This Thanksgiving I was grateful for Jones Subaru service! They are truly part of the family. They take care of both Forresters in my family. I literally trust them to take care of my mother- Jay Voshell took care of her broken axle last week and Sylvia took care of my brakes before my holiday trip. Your family and cars are in good hands! Dealer service. The staff are friendly and explained what was suggested. Some discounts the dealership had I was unaware of were offered. As with all dealerships, some prices are higher than dedicated mechanics.

Spoke to over the last phone to get a estimate for a ball join replacement. They where nice and where fair on the price for a dealership. Unlike Heritage who literally told me the cost would be $500-$850 dollars more then jones. Depending on how long it took them.

Bought two cars from Jones. Lifetime oil changes are a big factor for choosing Jones. Get most my service done at Jones. Sometimes I go to a mom and pop to get the other service do to significant savings.

Great staff, quick service, fair prices. Waiting room is really clean with great chairs, TVs, refreshments, etc. All around fantastic place.
