It was nice. Customer service was nice as well and the selection was a plenty. It was a lot of kids in the store. Might have been a friend to our something. Was weird. But other than that, I got in, got what I wanted and got out.

Five Below has a great assortment of stuff, most of which is priced below what you'd pay elsewhere. A couple of cautions:1. They sell many varieties of the same item (ear buds, charging cords, phone cases, etc.) all at the same price, but they're not all the same quality. Some are overpriced junk while others are great deals.2. They do not have the best prices on everything. They charge $5 for some items you can get for $3-4 elsewhere.Bottom line: A great store with great deals, but do your research.

I needed a mic for my computer so I can game with friends and family. I'm more than pleased with the option I bought here for $5. I really didn't expect much, but I got a really nice mic and still had a little leftover for fun stuff too. Check out was a breeze, and the cashier was very pleasant and efficient! I will be going back soon. They have a nice selection of posters too.

Oh how I love a good Five Below! This store was pretty big and spacious. I liked the layout as it was easy to navigate. They only have self checkout registers, which I prefer anyways but there were still associates around if you need an extra hand. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful, even bagging my bigger items for me. They have a good selection with lots of different stuff. Items that are more than $5 are clearly priced. Everything was well organized and clean. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit!

So 5 below was always awesome, now the one in the festival had changed up there store!!!! They have a reserved new spot for all the candy!!! And they are now on the corner next to where they used to be. Their sticker collection is exactly what my daughter needs for her sticker book. They also now have self serve resisters!!!!!! If you haven't seen the new change go up there. It's awesome.

Things are changing at five below the only thing under $5 is candy. There prices don't match the name but there products are getting better. Lots of new thing there. My only gripe is out of 10 check outs 1 or2 was working

Who doesn't like a fun and reasonable place to shop! Love the atmosphere, the worker's are friendly and very helpful. Everything is under $10! Love the checkout system! It makes it such quicker to get in and out!😊

Just an FYI to everyone. I went into the store 2 times last week, and they are no longer allowing you to check out on your own. When I went in the first time and noticed it, I assumed it was because the registers were down. However, the second time I thought, I bet people are not being honest about the items they're checking out because the prices have increased (doesn't give anyone the right to take items they didn't purchase)and once I got up to the register I asked why they are no longer using the self check out option and it was confirmed that it was because people are not paying for all of their items. Yikes! So, there may be a line when you go into the store because they're not many cashiers.

The store was in disarray and the self checkout is no longer available. I’m used to being able to do quick and easy checkout with minimal contact but now I have to wait in line. I will come back more often when the checkout is back to normal (can’t imagine shopping during the holidays with only 1 register open).

I came to buy headphones so I could go to the gym yesterday no one greeted me when I came in and no one was at the registers. The headphones box was completely destroyed being taped back together and I thought since it was on the shelf they would be fine… they weren’t I got back home and they didn’t work at all. Upon realizing that I tried to call the store like 15 times no one answered not one time since no one was visible until I was leaving I thought maybe they were busy I tried again today and still no one is answering. If you need to speak with a manager that forces you to go into the store. I know your five and below but your service is equal to your prices it’s ridiculous. Please do better.
