Flavor Cupcakery was such a pleasure to work with when planning our big day! From taste testing cupcake flavors to designing our cake, Shelley and her team did an excellent job. We decided on five cupcake flavors (Black Bottom, Red Velvet, Snickerdoodle, Key Lie Pie, and Lemon Blueberry) and cake for us to cut. Leading up to the wedding, Shelley was in constant communication to ensure that she had all of the details in place (which we truly appreciated). When our wedding day arrived, the cupcakes and cake turned out beautifully and were absolutely delicious! All of our guests commented on how lovely the display was and how yummy the cupcakes were. We even had a few guests visit Flavor in the days following our wedding to buy more! We don't have a single complaint and would recommend Flavor Cupcakery in a heartbeat!

I ordered a Squid Game themed custom cake for my bf's birthday and Flavor Cupcakery did such a phenomenal job! Through the whole process, they were so responsive and enthusiastic - it was a pleasure working with them!The cake was a huge hit and really helped make his birthday special. The cake didn't just look good - the Strawberry Fields flavor is so DELICIOUS!I also picked up some cupcakes while I was there and the red velvet and salted toffee caramel flavors were equally delicious. This was our first time going to Flavor Cupcakery and we were blown away - we'll definitely be back for future cakes and recommending them to friends!

Out of all the places I taste tested, they had the best flavors of cakes and icings. They made my beautiful wedding cake a year ago, and we just defrosted out top tier for our 1st anniversary. I made sure to freeze it correctly, but it still was moist and tasted good! If I have another event up that way, I’ll choose them with no second thought!

I had the pleasure of trying a assortment of delicious cupcakes, cookies and their cheese cake layered in a jar was unreal,literally could not stop eating it. Their cupcakes are perfectly balanced flavors,light and fluffy and beautifully decorated. And their cookies were not the usual, soft and lightly baked really yummy. Their customer service was also top notch, highly recommend the exquisite bakery, thanks again Gregory

This is a great little place. All the sweet goodies from before their expansion, with so much more added.Their cupcakes are legendary (they did our daughters sweet 16 almost 8 years ago), but they've added so much more since. Cakes, mini-pies, parfaits, macaroons, coffee, and even a lunch selection from Vagabond (another Bel Air dining destination). And the seating they've added is welcoming and fun.If you haven't tried them, you're missing out. My favorite is the Peanut Butter Chocolate cupcake. What's yours?

Delicious cupcakes! If your looking to indulge.. this is the treat spot. The flavor options taste exactly as they are named. Strawberry cheesecake taste just as so. Moist cake and not too sweet icing. My daughter enjoyed the birthday cupcake and my other half said the snickerdoodle tasted just like the cookies. Are they pricey, yes they are.. are you getting what you pay for, yes you definitely are. Lip smackin yummy.

We picked up a variety of some vegan cupcakes here for my birthday and were so impressed with the delicious flavor and picture perfect frosting.We also bought a couple of their ‘pup cakes’ for our dog to try and he loved them.

Working with them went very smoothly. They delivered and set up the cakes on time, well worth the delivery fee. They looked and tasted great! We had strawberry fields, luscious lemon, and berry cheesecake, all delicious. We also ordered gluten free black bottom cupcakes and our guests love them.

Not impressed 😑 We got these for our son's birthday $3 per cupcake- I'd pay more for a good cupcake. I've definitely had better. The red velvet tasted like batter. I also had the cake bon bons and they weren't very good either. I haven't tried any of the other cupcakes but I'm not expecting much improvement. Blah. Winner of cupcake wars? I'm surprised.

Our go-to for all birthdays/celebrations in our house! I love working with Jessica, the Head of Custom and Production! She helps come up with fun ideas and designs to go with the theme of each celebration. Their sugar cookies are the best my family has ever had. Whenever we have them at a party, people RAVE about them and ask where they're from. And the designs they've done for us have blown us away. Everything always looks amazing and tastes great! I cannot recommend them enough.

Flavor Cupcakery did an amazing job for our wedding. We ordered mini cupcakes, mini cookies, mini whoopie pies and a 8 in cake and everyone loved everything!! When they got to the venue, they set up the table and it looked amazing. They even provided a few extra whoopie pies for just in case. Everyone raved about the red velvet and pumpkin whoopie pies. Thank you for the amazing desserts!!

I got a bunch of stuff. I got the black bottom brownie, 3 cupcakes, and the edible cookie dough. Period cravings okay? Tried a different dessert throughout the week. EVERY OUNCE OF IT WAS AWARD WORTHY. Like even the icing on my stuff was a treat of it's own. I see why they won cupcake wars. I haven't had something this good since childhood lol. 10/5. This place is above 5 stars. 💜

I used Flavor Cupcakery for my recent wedding (11/20/2021), and I’m very pleased with that decision. Shelley was consistently quick to respond to any and all e-mails I sent her, and she provided just the right amount of guidance and suggestions along the way. The entire process was incredibly straightforward, and I never once felt stressed about it. The cupcakes we ordered for our guests were a hit (Double Chocolate and Classic Vanilla), and the cutting cake we ordered for ourselves was almost too pretty to eat, but I’m glad we sliced it up, because it was delicious! Thank you for being part of our special day - you certainly made it sweeter! ;)

Note to self...do not look around or leave the front counter (you will not get waited on). We walked in and no one else was there. One other customer came in behind us and knew exactly what they wanted. I walked over to the mini cupcake counter and asked one of the girls what cupcakes were available in the mini package. She said give me a second let me ring this lady out. I said sure and waited. After that we were completely ignored. People started streaming in and walked up to the front counter. Apparently we didn't exist after that. The girl who said yes I will be right with you waited on everyone else instead of us and even started making coffee for another customer who came in after us. I own a restaurant I wouldn't treat my custormers this way.

We stop by Flavor every few months to get cupcakes for our daughter. She has a milk allergy so it's awesome that they make vegan cupcakes that she can have. They are just as delicious as their normal cupcakes so we all love them. This time around we got a few other pastries and drinks, everything was great. I love that they keep expanding their offerings and we hope that we maybe see some more vegan items coming soon...Harford County really could use some vegan donuts ; - )

They were so good I forgot to take pics as the kids immediately attacked them. Great service - they patiently told me their seasonal and vegan flavors over the phone and took my order. I appreciate they had multiple vegan flavors as my daughter’s team has some food allergies/vegan diet needs. Everyone loved them.Thank you!

So good! We asked Flavor to create our wedding cake as well as cupcakes for our 70 guests. From the tasting to the day of everything was seamless. I have never felt more catered to at a tasting. We were able to pick 6 flavors and try them all. Pricing was so affordable and the quality was amazing. The wedding cake was strawberry shortcake with a strawberry marmalade in the middle. We also opted for vanilla icing. Our cupcakes were health bar, blackberry and buttermilk, classic vanilla with chocolate icing , and red velvet. Everything was moist and delicious. Most wedding cakes tend to be dry and flavorless. Ours was unreal! From client service , execution , to flavor & texture - you’ll get no better in Hartford county!

I stopped by there this past Saturday, bought 2 stuffed cookies, 6 cupcakes, and 2 brownies…..ALL WERE EXTREMELY UNDER BAKED!!! The black bottom brownies were like mush. All cupcakes were raw in the middle. The Smores Stuffed Cookies were the only thing mildly edible but still very raw. So disappointed with this place….my family and I were so excited to eat everything. :(

Not only does their bakery make the most yummy desserts; they work with you to create exactly what you want. I'm so happy with my daughter's frozen cake and cookies. They did a perfect job. I Have gone to flavor for years for birthday cakes ,cupcakes and even a wedding cake.But I feel now it has turned into making money . I was in the shop last Friday and ordered cupcakes our favorites have always been the chocolate reeses cupcake .The toppings are not as full anymore there used to be almost a half of reeses on the top now its just crumble the reeses frosting has changed it does not taste like peanut butter. I have noticed the cupcakes are being made smaller less icing on the top .The nutella cupcake did not taste like nutella the german chocolate cupcake the frosting was hard .While I know the cost of everything is going up it is starting to show with the taste and appearance of your cupcakes. I am very disappointed this used to be my favorite place and I highly recommend this place to everyone but I don't think I will be coming back
