continue to purchase supplies as I need from Petco but I will NEVER have my dog groomed here. In addition to the pricing being much more than professional groomers around Harford County, the service sucks!

My pick up was a replacement for 2 cans of dog food that were damaged in a shipment order. The process couldn’t have been any easier. After the excellent customer service phone call, I had to simply go pick up the replacements at a nearby store. Excellent service & procedure! Thank you!

Great store and conveniently located. Sells live feeders but it can be hard to catch them in stock. Normally have to go on Fridays. There is a lady who works there who makes it well known she isn't happy about the purchase. To the point I have sent friends in for me just to not get the guilt from her. But snakes have to eat too.

Purchased 9 fish. Got them home. They all died within 2 days, and then got my whole tank sick. 3 of my Cory catfish got fin rot and died(had these fish 3 yrs without a problem. Now I have 2 of my 11” fish with sores on the side of their bodies and if they die, I will be filing a lawsuit with my attorney. I have had my fish for 3 yrs without one issue. Petco fish were added and now all my fish have fin rot.

Got our boy Jack from here today. The guy was very nice and honest about his care and seemed to really enjoy seeing him go to a good home and helped us with information on Jacks background and previous home. We are so grateful to add Jack to our family. He blended right in with our other 3 Guinea pigs in their pen❤️ I can tell they really cared for Jack and he is adjusting well and very outgoing and loves to be held.

Great staff. Clean facility. We bought our ferret from there.Technically we bought 3 st the same time and brought 2 back after a week, due to it being too much for the kids to handle. Petco took them back with no problems.We enjoy our 1 little fur baby now.There's a bathroom here and they are clean.You can also buy cat litter and refill there when needed.They have an adoption side with kitties.Plenty of fish and reptiles.Birds, mice, Guinea pigs, gerbils oh my!This place literally has everything.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I have been here several times and there are only 2 employees 2 younger gentleman that seem to care about their customers and their jobs. Today was the last time I will enter this store. The fish department is disgraceful! It made me sad that there is such little care in this store!

Our trainer Anna was outstanding! She was very patient and showed an extensive knowledge of various ways to be successful with our dog, who was challenging to get focused. We took the Adult beginner course and will be staying for the advanced and good citizen course as well. Highly recommend Anna!!

I can not speak enough positive things about the dog trainer Anna at this location! In total I signed my German Shepherd puppy up for 10 weeks of private lessons. When we first started training I was at a point where I was ready to throw the towel in my dog would barely listen to a word I’d say. However with Anna’s help my dog and I have a wonderful relationship, and she listens to me more than I ever thought possible. If you’re on the fence, and wondering is it really worth the money……YES IT IS!!!! Anna is a fabulous trainer. Times I would get frustrated because my dog wasn’t doing what I wanted her to do or my dog was really struggling with what I was asking of her Anna would step right in and say hey let’s try this instead or ok here’s another thing you can do instead. They also offer a consultation class for $39 to see what would be best for your dog.

This is the closest Petco to me. Unfortunately they hardly ever have stock of what I’m looking for. I have to drive 30-45 minutes to the next closest (Rehoboth) store to find what I’m looking for. Always out of: Merrick cat cans & pouches, Weruva cat cans, Natural Balance cat pouches, Purebites chicken (big bag), fresh cat grass, So Phresh litter deodorizer. Staff always says Hi but does not offer assistance or offer to order what I need which I know I can find at the Rehoboth location. I realize the Millville location is lower volume than Rehoboth but I don’t understand why so many products are out all the time. Very Frustrating!

Big NO. broken. Tried to book my pom online..... Said "call for services.... Special needs....?????" buttercup has never even been there. She's been to other petcos with no issues. So I called which is not like me.... "oh she's been referred out......" wtaf? As I said, broken.Do not use.
