Went here the Sunday before 4th of July and the Marshalls is probably the best one that I’ve ever been too. It’s very nice, clean and well organized. They had a very nice selection of items including a lot of brand name items for decent prices. I was able to grab a few nice items while here. Will be back again if I’m ever in the area again.

I stopped by to return my Kipling bag.I took out my bag and gave it to the cashier. She asked me that there was no monkey charm, but I didn't know about it.When I bought the bag, I didn't realize it was there and so I didn't know it wasn't there.I immediately told her that I didn't know, but she and the woman behind me, who seemed to be the manager, looked at me very suspiciously and asked me again if there was no monkey charm, and I again clearly stated that I didn't know about it.But they continued to look at me with suspicion, and I felt so offended and insulted that I immediately communicated my thoughts through Google Translate.They got a little better, but they didn't apologize to me.I was in a very bad mood on the way home,I wondered if they were so easily rude to me because I was Asian.I felt so offended and insulted.It's really wrong that they didn't apologize to me.

This Marshall's location is clean and organized. Today I got the help-as many times before-of a kind and very professional young man.His name is Aron. He seems to know the exact location of every item in the store!?! Aron is working hard and yet is always happy to assist clients in their search....!Always with a smile...Marshall's deserve praise for how is hiring (and probably training)its people.At this store all employees are kind and professional...They deserve our gratitude for a job very well done!When you need to relax just go find a pleasant...surprise in here! LOL

The checkout was a problem. The cashier pressed us to sign for a Marshalls card. When we declined, she asked us to explain why! Then she went to a colleague & complained about us being mean--because we refused to explain. Marshalls in Bel Air--the cheek of it!

Nothing in the actual store was too bad.. they always have a lot of stuff and good deals. Some of the things were unorganized and a bit messy but overall not too bad. BUT, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There is no way they clean those bathrooms every night. Just gross. I had to go somewhere else to find a bathroom because it was just horrible.

This has been my favorite store in Bel Air to shop for many years. They always have an amazing variety of everything. The prices are incomparable to other stores. Especially their markdowns.Top Customer service from the employees and managers.I worked there for a few months and they had the best group of employees and the Manager was incredibly organized and always on top of scheduling. During holidays they always provided lunch from various restaurants. The only bummer to this store is the rest rooms. They are in serious need of an renovations. But that is up to Corporate.

The cashier has a lot to be desired.she flat out lied to me and when I caught her in the lie,she denied she said what she said.she wasted my time about 15 minutes.i will not be going back in there again what a shame I really like the store.i was in there on Saturday afternoon around 1230-100 .

It was July 27th. It is not clear whether they are starting renovations (while the store is open?) or are closed forever. Empty shelves, part shifted, dirty. Absolute disorganization. It's a pity. Bad example of a good chain.

I love shopping here. I always find cute items and come in often. Today I came in and set a jar of bath oil in my cart to purchase. As I was calculating my total on my phone, the bath oil rolled out of my cart and broke on the floor. I felt terrible about the mess, but thankfully I was able to find an employee to help clean it up. When I got up to the register I stated to the cashier ( and I believe one of the managers ) what had happened and I appologized for the oil being on some of the make- up palettes I put up on the counter to purchase. They were so nice about everything and even helped me clean off the oil on my items. I was very appreciative of how friendly and helpful they were. Thank you!

Is what any Marshalls is that I've been to. You have to really go through everything and look, look, look. But if you are willing to do that you can probably find something you love for a very good price.

I had 2 gift cards, 1st was 2 yrs old, 2nd was 6 months, both were still the full amount. I found some awesome walking shoes(ended up walking 1 mile to an event and 1 mile back ), great quality, and a few extra items that were good quality and higher priced at other merchants.

Even tho I bought like 4 things that were total over $50 but its better than paying a lot more. I am blessed to have what I have plus getting a $50 gift card for Christmas helped out a whole lot. But as far as the customer service the gentleman who served me was nice but could of done much better. He was mainly quiet majority of the time. But overall had a good experience!

This Marshall's has changed over the years. They use to have a great selection of clothes and furniture. I was kinda disappointed. The lines move fast and the employees are helpful.

I made the purchases and was told that my TJMax card would result in 10% discount and I can come and avail it. I had to make 4 trips to get the issue resolved. Overall, a good place with decent amount of variety in clothes and idher home goods.

There are lots of items! Men's, boys, girls, women, luggage, pets etc. My problem with the place is there is always a very long line to check out. When I was there today? I think most of the check outstands were manned but I guess there just are not enough.

Such a poor selection of items. The lines also take forever. This Marshalls is lame, the one in Newark, DE is much better.*Edit*Came back after having not been since the pandemic. Nothing has changed. Lackluster clothing, dirty store, screaming kids. It wasn't a pleasant shopping experience.

Staff is Great and always nice and polite. Marshall's as a corporation needs to do better ordering though. Way too many repeat items. Selection lacking from previous experiences

It's okay if you really want to hunt for something to buy the pickings seem to be pretty slim at this time of year it's mid-summer by the way. It seems like if you go there in the beginning of each season you're better able to get something to take
