I don’t blame the kids. They often don’t know any better (or care). I blame the manager.Went for a cookie dough blizzard. Last time I got one they forgot the cookie dough. I got a cup of ice cream. When I ordered I told him “btw, please make sure they add the cookie dough. They forgot last time.”His response: “so you want a small cookie dough then?”😂Not a big deal. It’s $5. But, really?Do better.

An average dairy queen, pretty good service. Makes me laugh when they flip the blizzard over each time because I have never been through the line when they didn't have a lid on the blizzard 🤣🤣🤣 a bit disingenuous for a place that includes the blizzard flip on the back of the uniform shirts

Idk what changed about this location since the last time I've been here but it's very much ghetto. All I wanted was a simple cone with a small family in front of me it look them 10ish minutes to every get helped at the register. I ended up leaving and going to sweet frog across the street and still made it out in a faster time

Nothing wrong with DQ and the staff.. The problem with this site is way too small. No room to stand or sit. The drive thru is ridiculous, and very busy. You have to drive around the back of the building, needless to say that's where all the trash dumpsters are. Very un- inspiring. That location is entirely inadequate for this business. Also take a page out of the Chick Fillet model for the drive thru.

Me and the kids can't stay away. Love a blizzard whenever we can get one. The local teens that work there are always great! Friendly, polite and always with a smile.The drive thru line gets ridiculous in the summer and was super disappointed when they discontinued the salted caramel truffle blizzard!!! But I'm sure that was corporate.

Ordered a small new york royal cheesecake and while it tasted great, the cup was very small for paying almost 6 dollars. If it were a couple dollars cheaper I would say it’s worth buying.

It was a little crowded as it was a warm night, and there aren't many tables. But the service was fast for as many people are there.You need to listen for your specific orders as they yell them out, which can get a bit difficult as the inside is a bit cramped and can get loud with other customers talking.Seems like the layout could be done more customer friendly, but the employees were fast and accurate, so I'll be going back again.

I love that they have a drive-thru and there is a 7-Eleven that has gas and a liquor store and even a pharmacy and other things right next to it. Anyway, I only go to Dairy Queen to get a blizzard and they are always amazing. There's really nothing else to say. I have been inside a few times and it's very clean and they are very very friendly.

Waited in drive-through line 30 minutes which I don't mind. To receive a wrong order that was told twice would be right. To walk in and be treated poorly because you messed up my order with 10 employees standing there. Don't know how that was a 30 minute wait with 10 employees 😳. Terrible service, been coming for years. Will not be back. Btw we are not all Karen's there are lazy teenagers that need to be taught and or fired. Date 08/12/2022 @ 9:35 pm

Fun night out for dinner mid-week. Kind service. Got a BBQ sandwich which was a little spicy, a chili cheese dog which was delish, and the chicken bites which were surprisingly good. For dessert we got a drumstick with peanuts blizzard with peanut butter sauce (yummm), oreo dirt cake blizzard my 7y/o enjoyed, and a root beer float which had too much ice cream so also ordered a small root beer to keep filling up the float. Overall, nice experience.

Food isnt bad but the drive thru was designed by half an idiot. Too narrow and the curb sticks out about 4' from the building so u can barely reach you food when its handed to you. Id stay out of the drive thru unless you want to destroy your wheels.

Always fast and very nice people. I go more times then I should, can't think of one time my order was wrong or poorly made.I don't like to over inflate by just giving 5 stars or 1 star. 4 stars is good, nothing wrong.

Probably the best DQ I have ever been to, as the owner apparently cares about the image they present. The service is always good, the ice cream is delicious as always. The real icing on the cake is how clean the place is, everything is always tip top, even the bathrooms are pretty much spotless. I have frequented the place for a dozen years, and it's always this way. Kudos to the management..

I ordered a Oreo dirt pie blizzard and I was so excited. Then suddenly they said “large Oreo dirt pie”. So I got my freaking dirt pie and I ate the freaking thing and there WASN’T ANY FREAKING GUMMY WORMS!! Where are the freaking gummy worms. Did the workers eat them or something. What the freaking heck.

I really like this DQ overall, but they really need to train the employees with regards to making a Blizzard. I have no complaints about the amount of ingredients, but if you order a large Blizzard they RARELY mix it thoroughly. I got into the habit when I order one to ask them to make sure it's mixed well. Yesterday I forgot to do that and ordered a large Mint Oreo flavor and ALL of the ingredients were literally in the top 2 inches. After that it was all vanilla. Very disappointing.

DQ and the BLIZZARD! Nothing beats it as far as ice cream treats go! Heath bar my personal fave but they have many choices from Oreo to Snickers to M&M's...the wife likes the Dilly Bar as a healthier choice but for me it's a BLIZZARD WARNING! Of course DQ has many other choices, slush drinks, ice cream cones, and even chili dogs! A frequent summer, and winter, treat option for my family and me. Long live the QUEEN! DQ Bel Air 👏

I truly love this place, but I am having issues with them not following directions and unfortunately this is the only Dairy Queen around. I was going almost everyday for my family getting 4 to 5 Blizzards a day mind you. It's like $27 dollars each time. I would get the cotton candy one with extra pink stuff and extra candy paying for it also which I didn't care about. When I get home the top is great get half of it gone and it's back to white no pink at all very little candy in it. I went back complained they gave me new ones to replace the problem is it still happens I don't understand it how can someone get it perfect and then others make them horrible when I explain how I want it every time. They don't follow instructions!
