Overall experience was good, most of the sales reps and cashier's were helpful however i was looking for a particular size shoe and the 2 ladies in the area were so engrossed in there personal conversation not one offered help. When i got to the register the cashier offered assistance. Store was neat and very clean the older gentleman kept scanning me with his arms crossed and the stare 👀🤣🤣i wanted shop more but he made it so uncomfortable.

As a petite woman, I am very disappointed by the selection and quality Kohl's has to offer me. As a size 2 & 4 in my younger years, I was happy to finally in my late 60's being in a size 6-8 as there were hardly any smaller sizes available. Now, I find a majority of the sizes available ranging in the X to XXXL. The prints and styles are hideous. The fabric is thin and pills easily. Kohl's clothes quality is cheap and has gone downhill. So disappointing. Even the shows don't hold up.

Just went into the store to pick up an item I purchased through the app. You now have to go to the back corner of the store to get your purchase. I don't mind, because I like to get extra walking steps into my day.It was very quick and easy. Just follow the directions in the email sent to confirm pickup.

My son and I stopped in on Christmas Eve. We were looking for the “order pick up” area. We came across Kevin and what an incredibly pleasant young man. He was the only person this holiday season (from every store we went to) that wished us a merry Christmas. He really made our day!! Thank you Kevin for not even being bothered by customers on Christmas Eve. Hope you had a good holiday.

I’ve been shopping at Kohls since they opened in Bel Air. The merchandise they carry is good quality and to my taste. The most important thing is that I know if I am not satisfied with anything I purchase they are there to help and or accept my return. Their incentives keep me returning as well. I love my Kohls cash.

Came in today to buy my son a new necklace because his snapped , I had no clue they had no jewelry counter , after locating what they had left I asked for customer service to help me compare chains /prices etc . Regina made sure to inform me I came on the wrong week they were on sale last week now there full price(not sure what this information did for me besides make me sad ) , then she told me I wanted a coated one , when I said that’s not what I was looking for she then told me go to bjs … what lovely costumer service. Really supreme !

Customer service not the best. Used the Amazon drop off and I guess I wasn't fast enough pulling up my return codes. The guy was sighing and rolling his eyes like he had something better to do.Rather go to the one in Forest Hill or just shop online. Rude!

I visited my Kohl’s store this Black Friday weekend to make a purchase of 2 related items. Ultimately one was located in the stock room by a young male associate, who spent another 15 minutes attempting to order the other item for me. However, their system was NOT cooperating. He referred me to his mgr who also had the same issues but figured a way around them and placed my order, finally!In spite of spending an inordinate amt of time on what should have been a relatively quick purchase, I was actually AMAZED at the EXTREMELY high level of customer service I received that day. Even the cashier was extra helpful in applying a discount for me and the wait time in line was short, due to every register being manned. All in all, a VERY IMPRESSIVE visit to Kohls.👏

Terribly unprofessional customer service.My husband and I returned to Kohls in Belair because the day prior the cashier forgot to take the ink tags off our merchandise, so today I went to have that fixed by customer service. Apparently we were not standing in the proper designated area, so a lady from customer service told us where to go stand to wait for help, since she was assisting another customer. We proceeded to stand in the designated area. Honest mistake since the line is some weird configuration, most customers seemed to miss as well. While we were waiting in the designated area, another customer service lady approached us and began to lean over the rope, waving us forward, telling us we “need to move” forward to make room for the lady that just came in in back of us. The way she spoke to us was so unpleasant, rude, and really condescending. I stared at her blankly, dismayed that she was even addressing us this way. Both my husband and the customer in back of me who she was telling me to move for could not believe the audacity and lack of professionalism from this individual. There is a polite way to ask somebody to move. It seemed that no matter where we stood it was wrong. This was such an unpleasant experience. In the future I will be going to the Forest Hill Kohls. I debated even writing this review, but based on the other reviews, it is evident that the rudeness by the employee(s) here is a reoccurring issue.

Nice clean store with a big variety of merchandise for children and women. They also have a big selection of HomeGoods. Employees are always very nice and helpful.

Although they seem a little understaffed, the people I did encounter were pleasant and helpful. They need a lot more help with dressing room maintenance and restocking depleted sizes in the shoe department. The selection of clothing, overall, has improved in the last year.

I was at Kohls shopping on Black Friday. The speed of the cashiers was amazing. And they were all helpful and upbeat despite the never ending line. It was a positive experience.

Honestly just went to return an Amazon package. We did check out the fall decorations. Very nice. But.. they moved the Amazon return to an area without cell service. If you need your qr code better download before you go.

First time experience with Rude behavior of Cashier and coustmore service both, cashier was ok but service wasn’t wise at all., need to correct the bill for my reward n she said rudely U don’t have to come here for that just go directly with cashier,, two time just in 5min🙄 , i get it but the way she told us was very unprofessional. I am regular coustmore for kohls since 8 year But this experience is worse. Forest hill one is way better..

I don't like this location. Employees and never around and can't get help. When you do find one the attitudes are flying high! We will definitely not be back to this location which is sad because it's like right behind my house and we spend a decent amount of money at Kohl's. Oh well another location will get our business!

We come in and can't find what we were looking for. The manager and Associate in the front end keeps talking without acknowledging us at all. Didn't even ask if we need help or did we find what we're looking for. No good customer service etiquettes. I am not coming back here or recommend the store. Worst than Walmart!! So sad. It hasn't changed.

The store is always so clean and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. When I was there the other day, the manager was on the floor with an employee making minor adjustments to a display - it's that kind of attention to detail that makes a difference!
