We love the different seasonal flavors and the traditional flavors. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a nice place to grab a quick, delicious treat. I went with the Boston Cream Pie this time and it was amazing! These cookies are the perfect texture and flavor. I highly recommend trying this place out, you will be hooked!

Would recommend Cozy Cookies to anyone! Smaller local businesses in Bel Air I love to support. Cozy Cookies has staples like chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin year round as well as seasonal specials that rotate monthly on average (that are usually to die for). One of their recent specials, a crème brûlée cookie, was no lie THE best cookie I had ever eaten in my life.Parking: Located in a small business center behind the armory in Bel Air, parking right in front of Cozy Cookies can be full during their busiest hours, but often times there are 1 or 2 spots left open from people arriving and then leaving quickly

Went here with a friend and had one of the best cookies I have ever had!!! I ordered the chocolate chip and it was the perfect combination of sweet, buttery, and salty... You could tell that they have taken the time to perfect their recipe! They even offer to warm your cookies up for you if you like!Will definitely be coming here when I have a sweet tooth/sugar craving!

Cozy Cookies has been great from the start! During the pandemic they were a warm welcome with their fresh, homemade cookies delivered to my door step. My cousin lives out of town and always asks me to pick her up cookies or will drive in just for the newest flavor—they are THAT good! And the owners and employees are always so welcoming.

Great location to downtown Bel Air, smells are free and AMAZING!Love Cozy Cookies and today we are trying three new flavors. I think size and cost are so in line and the flavor CANNOT be beat, they’re soft, chewy and make any bad day so much better! Love the friendly staff and huge assortment of flavors, plus they have doggie cookies and GF too!

I love Cozy Cookies and feel lucky that they’re in our community! The cookie selection changes monthly and is relevant to the time of year or upcoming holiday - always super creative. We’ve done delivery, in-person at the shop, and have run into the cookie cart at a few events. Always delicious and really friendly people. We custom ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday and it was amazing!

These cookies did not meet my expectations, the brookie cookie had more brownie in it than normal wasn’t impressed about it. The cookies were pricey for 6. The cookies were already wrapped in plastic what happened to giving customers warm fresh cookies? I honestly prefer cookie crumble better. At least theirs are fresh out the oven warm giving to you.

I'm not sure, but I'm fairly certain, these cookie people have cracked the code! Their cookies are soft, moist, and packed full of flavor. They also have some fantastic seasonal flavors!I share Cozy Cookies with everyone, every chance I get. I've stopped in for a single treat. Okay, okay, I've never bought just a single cookie. I'm pretty sure I've never bought less than 6 on any visit. I've also bought a full catering tray on more than one occasion. The splurge is totally worth it!! They also have vegan & gluten-free options which are wonderful and much appreciated since my grands have allergies & I struggle to find them fun treats.Love love LOVE Cozy Cookies. 10 outta 10!PS- Sugar Cookies are my absolute favorite!!Dietary restrictions: They do offer Vegan & Gluten free options

Ordered 4 cookies for delivery. They were out of the one I really wanted but they substituted it for one that I enjoyed greatly. I got the oatmeal raise, caramel pretzel, brookie, and they gave me the strawberry shortcake. Staff were polite and friendly on the phone. And the cookies? Delicious. Will definitely be getting cookies from here again!

My experience with this cookie shop was just average. It did not meet my expectations. The cookies are overpriced. There was not a large selection they just taste average. I don’t think they taste homemade. I actually prefer insomnia, cookies. The young girl that was working and served me was not very pleasant. Just not a good experience overall. Guess I’ll be driving all the way back down to the city for insomnia cookies.

I got the chocolate chip, sugar cookie, snickerdoodle, brookie, caramel pretzel and strawberry shortcake. I swear these things are addictive. I was very welcomed when i first came in and the lovely woman that helped me was very kind. The cookies are fresh and so good. Definitely will be backDietary restrictions: They have gluten free options which was so nice to see. They also have zero sugar options and the women working at the time was very understanding when i told her no peanut butter even tho they all look amazing. The gluten free ones were almost all gone so i assume they are very goodParking: The location that i went to is right around a parking lot with plenty of free parking. The time i went i had no trouble finding parking but thats just my experienceKid-friendliness: As i walked in there were two young children so happy eating their cookiesWheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp into the store. No stairs or crazy bumps from the car to the store. The door is also wide in case of a bigger chair
