For how busy this location gets, the staff definitely keep up ans know what they are doing. Servcie was quick and our food was done fairly quickly as well. My turkey avocado blt was delicious, the soft bread.. mmm! Hubby really enjoyed hisGreen goddess cobb salad. It was a nice refreshing lunch. There are plenty of tables to sit at and it clean.

They do their best. They always look over worked and overwhelmed. I feel guilty placing an order.Baked goods are fantastic and typically freshly baked.But......They salt their coffee a bit too much. Yes, salty coffee, at least to my taste.Some of the furniture is on its last leg. There is a small coffee table that should become a tourist attraction just like the Stumpy Cherry Tree in Washington DC.Overall, it is a good place to go for a break.

Today when I walked into Panera it was quiet, the ladies took my order and I engaged in conversation with them regarding a TV show they were speaking about. They were so friendly, we shared a few laughs and a few details about the show. My bagel was perfect this time. I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel and sometimes it burns as it's coming through their toaster but this particular morning, it didn't. I forgot to mention my bagel was heart shaped. This is the second time I've had an heart shape bagel from Panera. Overall, great experience!

I gave Panera five stars because it was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely professional and service oriented. The chicken fontago was beyond imaginable it was so good with onion. I'm wondering if I can eat it daily but jokingly of course. I'd reimagine the ordering in line process because it lacks no clear line system. Other than that, I considered it flawless perfection for this location..Parking is tough but you'll survive.

This location is s a big yikes. The dinning room was dirty and the customer service was awful. The girls up front kept forgetting things for my order and told me my discount was added which it wasn't, but hey at least they were kind.The guy making orders was rude though. I told him that a part of my order was missing and he told me I needed to get that piece from the front. Then as I was walking up he started screaming to them that I never purchased the order MULTIPLE TIMES. To the point other guest were staring... That's so embarrassing!!!! Thankfully I found my receipt to prove I purchase said item and the blonde hair girl apologized and gave me my missing item. This store needs to have better training for customer service 😔

Every time I try to order one of the vegetarian options they put chicken in it. Multiple times I have ordered something that I specifically looked at the ingredients to to make sure there was no meat in it and when I actually get the sandwich or the warm bowl it always has some version of it that includes chicken for some reason. The receipt even has the chicken version on it instead of the normal default meatless version. I am so upset. And there’s always a ton of it too so I have to spend a long time trying to pick out food to just throw in the trash.

Ordered a you pick two with a half chick salad sandwich. There was literally no chicken on my sandwich. Every other time I go here there’s a problem… like they forget something. ALWAYS check your order!!! This was on November 6, 2021 at lunch time.

The food has always been great here. This time I got the broccoli Mac & cheese. It was tasty, but a bit soupy and a little pricey for the serving size. Maybe it was soup and I missed that fact on the menu. I usually go for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches, bagels, pastries, and coffee are very good.Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and I find that Panera has a good selection of vegetarian dishes.

Simple order, sandwich and salad with no onion.I get my order, Onion on both. I only noticed it on the sandwich first, which was fine.Then the lady says, you’ll have to throw it away as I can’t touch it. I literally saw the onion while it was on the takeaway counter, I hadn’t touched it. Went to the trash to throw it out while I waited for a remake. Then went noticed it in my salad. I dropped off the whole plate and asked for a refund.The assistant manager came out and refunded the order. No accountability taken, no apology for wasting 20 mins of my time.This location has poor customer service.

To go orders are made promptly and are accurate. Faster service than some other locations. To go order pick up stand is in the middle of the restaurant and is awkward to get to. You have to walk thru people standing in line to get to it and back out thru the dining room to exit.Parking: Parking lot with lots of space. It is shared with other businesses in the shopping center.

If this is the one in Festival, AVOID. They have so much crime they can't have the butter out. In this context, I ordered 2 days of food online. I come in and they don't have it. My fault they say, I need the number and email.I go get it. "Oh! My food was stolen" I had to threaten them to get a refund and they threatened to call the cops on me. I thought that was fine. Then I get a refund. No "sorry". Only restaurant I haven't felt safe in.

Manager needs to listen to its employees when they repeatedly request that the slicer be replaced. I was late to an event when my preorder for two dozen presliced bagels were received with a few slightly sliced at the top and the majority nonsliced and the employees stating that they have been asking for a new slicer for a while. Noting the issue, employees need to be proactive in hand slicing rather than not completing the order as requested. Very disappointed all around.
