They are carding old people on senior (55+) discount days. Cashier asked an obviously elderly women for her identification before she could receive her discount. Goodwill, you can do better than this!

I have the receipt and the tag and I came to return the item after 1 week, they talked with me rudly way and said no we can't return it because the tag not attached!!!I said can I leave it for donation, he said just sure ind very very rudly tune!They trat pepole diffrent depending on color or race!

THIS IS WHY EMPLOYERS CANT KEEP EMPLOYEES NOW DAYS: I have a family member that works at thE store. They can't seem to keep employees for more than a day or a couple months. Today someone called out for the second time in a week. So what they did was take this person, whose position is inside the store in the heat, and put them out in the 14° weather too offload donations without any prior notification or without providing proper clothing. At the time of this incident the wind chill was 5°F. When someone you love goes to use the bathroom and takes that opportunity to send you a text saying their face and their hands hurt, how would you feel? I called a couple Harford county locations trying to get in contact with the district manager and was given the runaround. I was hung up on numerous times despite being polite and calling back after being hung up on very rudely and practically yelled at by a middle aged woman who works at churchville. She said it's the employee's responsibility to take up issues with their supervisor. Well when their supervisor isn't there and the manager on duty doesn't care about their employees and as far as I can tell is not a very personable person, that's when we have a problem. Hopefully the many issues at the stores get resolved. There is a reason for such a high turnover rate and the fact that people call out consistently. That doesn't give a business the right to take advantage of its employees. This is only one of many incidents I've heard from multiple people I know that worked there over the years. I guess I'll have to speak with the better Business bureau or do a little more research because I can't seem to get the respect let alone the information necessary to contact human resources or the district manager. In my opinion this is one of the best Goodwill locations in the DELMARVA area. This location is clean, organized, stocked well and decent in size. You can find name brand clothing here. They have a large selection of movies. A good amount of kids items (toys, clothes and accessories). They also have a good variety of housewares items and electronics.

Does not specify online or on website that they are closed Tuesday. I was forced the throw away 2 bags of "business casual" ladies clothing. I needed the room in my car TODAY for an urgent assignment. I will call Veterans organization for pickup in the future. Never again will I waste my time with this disorganized place.

Prices getting a little out of control. Please remember these are used goods, and although your intention is to make the most money possible for charity, please remember, for some, it is their only option for clothing and household goods and low cost options are key to support a family.

I love Goodwill. Probably too much. But can you blame me? The prices are so low that shopping anywhere else just feels silly. Plus, if you're clothes shopping (my drug of choice) then you're gonna walk away with something special. Goodwill has the brands you love & new ones you've yet to discover. Ever heard of Massimo Dutti? Me neither! But I walked away with a NWT jacket listed for $745 retail for $37. Not only is that the bee's knees, but I'll have you know it's the cat's pajamas. Which cat, you ask? Who knows!

This is my favorite goodwill in the area. They always have cute clothes and well maintained furniture and glassware. The staff is always friendly and is always pushing the limits to make customers happy!

Conveniently located off a major road. It is a rather small store and very congested, somewhat disorganized, but you can still find great deals.

Small establishment with very little parking. Kind employees make up for that though. Very difficult getting into and out of due to the trafffic on route 22 and only having one entry/exit to the entire strip of stores.

We love to shop the Goodwill stores. Our favs are Edgewood and Churchville. The staff at Edgewood are very friendly.
