We went through the drive through this morning (Sunday around 10:45 am) and the young lady was so pleasant and helpful.

đŸ˜–đŸ˜ŁđŸ˜ đŸ˜ĄđŸ˜€I ordered 115 pictures online and went to pick them up today. When I was in the store I also got another item that I wanted. There were no other customers to be seen and there were two associates working close to the checkout counters; that is almost never seen. Usually you have to look for somebody to help you when you’re in there, with the exception of one employee which I’ve already written a glowing report about .I went to the first checkout counter, and there was a sign that said to go to the next one. When I went to the next one, there was the same sign, but there was no other counter to go to. There were only self checkouts that were left. The female employee came up to me and told me to use the self check out. I told her I did not usually use those and I would prefer to use the regular register and she said “ corporate doesn’t want us to do that right now, because I haven’t met my quota.”Of course I had absolutely no idea what she was talking about but she stood by the counter and said “what is your phone number?” I told her and she typed it in and then told me that the “number wasn’t in there and that I wasn’t registered with C V S. “To try and keep this from being a novelette, I will simply say that the same thing happened three times in a row. Needless to say, I was becoming a bit frustrated. All I wanted to do was by the two things I came in for and get out of the store. She then asked me “ what is your email address?”I gave it to her, and she proceeded to tell me that I “was not registered at CVS and that my number and email were not part of the C V S system. “I explained to her that I had been coming to the C V S for over 20 years and that nobody had ever had a problem with my telephone number before , and that I always checked out at a register and that I would like to do so now. She said “no” she needed to do it there, because she had not “met her quota, “ and I still had no idea what she was talking about. She asked if I checked the machine to see if I had coupons I said “yes, but it said I didn’t have any. “ She said “that’s because you don’t have an account.”I asked her to please go to the register and check me out because I needed to leave, and she went to the register with a snort and a sneer and moved the sign and proceeded to check me out. She begrudgingly went there and again asked me for my phone number and I gave it. She told me again I was not in the register and we had a repeat of the same thing for a while until I finally said “please just check me out. I’m in a hurry I don’t care about coupons .”I said “there are two of you here up front by the registers why couldn’t either one of you have taken me at the register. “ She then told me that “either one of us could, “ and that I “should have asked him to do it.”Of course, I had no idea that I could switch employees for a check out. She said “ I have him on the truck with merchandise.” Then she gave me my products, about 20 minutes after this all started, and I asked her what her name and the name of her manager were and she told me that she “ was the manager .” I then told her “ good, that will make this all easier” and left the store, quite unhappy.I have dealt with people for years and this is certainly not the way to treat them. When I left, I went out to the car and called customer service to tell them about my experience, and I hope to heaven, they tape the conversation because the person who answered the phone could not have cared less.Walgreens, here I come.

Went in to grab allergy medicine for my daughters and get my Covid booster and Flu shot! Kam went above and beyond to make sure I found an allergy medicine that worked for both of them. He also did both of my vaccines! I was absolutely impressed by how quick and painless the whole experience went.Would definitely 10/10 recommend going to him for your vaccines!

The pharmacy is pretty quick and friendly. Drive thru is convenient.

This place is a backwards mess. You go to the Pharmacy drive thru and are greeted with a message that "we are stocking everyday products at the drive thru" to make your visit more convenient. Oh really? I can get a schedule 4 drug with my ID through that window , but ask for Sudafed (for which I could use the same ID) and you would think I'm requesting unregulated ammunition! Thry make you come in to pick up Sudafed in person. Why? What's the difference? If I'm showing an ID, why do I have to come in? Well, the woman in the window tells me that they only offered Drive thru service on Sudafed at the window during COVID. Again...makes absolutely no sense.

The staff at the CVS on Churchville Road in Bel Air is tops!!! Every single time I have visited I had positive interactions with staff, even when I was frustrated about things beyond ones control. Thank you to all Churchville Rd CVS team members!!

Horrible experience. Will never set foot in this CVS just based solely off of the phone call with the pharmacy and staff. Been searching for my prescription medication for 2 weeks WITH my doctor. Also a “PATIENT” of CVS. Called 3 CVS to see if they had my prescription in stock they told me it was backordered. Great, moving on to the next one. Called this CVS and the staff told me they can’t give me that info because they could get “robbed” because the prescription is a controlled dangerous substance. How about we keep it uniform. I simply asked if they had it in stock so I could call my doctor for her to send the prescription. So my doctor wouldn’t have to take the time to call for hours all day long. These are not healthcare providers or professionals they are crooks and ignorant. One of the first CVS pharmacists, whom was extremely helpful, gave me this cvs because the doctor said it was showing they had it in stock on their system but you should still call to confirm it is in stock. Absolute joke waste of time for me writing this review about this particular CVS pharmacy staff. They need to be sent to remedial training for customer service and being polite. Do your job. These are the “karens” of the world and that’s why their lives will never be successful and fulfilled.

If you’re into waiting for your prescription way longer than necessary, then having it be wrong or them misplacing the prescription itself so they have to contact your doc to get a new one. Then this is the place to go. The level of incompetence here is astounding. I get my prescriptions free from the VA but I figured it would be quicker and easier to go here. I was wrong. This is the only place that is more incompetent than the VA. Kudos for excelling in below subpar service

The associate Abby that checked me out this evening was rude, snobby, and overall unhelpful over something that SHE did incorrectly.I purchased my items at the kiosk because both registers were closed. The manager was working on one kiosk, so I went to the other. I’m a carepass member, so I put my number in and scanned my items. They kiosk alerted me that I had my $10 award and asked if I wanted to use it. I selected yes. This covered the entire balance, so I didn’t need to pay anything. The kiosk then asked how I wanted my receipt. I selected the “no receipt” option, and it said that I needed assistance. Since Abby was standing there next to me, she scanned her badge, pressed some prompts, and ended up voiding the entire transaction and had to open the register to ring me up.The entire time she has a smug look on her face, as if I were bothering her. So rude and extremely short. I put in my number for the carepass membership as instructed, she scanned my items and gave me the total. I noticed she didn’t ask me if I wanted to use my reward like the other wonderful ladies do any other time, so inquired about it. She sharply said “I don’t see it”, as if I’m lying about having it. I told her what happened on the kiosk (even though she was standing there and saw everything), and she still rudely implied that there’s nothing she could do and she doesn’t see that I have a reward offer. As I paid the balance, I asked how I could make sure that my reward was still available since I never used it. She told me to call some 1800 number. Why would I do that when you just voided the transaction that allowed me to use it?Finally, the manager overheard the back and forth and instructed the rude child to give me $10 in extra care bucks. She made a face at the manager and proceeded to do as she was told, obviously heavily frustrated.Idk if she’s like this with all the customers, or just the ones of color, but she definitely isn’t a good look for this location. I’ve never had such a poor customer service experience at this location before, and I visit often. This is my first interaction with her and I hope I never come on her shift again.

Pharmacy hours online should reflect the lunchtime closure between 1:30 and 2:00 pm but I looked and didn't see it online. I dislike surprises and I am sure no one enjoys inconvenience. While the lady at the pharmacy was nice this place is not necessarily veteran friendly when using the community care benefit. I don't want to blame the business solely as the VA isn't even close to being sufficient but the lack of experience this location has with veteran community care I would suggest using another option. 2 stars only because the workers were friendly though I can't rate anything better because my federal benefits shouldn't force me to indure longer wait times because of the percieved added work of a phone call for info and verification. Not angry just not happy. ;)

Have lived here many years and use this store often..notice I said "store" not pharmacy. There are other businesses with much nicer/efficient pharmacy customer service. The store's staff has always been helpful and being open until midnight is a good thing when you have a family of 5. Giving it 3 stars because the pharmacy gets zero.

I called and let them know it was urgent to get my RX before I went out of town for quite a while. they assured me they would call me and had ALL day from around 2pm til 10pm and I even called my doctor and got a response quicker than this CVS. My dr sent it over immediately and then called me back to let me know it was sent over mid afternoon, and I never received a call. Called today before I leave town and the girl who answered repeatedly cut me off and then apologized for it, saying the phone cut out, yet I could hear the background noise. I've been in the service industry a long time and am not that abrupt or rude to customers and I was polite to her the entire time. Theres a reason this pharmacy has a 2 star rating. Its not that difficult to make your customers feel understood and important. Again the reviews reflect the lack of professionalism here. Managenent, please speak with your pharmacy assistants and techs. The poor reviews cannot all be wrong.

Wait times when you call are brutal! I was on hold for over one hour on one occasion. When they do answer the phone, they will say: "please hold", and throw you on hold before you can even respond. It comes across rude to me. They drove me away. I use another pharmacy now, where I am not subjected to any of that.

47 minutes on hold until I gave up. Great service y’all. Why is there carpeting? Why is the the drive thru closed so often? Why is the line at the pharmacy so long? Why can't they fill the prescriptions that they say they've filled when they texted you? Why don't they tell you about drug interactions? Why can't they call your doctor's office? Why does my insurance require me to use this horrible pharmacy when there's a perfectly competent Walgreen's within walking distance of my house? Why are they still in business?

Genuinely the worst CVS I’ve used, which is unfortunate because the location is convenient. The pharmacy staff has no issue loudly talking about your personal business amongst themselves, for example why you’re there and what you’re picking up or the phone call they had with your doctor, regardless of if you’re sitting right in the waiting area with other people. Don’t expect anything to be done in a timely manner either. Call in a prescription and, most likely, still won’t be ready when you go to pick it up a whole day later. If you’re in need of a pharmacy do yourself a favor and pick a different one. You’ll save yourself a lot of time.

The worst experience unprofessional denied a covid vaccine treated as a criminal. Vaccine appointment made showed up 15 minutes early registered from text message. A vaccine card presented told to stand to the side, A pharmacist and pharmacy tech held up the card to the light as if it was a fake, Pointed at talking between tech and pharmacist as if we were aliens. Then asked why the first vaccine done 3 months prior. The pharmacist in a rude condescending tone "You need to go to a medical facility!" Told of the "42 day rule facility protocol." I was told by the pharmacist on duty CVS protocol is after 42 days from the 1st vaccine dose they will not administer the 2nd dose. This statement is false ! A person's job counted on that 2nd vaccine dose. There was no medical reason NOT to administer the 2nd dose, So either the pharmacist on duty does not know the CVS or CDC Covid Vaccine rules or discrimination of alternative creative people. In my opinion 100% discrimination!!!

I was call that my Perscription was ready for pick up. I went to the drive through window, the young lady said that their systems were down this is the second time in as many visits. I asked what the price was and she said $97.00 I said in this day and age who just walks around with $100.00 in their pocket. I left and called in two hours latter. I got the pharmacist, when I asked if the system was up she said no She went on to say there are atms on every corner. So now I need to pay for the prescription in addition to the service fees incurred. She demonstrated a total lack of empathy. I will be looking for a different pharmacy, there is a Walgreens in the same shopping center

Set my prescription to be picked up in this CVS store. Waited about an hour after the prescription was sent there by my Doctor and called the CVS automated line to make sure that my medicine is ready. Went to pick up in the drive-trough (no-lines) but the staff told me that my medicine was not ready for another hour. It was a prepacked medication that all they have to do is bag it and tag it so no reason for any delay. Their excuse was there are a lot more "customers" a head of me but the place was literally empty. Will not be getting my prescription from this place again.

My experience with the Churchville CVS was positive. They were very busy today; however, the pharmacist and pharmacy techs remained professional and helpful. Thanks guys!

People have been nice enough, but just seems as though there is always something, every time I go. Whether its saying they didnt receive a prescription from a doctors office that had clearly been sent over. Prescriptions are never ready on time. I try to send in for a refill days before I actually go and it is still never as simple as walking in and walking back out. I have received confirmation emails, stating a refill was received and I go into the store and they tell me that there is no refill. Today I stop by to pick up a prescription that my doctor had sent over this past Wednesday (5 days as ago). I have a one and a half year old so I go through the drive through. Wait in line, which was two cars infront of me, yet it took almost 15 minutes to finally get up to the window. After getting to the window, once again, I was told they had nothing in my name. The gentleman is kind enough, but tells me he can have it ready in an hour. I go finish running errands and come back, two hours later. I wait in drive through again and once more, there are two vehicles ahead of me. This time only 8 minutes. Get to window and am told pharmacist is still working and will be atleast another 15 minutes. Beyond frustrated at this point. I dont have time to come back to this place 3 times for something that I should be in and out for, with one visit. Need to look into something like food establishments do for viewing the time people spend in drive throughs. I am not saying it needs to be fast food paced, but there needs to be improvement here.

Really poor service.... 1st time they didn't have the antibiotic In stock and told me to come back the next day. I returned the next day around 4 in the evening waited 10-15 min in line for them to tell me that I had to go to drop off cause it still wasn't in stock. I go to drop off and they tell oh they just haven't pulled it. So which is it?? Well then they tell me wait 15 min it will be ready. I come back 15 min later and have to wait another 10-15 min. Now today I have another antibiotic sent in at 1230 and show up at 4 then was told to wait 15 min they will speed it up. I come back 20 min later and have to wait 15 min in line just to get it. I also hear them tell several people after waiting 15 min they have to go to drop off to figure out what's wrong with there meds. It's sad that one computer can't help the customer. I also heard them tell and old lady to go back to pick and stand in line for 15 min again. That's bs

I don’t know hot this pharmacy is allowed to operate. This is the 4th time in 2 months that they have messed up several of our medications. Luckily nothing life threatening for our family but What if it was ?! This is not okay!

I am a type 1 diabetic, which if you don't know what that is it basically means my body cannot produce insulin, therefore, I need insulin to keep me alive. I have been with CVS for many years and I had never had any issues up until this point, which I will now explain. My insurance switched my insulin from Novolog to Admelog, no big deal right? Well, my endocrinologist sent them the Rx over a dozen different times (a few times in my presence) and CVS kept claiming that they had never received it. My endocrinologist said that it definitely wasn't on their end since they had been faxing and calling in things all day with no issues. I was completely out of insulin at that point, and my insurance absolutely refused to fill the Novolog. I kept calling CVS, and was told each time that they hadn't received the new Rx, so I again called my endo and they sent it AGAIN. I waited about 2 hours, and again called CVS and they told me that they had gotten all of the new Rx's and that someone just didn't check. At this point I am annoyed and stressed with a high blood sugar of 215 mg/dL. They say that they will call/text me when it's ready. I pick it up, no more issues. I try to refill my Rx this month because I am out of insulin, and my insurance will not refill early no matter what and they tell me that they don't have it in stock and that I won't be able to pick it up until tomorrow. So I now have no insulin and am now stuck with Walmart brand insulin which I got previously because of CVS' screw up. I have spent over $100 because of CVS and their incompetence. I have had to buy Novolin R, Novolin N and an entire box of syringes because Walmart no longer sells them individually. It may not seem like much money to some, but insulin is already $300/vial and I use 3 vials a month and I am already on a very strict budget. Once I get my insulin refilled tomorrow, I am 110% switching to another pharmacy, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Staff was not helpful. Not very friendly. And being told I had to wait over 24 hours for my medicine did not make it any better. They were rolling their eyes and showing their frustration with me. CVS is the only pharmacy I can use with my new insurance, so hopefully this poor service changes.

Just left the store sitting in the parking lot now at the CVS in Bel Air. Not one employee offered to help me. Just stood there and gossiping with each other. Was trying to print photos there since the site was not working. Would have been nice for the employees to even say hello or offer to help. Pretty sure the one employee was the manager 🙄

I came in close to midnight to get pullups for a loved one and accidentally locked my keys in the car. Jessica D: one of the managers helped me locate the product I was looking for and called AAA to help me get my keys! She deserves a raise and/or a promo! Will be shopping here a lot more: excellent customer service and I was able to get what she needed. Rock on Jessica!
