The drive-through customer service was horrible at the first window. The guy saw me waiting and still took his time. Once he came back, he just had his hand out to take my payment. Complete trash service.As for the food. The sandwich was completely messy with the tarter sauce everywhere and the cheese on 1 quarter of the sandwich. This McDonald's used to have higher quality workers and service, but now they are hiring ghetto lazy kids who come in to collect a check and get away with bad food and service. The store by the mall still has better quality of service and food presentation.Corporate needs to intervene and look at management deeper.

This location has really gotten shabby looking. The furniture is worn and messy despite the not so long ago remodel. I also noticed the food amount seems to have shrunk while the cost has significantly risen but I still love egg mcmuffins. Ordering at the kiosk says that you get a receipt but you don't, and it also says they will bring out your food to your table but they just yell out your number for you to come get it.

Not sure it's a everyday thing , but teens hanging out on Fridays afternoon like there in the park. Teens yelling and running the place. Management seemed unbothered. Came in to grab something quick for my kids and it was very annoying. Not to mention lack of customer service when you walk in. Its like they ignore you so you go on and place your order yourself. And make no mistake while ordering on the Kiosk yourself, because they will reprimand you by saying they cannot replace your food because the food will now go to the "trash" and the company will "loose" money! Oh, they were too "busy"; having conversations? That was there excuse of not being at the register. Am I not a client?

Just had a cup of coffee, used kiosk to order (not the friendliest app). Got my order number ticket, took the table number tent. In a few minutes someone yelled "coffee". I guess that's McDonald's. Stood at counter with several other people and staff ignored us. After about 5 minutes they decided to take our order. Then all orders had mistakes. Place was dirty which I didn't realize until after we had our food. Another customer told me she has had problems with service and complained to corporate about the cleaning. Service she said she stuck being mistreated because she cares for elderly in area.

I do not recommend ever going to this location. After bringing our order home we discovered that one of the burgers had a large bite taken out of it. *inexcusable*When we called to complain, we were hurried off the phone and told to come in for a refund. No one ever apologized. They acted defensively and hung up on us while we were still talking.Today we went in to talk to the manager for the refund, and they denied all knowledge of the incident.Never go here.

We preordered thru the app & picked up our order @ the drive thru. It was pretty fast, however I will always find it really rude when the cashier just shoves their hand & your receipt out their lil window for you to grab as you drive by to the pick up window. Is it really that much of an imposition to have to hand someone their receipt & say "Thank you, have a nice day!"? Maybe "Thank you"? Oh!! How about "Hi"? A look up? A smile? Oh, look @ me; I guess I forgot it's 2024.

Needs a lot of improving. Staff has customers wait too long, orders get mixed up, Chick-fila needs to buy out all the MC Donalds. 😞😞Vegetarian options: I'm not a meat eater. For veggies have more, fresh options.Wheelchair accessibility: Never see ramps, or staff helping someone that needs help at all.

Ordered and paid for a steak egg and cheese bagel…was given a bagel with bacon egg and cheese on it. Hash brown looks and tastes old. This is why I normally take that trip down to the one on red pump. Smh

I normally order on the app and carryout. Everyone is nice and is very friendly when they greet you. Service is amazingly fast when ordered from the app. Ate in the restaurant today for the first time. Place was decorated for the holidays. I do wish more clean tables were available but overall a nice experience and good place to burn some time.

Got our drinks and appetizers very quickly. Kids ordered shakes and they came out in glasses and also brought out the mixing cup with the extra ice cream which kids loved. All of our food was good and we they came around a couple of times to check on drinks and fry refills.

This is literally the worst McDonalds locations I’ve ever visited. Food is never hot, fries are always cold and soggy and they almost never get an entire order right. They also constantly forget to give you items you have ordered. I live 2 minutes away but will gladly drive the extra few minutes up the road to the other Bel Air location. Avoid this place at all costs.
