I just wanted to leave a review on my wonderful experience at Pairings today for Easter brunch. Savannah was a wonderful waitress. Her work ethic and mannerisms were outstanding. The food was excellent. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food & quality. I would highly recommend Pairings for brunch or any other time. I will definitely be back to visit Savannah & enjoy a great meal. Thank you again A+++

Had a romantic dinner with my wife. All the food was wonderful. We really liked the seasonal specials. There is a huge whiskey/bourbon and Wine selection. It was nice to be able to sit and hear some live acoustic music. After dinner, we stopped in to the little market and got ice cream to take home.Dietary restrictions: Great place for someone with food allergies.

Great food and relaxing, welcoming atmosphere! This is one of my favorite spots in Harford County. The staff is always friendly and the service is outstanding. Even on their busiest nights, the staff works hard to ensure that you are taken care of.

Had Easter Brunch reservations this afternoon around 1:00. Was seated immediately which was nice. Hubby ordered a Nutty Irishman and I had a Mimosa. The drinks were lovely as usual. The service was excellent. We were very well attended. The buffet though…I was pretty underwhelmed about the quality of the buffet. Every single “hot” item I tried was not hot at all. The breakfast potatoes were mostly undercooked (had a few smaller pieces that weren’t raw and they tasted fine although they desperately needed seasoning). Had a piece of beef from the carving station. It was bland and not warm. The Charcuterie board was incredibly picked over. Not sure if they were planning on refreshing any of it. The French toast was pretty good. I had a taste of the gnocchi. It seemed pretty decent. My teens were also underwhelmed by the food quality. They ate a bunch of snacks right after we got home. All in all…underwhelming. I was a little surprised as I’ve enjoyed dinner and appetizers there in the past. I’m sure I will enjoy ordering off menu in the future. The brunch buffet just wasn’t it for me….especially for $50/pp.

We feel like family here! We come almost every Friday and enjoy trying new things on the menu. We have never been disappointed. The staff at the front desk is always welcoming and our waiters and waitress have been phenomenal. They are family friendly and always warm and welcoming to my rambunctious 2 year old. She has broken glass and spilled too many drinks that I care to admit and they’ve always been so understanding and kind to us. I couldn’t not recommend this restaurant more

It was the first time there for me but my wife had been there before and really loved it. We had the pairings menu. Which Includes an appetizer entree and dessert and each comes with a glass of wine. I had the cream of crab soup which was amazing, they give you extra Crab on a spoon and extra sherry which really enhanced the flavors. Entree was a steak on the menu that was cooked perfectly and the wife had the scallops which were also done to perfection. If you didn't like a wine that they paired with the course they would replace it. Staff was right on top of things your empty plate was removed as soon as you pushed it to the side and everyone was friendly. Can't wait to go back again.

Since moving in the area we’ve been sampling the local restaurants as we like fine dining. This restaurant is our kind of fare as we’re always going out and about at least once a month to treat ourselves well. They have a great selection in their menu and the pairings options is pretty diverse. Cocktails were very tasty but the Paloma had a very pour, I didn’t mind but the wife got a nice buzz. We used to live closer to Baltimore and we miss all of the great restaurants there but we’re having fun finding new spots in Harford county.

My wife and I went to Pairings for our 37th wedding anniversary. We had been previously for another anniversary and loved it. The Pairings team did a great job making us feel welcome. I had noted our anniversary on my reservation---when we entered and provided our name they greeted us with "happy anniversary". We were also provide a complimentary glass of champagne. Michelle, our server was excellent. She explained everything--and kept a perfect pace, as we worked our way through the 3 course with pairings menu. We love letting the Pairings team pick the wine, it provides new choices we probably would not pick. The food was excellent--I agree with an earlier reviewer--a little more crab in the cream of crab would not hurt. My wife loved the cream of crab, I enjoyed the Cheese + Charcuterie as a starter. The seasonal salad---not yet shown on the online menu---was excellent---though we would get one salad and dessert next time (instead of 2 salads). For our entree, my wife ordered the scallops, I ordered the fish special---triple tail. Both had great flavor and were very tasty. We had no room for dessert; but the complimentary portion of a dessert was a pleasant surprise we expect to eat during the week.

What a wonderful place for an amazing meal. Although this was our first time dining here, we could tell this would become one of our regular eat out spots. Unfortunately, no pictures were taken. (The food looked to good!) But we can assure anyone that it was definitely worth every penny. Thank you to the chef, and thank you to the owner for allowing us to enjoy our 13th valentine's day!

My husband and I had a reservation for 7:30 pm. We arrived on time and waited for about 20 minutes. The restaurant was packed, but the hosts and manager came over to us, apologized, and explained the reason for the wait. The manager then brought us champagne and apologized again for the delay. We were promptly seated and greeted. The concept of this restaurant is unique, and the food was delicious. Each dish was paired brilliantly, and we were impressed. The manager visited us again towards the end of our meal to ensure everything was going well. That's what I call great customer service. Every dish we ordered was perfection. We will definitely be returning.

Noisy echoey room made it hard for people to hear a normal conversation. Their raw brick walls do them no favours. Service dreadful at lunch 1 hr 20 min before food began to be served. Everyone ordered only soup & salad or soup & sandwich. Crab soup was good; salmon salad was good; chicken salad was bland boring & mediocre. Inattentive slow waitress--several times we had to go to reception to get her to the table. She failed to return several credit cards until pressed. This was a very bad lunch experience. There are dozens of places to go in Bel Air that are much better. We'll not be going back.

This is our goto place for date night. The menu is extensive and changes seasonally. The servers are great. The wine is fantastic. Always busy so do yourself a favor and make a reservation ❤😋Ok. New to area but we've been here at least 3 times...Eric as our server twice and Brady(?) Once. Both are great! We've enjoyed all our meals every time we've come! 👍🏼👏 10% discount on top of that for anyone wine you buy when you dine in. Cannot recommend this establishment enough!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Finding so many cute places to enjoy date night in the Bel Air area- I love the concept and execution here of pairing wine with farm to table entrees. We look forward to returning. You cannot beat a 4 course or 5 course meal paired with wine for $66 or $77!!!

Keep in mind that this is coming from someone that likes to keep things "simple"went for the buffet. Also went for Easter Brunch.Food itself was really good but the egg omelets were the most questionable thing.small, taste was super pungent for what's supposed to be yellow egg and honestly it didn't really look like an omelet. I was people watching and everyone receiving the omelets were like "what??" First omelet I never liked and honestly don't know how you do "too much" with an omelet.Buffet is probably my biggest complaint of the entire thing. The only real buffet style food they had in a BUFFET was sausage and potatoes. Ffs they had a charcuterie board as one of the options... what kinda buffet is fhat?? When I imagine a buffet I think "Eggs, Potatoes, Sausage, Ham, Pancakes, Waffles, French toast, you name it" they had TWO of those things. Sausage and Potatoes which were very good but the selection was terrible. Food AND drinks provided was a 7/10.Also the place we sat I thought I was in the Smithsonian. Incredibly dark, small and congested, but the rest of the place wasn't bad.Boujee is fine but make the buffet make a little more sense. A buffet is not really meant to be sophisticated in my opinion.Selection wasn't good, where I sat I didn't like the atmosphere. Waiters were great 👍All and all for a brunch buffet this was a total miss for me. The entire thing felt like they were doing too much and none of it really added up.But again keep in mind I'm not a boujee person, I like to keep things simple and basic and this place felt like they missed in all the areas they shouldn't have and also did too much with the stuff they did have.5/10

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pairings and I must say, the food was absolutely incredible. Not only was the menu diverse and full of unique options, but they also catered to my gluten-free needs with a ton of delicious choices. The upscale atmosphere added to the overall dining experience, making it feel like a truly special occasion. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and upscale dining experience with plenty of gluten-free options.

Really Amazing. Great Whiskey, great staff and awesome, creative food. The kind of place that I would just let them bring me whatever they wanted me to have. And I'm picky. Dinner was literally so good I forgot to take a picture!

I want to start by saying the service at Pairings Bistro was exceptional. We understand that in this day and time, management has specific challenges. But in the restaurant business, the focus should be on both the service and the food. We made a reservation nearly a week in advance, requesting an outdoor table for 2. We arrived on time, but had to wait in the bar for 45 minutes before we were seated; not the beginning we'd hoped. Shannon the bartender was great and made the wait pleasant. When our table was ready, we ordered the fried oysters and pork belly appetizers. This is when our dining experience really went sideways. The fried oysters were over cooked, hard and very crunchy with little or no taste of oyster. The mayonaissy sauce was just too much. The pork belly was very greasy, served with a slightly cooked piece of fresh fennel that was not at all appetizing. Our main order of two rib eye steaks medium rare arrived way over-cooked, my wife's more well-done than mine. She sent her's back, and a little while later our waiter brought her a new steak. This one was also closer to well-done than medium rare. The garlic mashed potatoes were good, but the zucchini slices were weird - some were soft-cooked and some were cold and crunchy. We ended up boxing both steaks to take home. The kitchen certainly needs lessons in temperature consistency. Had it not been for Shannon and our waiter Andrew, our visit would have been a total disaster.

We came here for our anniversary, and Brady was our server. He went over all of the menu features with us, anticipated our needs, was very soft spoken, kind, and relatable, we couldn't have asked for better service!! He even had an anniversary bubbly wine prepared for us upon our arrival which was such a nice surprise. Food was amazing, the wine pairings were on point, and my chicken was very juicy (which I rarely order anywhere). We ordered the 3 course meal, were there for just under 3 hours, and we didn't feel rushed at all, the courses came in great timing and this is such a nice quiet place to come and relax! Thank you Brady for the amazing experience, and thank you Pairings!

This review is for the Village Market. I love their menu and the food is pretty awesome. I will say, for the most recent meal I ordered (Dry aged sliders) I definitely felt cheated. I only received 2 small 2.7 inch mini burgers and while it was tasty and 2 sliders may be the norm— for $14 I feel like I needed at least 3 to justify the price. The fries were also unfortunately overcooked so I was only able to eat half of what was given. They’re always really friendly and I would recommend this place if someone asked me about it. I do believe the price for those sliders may be a tad bit overpriced and that’s what set my experience rating back a bit.

Took my husband and kids here for Father's Day and we had brunch here. The food choices were decent . They have a handful of small plates you could choose from and you can have as many as you like included with the buffet are items that you would find on a charcuterie board, like olives, cheese ect.. we did not partake in that. You also get to try different desserts from their dessert menu, which are also small portions. They also had a very good wine selection if you are a wine drinker. There is a flat fee per person for the brunch buffet which adds up if you have a family of 5. You can also add wine to your tab to try different wines for another fee. Overall it was decent. Would try again but will leave the kids at home next time.

I love this restaurant, I've never had a bad experience. They have amazing service, great food, and an overall lovely experience. 4 courses with pairings is really the way to go! Celebrated my birthday there last night, and they made things extra special. I've been to a lot of nice restaurants around the country, and this place truly is a treasure right in my own backyard.

Our first meal out with friends since March 2020 was a great success. The food was top notch. The chef/owner chatted with us about the wine pairings and the waiter was perfect.
