On December 20th of 2023 I purchased a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma. My salesman was CD. He has always done a great job taking care of us. This is my 3rd vehicle I bought from Jones Junction, and I've usually always been happy with everything. However, this time was different. They had a nice deal going on whenever you bought a new or used vehicle from them you are eligible for a free gift, which they never gave me. Later, I was informed that you had a choice of the free gift or a discount on your purchase. I was never given this option. They told me they just automatically applied the discount, which I never saw on the paperwork. I have tried to work with them for almost 2 months for them to rectify this. They are refusing to honor their promotion. This is not how Jones should treat their returning loyal customers. Is a $200 promotion really worth losing a returning customer over? I wouldn't think so. I have attached a picture of the coupon that was all over their dealerships and on social media. I also had issues with their aftermarket department that sold me tint and undercoating for my truck. I wouldn't recommend using them. It's a business Jones contracts out to do it. They do not take pride in the work they put out, and my vehicle was not inspected when it got back to Jones. I had over spray and smear marks all over my new truck, and they forgot the front tint. I wasn't happy. They gave me some kind of excuse about someone being out sick, which doesn't explain why a quality check was not done. After a phone call, I had to take more time out of my schedule to take the truck back down to jones to fix problems that should've never happened in the first place if they were detailed oriented.

Went to Jones Kia to help my daughter purchase a used car. Gave our parameters to Vance and he diligently searched their inventory to find those that met the criteria. He veered away from high mileage and helped us find the right one. Right mileage and price and an SUV, which is what we wanted. Helped us through all the paperwork, trade-in, etc, and we drove home with the new “used “ vehicle. Very pleased with Jones, particularly Vance. Highly recommend!

After being frustrated with other dealerships, I was able to finally get a quality experience at Jones Nissan. It started with the manager named Zach going out if his way to learn of my other experiences and provide a straight-forward experience. He was personable, respectful and was quick to respond to all questions. We were then introduced to our sales person Will. He continued the experience, seeing us politely and respectfully through the rest of the process. I recommend both of these individuals.It was all of the ease and convenience of buying cars on-line, but with all the benefits of dealing in person.Thanks !!!

The body shop employees were nice. But when speaking with Danielle hill I was trying to explain a situation that occurred with my rental vehicle while she was gone. As I was explaining to her about my doubts about some damages that I never received adequate proof of she went from not knowing what was going on to out right saying I did it. She was very belligerent and unprofessional. After I asked her for proof she lied and said I was shown ( I didn’t receive anything by this point which was the purpose of the call).She kept cutting me off (I never got to tell her the fully story) she screamed at my grandmother after she tried to step in and help and said “YOU’RE NOT THE RENTER SO I DON’T HAVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU” like a petulant child. My grandmother and i was absolutely shocked and disgusted by the bias behavior Danielle displayed. Spoke with Larry Kroft about the whole thing letting him know I was asking for proof of these allegations and how I was verbally attacked by Danielle. He didn’t acknowledge her behavior and excused the fact that Ms.Dana at the rental desk supposedly just “overlooked” the severe damages that even Steve wonder could see at the initial return. This whole experience with management has been very distasteful. I also contacted customer care and haven’t heard anything back. The rental department is the most shadiest group I’ve ever interacted with ever in life.

Happy Customer of Jones family of dealers, highly recommend and will be back myself in the future. I spent an afternoon in the Kia showroom, then the Hyundai showroom and ended up buying a used 2021 Hyundai Tucson at a great value. During the whole process everyone was friendly and helpful (especially Holly my final sales rep, her manager, and service reps). No one tried to push a sale onto me. The Hyundai new car lot actually recommend I check out the used lot to help with my decision which ended up with my purchase. Making things even better was after an honest misunderstanding I realized after I brought the car home - they installed a remote car start feature gratis (a $600 dollar cost). I fully recognize they did not have to do that, but they wanted me to be a satisfied and future return customer. Everyone was helpful and very friendly!

This place is not customer Oriented, parts are way expensive than it should be and cost way more in store than online with ridiculous 20%restocking fee. I will not encourage anyone to go here if you need a part unless your last resort.

Holly in used cars is PHENOMENAL! We were shopping for either new or used but had specific wants. She was so incredibly patient, listened to what we wanted, searched their inventory for cars (new and used) that met our criteria and guided us through our decision without any pressure. From start to finish (which was several days for us) she never felt pushy. If you’re looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for her! Thank you Holly for making this car buying experience great! (Also, shout out to the guy who did our paperwork who was so personable and stayed late to help us! I wish I remembered his name so I could give him the proper shout out he deserves!)

I had the pleasure of having Jason as my salesman. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and all around fantastic. This was my first experience buying a new car and Jason explained every step thoroughly while making me feel comfortable and less anxious! From the outrageous mark up they place on there new vehicles to now the markup on simple services,Jones for life just lost a customer for life.I will not return to this car dealership, even if I need free air for my tires. I came to get a normal oil change that is regularly $65 but some how it's $100. Mind you it's the same service, same oil , and filter that they have used on my vehicle the last several oil changes. While looking at the report of the service it says I declined a inspection and other items that were never even discussed with me.On top of that my car stayed in the completed lane without some calling me via my phone, or overhead speakers to say it was done. When I did go to my car the valet looked at me as I if was stealing my car. I payed the amount owed for the service but I won't be back. If they want to know who I am my customer order is 499612.

Poor overall communication by the staff and management. Shortly after purchasing my vehicle, I decided to cancel my aftermarket vehicle protection package purchased through the dealership. I came back into the dealership and completed the necessary paperwork with the finance manager. I was informed that it would be proceeded and appear on my statements within "90-days". It has been almost five months and after multiple attempts to reach out to the dealership, the paperwork has yet to be proceeded and I have yet to receive a response to my inquiries. I would be cautious about purchasing any add-on packages. Making future modifications is nearly impossible. Once the sale is complete you are no longer a value customer... you are just part of that month's sales total.

I had nothing but great experience from this dealer. I bought a minivan from them at an amazing price without any tricks.- got lucky to get it right before the COVID shortages started. They stipulated that the van came with free lifetime oil changes and washes. I didn't pay much attention to it thinking it was just another dealer gimmick. Guess what- I already had 3 free oil changes and they were great. Fast, friendly and efficient. No attempts to upsell anything. Once I asked for a tire rotation and the price was reasonable.

We haven't had the best experiences with Jones Hyundai, but this past service was maybe be the worst. Not only didn't they stay in touch about a delay in the delivery of the parts needed and kept the car longer than expected, but it took several calls by me to the service department to find out the part was there and the service adviser and maybe tech didn't know. This next point is common on all service work... They quote one price, but add, without any warning, additional fees such as shop supplies and electronic document storage fees. It was almost 10% of the total bill. Why isn't this built into the cost of the job or disclosed with the estimate. They also wanted to charge $60 to replace a taillight. It took me longer to open the package than installing the bulb. After spending nearly a thousand dollars on the other repairs, you would think a bulb replacement would be complimentary. They also failed to wash the car, a service they brag about.

Please be aware that this used car dealer unfortunately epitomized the stereotype of used car salesmen.After emails inquiring if the car had been owned by a smoker and not receiving an answer, I made an appointment to view the car. Upon arrival it was sitting in front of the dealership with all the windows open as it had just been driven around for viewing. There were three other salesmen outside within 50 feet of the vehicle, two smoking cigarettes and one a cigar. I popped my head in the car and made a comment to my salesman that I guessed I was smelling smoke due to the employees nearby and that it would be a showstopper if it had been a smoking vehicle due to my health issues. He agreed. We took it for a test drive and being June it didn't strike me odd that the windows were kept rolled down for the short ride. As a Hyundai Certified Vehicle with one of the checkpoints being no odor or anything to mask odor, I felt sure it had been transferred from the employees.As I was signing the paperwork they took the car to be cleaned and detailed. As I transferred my belongings into my new car it was more than evident that when it was wet it reactivated the odor.I called the manager and was told it didn't seem to bother me when I so eagerly wanted to purchase the vehicle. They agreed to do an ozone treatment which did nothing to help eliminate the odor. They said I could trade-in at value for another one on the lot, of which they were all in worse condition, so my hands were basically tied.

Nissan and Cathy Greenwell!!! Cathy is always there when I need her and her advice on next steps is always on point! If I am scheduling routine maintenance I always check to be sure Cathy will be working the day I am scheduled. Then there are times when I arrive with unexpected problems, towed because we couldn’t find the tool to replace a flat tire, inside of the door needed repair (not due to Jones) and Cathy and her team took care of it! She is the best Service Manager!!!!

Awesome experience working with Jones Auto and Isiah Aylor. I live around 300 miles from Bel Air. I was able to work out the price and trade in of my car over the phone. He took several videos of the Jeep Wagoneer I was looking for. He maintained good communication with me. When I got there, we took a test drive and he went over all the new car technology with me. Made sure I was happy with what I was getting. Delivered everything as promised. Just an easy, pleasant experience. Family loves the car!-Drew

If you are looking to buy a car, come talk to Jeff Nievod at the Toyota dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about the man. I could write a 3 page review about how helpful he was through the process and how he still takes care of me months after I bought a new 2023 Toyota 4Runner. He answered all my questions while going through the process, and still, months after my purchase, responds to texts and calls immediately. I asked him today, at 2:30pm, if I could just drive in for an oil change at 4:30pm since I had some free time in my schedule. He went ahead and just scheduled me for service at 4:30 today. I'm serious when I say he is absolutely the best. He will have my business forever and I will send anyone looking for a car his way.

Best car shopping experience ever. Period. While dealerships frequently plug their customer service, Jones award winning customer service is no BS. If you’ve ever had trepidation about the car buying experience, you can leave that at the door with Jones. From the moment I walked in, the staff were exceptional…friendly and made me feel at home. Athena was an amazing sales person and treated me like one of her family. As others have commented, she is high energy, but so down to earth. No pressure sales here. Iva was an amazing business manager who helped me navigate the purchase process with ease. When I told my bank auto loan specialist, she was beside herself at how effortless my process was at Jones. She said I have no idea how rare THIS positive of a vehicle purchase experience is. I am grateful to have made a purchase at Jones, I am glad I chose Jones. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 My car was towed to Jones (an Erie “preferred” shop) following a bad accident. 6 days later, they still had not even inspected the vehicle’s damage or written an estimate. To make matters worse, on the 6th day I received a call from Jones’ asking when my car would arrive!?! Once they located my car and claim, I was informed it would be at least another day before my car was inspected.It’s not reasonable to take a week to inspect a vehicle’s damage Jones clearly doesn’t care about the costs incurred by their customers as a result of their delays. I spent 30 minutes trying to get a manager on the phone without success. Despite my request, I was given to a secretary, then another secretary, then the shop technician, then voicemail!?!I even solicited Erie to assist in expediting this after the car has sat for a week since it is their “preferred shop … 🦗🦗🦗🦗.
