Last fall we bought a house with a pool. Not knowing much about pools I reached out to Clearwater pools. They totally renovated our pool and prepared it for this season. They went out of their way to address my concerns and make our pool a blessing. I highly recommend them.

Love that we never have to worry about our pool when we leave it to Clearwater. From the maintenance, opening and closing, to tile work, parts and supplies even the diving board and to their customer service you will always get top notch care and know that you are always in the best hands when you call Clearwater. Just getting the new solar cover ready to install, new diving board this year and tile regrouted, then trusting them from open to close again.

This company is awesome! They came out this season to open the pool. There were a couple different challenges but they were able to adapt and overcome. Their employees are friendly, kind, professional, and full of information. I am grateful for the hard work they put in!

Jason came out to rough in some hard piped plumbing for my above ground pool. He and his helper were great they were professional and timely. The operations manager Kate was also so nice and helpful. They were a bit pricey but gave excellent customer service.I will say for the price paid you would expect them to dig for the plumbing pipes which they did not. I had to dig hole for the pipes and backfill myself.In the future I might suggest finding a company that will dig too.But so far I am satisfied

I have used Clear Water as the only service provider to my hot tub that I purchased in 2013. The technicians have always arrived on time, they have been super knowledgeable, and eager to help if I have a random question. Just yesterday I was having an electric issue due to emergency switch that powers off the main power from under the hot tub... They came out this morning and reset/ diagnosed the issue before my pipes had time to freeze underneath. Always pleasant and super responsive. Thanks Clear Water! 💕

My pool opening experience with Clearwater couldn’t have been better. I received an email saying they were on their way and they arrived soon after. They understood the pool and efficiently opened it. We took the time to discuss future steps to get the pool ready for the swimming season. They went out of their way to satisfy the customer. That is why I get them to open and close every year. If there is ever an issue, they will get it solved.

Purchased a beautiful pool and liner. It was to replace our old model. Kate was very helpful all the way through and responded promptly to my questions and concerns I was not able to buy the optional fountains and lighting offered for this pool, is why we selected this one in the first place, as most of what I wanted to add were on back order. so hopefully I can get this year. I give best ratings the pool and for their help with our purchase but I want to mention something very important that was missed in the conversation from sales when purchasing the liner. The install options should have been discussed as we did not know that option needed to be discussed with the installer and option kit purchased so it had the nice finish we had with our other pool and install. That was a very upsetting and disappointing piece we now have to live with. I want thank everyone for their help We are grateful to have a pool even if only for a few short months as Maryland allows

Clearwater service was great. I had an appointment to have my pool pump replaced. They arrived at 830 just like they said they would. The 2 service techs explained everything and the work was completed on time . I highly recommend Clearwater for all your pool and spas needs,

Absolutely Amazing!! Steve and his entire team did a phenomenal job with my backyard. Steve took my vision and created an oasis (a vacation at home). We added a pool (with waterfall), pavilion (with dry bar), and a fire pit. Words can’t describe how fabulous it is, hope the pics help. Give them a try, I promise you will not regret it.

Clearwater did an amazing job on our new stamped concrete patio and pool Re tile and re surface. They came when they said they would, did a phenomenal job and left the area clean. The project finished on time and in budget. Steve is very personable and honest.Highly recommended!

Ryan came out to inspect our pool when we purchased and gave me great information. We also used clearwater to close before winter and Ryan returned with another gentleman and they did everything properly and efficiently - zero complaints. They even brought a well-behaved furry companion with them that I enjoyed playing ball with. Now that we’re open, I’ll be using clearwater to test our water and get recommendations for keeping this old pool healthy. Thanks guys!!

Steve and team were very professional and thorough. Steve is very knowledgeable and is always a phone call away to answer questions, provide instructions and offer helpful information and tips. They finished before the projected completion date even with our changes/additions to project. We are very happy with our pool/backyard. The team at the retail store in Nottingham is awesome too! Clearwater came to us highly recommended and we highly recommend them!

2023 From the first phone call requesting installation of a new pool pump, the retail staff at Clearwater Pool and Spa were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to Caitlin, Maddie, and Corey.They were straightforward with their scheduling challenges, given the summer pool season was just beginning, gave me the first appointment they had available and quoted a reasonable price without any surprise upcharges. They did not hesitate to listen to what I wanted and discuss how we could accomplish it together.The installation team, Jason and Erica, showcased their skills to perfection. They put me at ease and gave me full confidence in their work.I have been a hands-on pool owner for over 30 years. They will be my "go-to" going forward.2024 A new, bigger project this year. The project manager, Steve, was quick to answer queries and concerns with a formidable attention to detail.Phone calls to retail store personnel were again answered by pleasant and knowledgeable staff. In person store trips to seek Joey's advice and expertise at the White Marsh location couldn't have been easier. Joey has outstanding customer service skills, an innate understanding of his customer's needs and concerns, as well as the ability to find solutions for them.As always, my favorite pool tech, Jason, was a huge help accompanied by his equally skilled partner, Jerry, this first time around in 2024. Their service calls are always within the time frame promised and completed with dexterity no matter what unexpected challenges occur.Recently I returned to the White Marsh store to pick up an almost obsolete part for my Star/ Pentair DE inground pool filter, circa 1989.Joey had ordered a part for me. Upon inspection, I didn't think it would work on my filter. While we continued to research options, the owner assisted us in finding solutions as well; texting me to check on my progress with the filter even after I returned home.Let's be clear, the part was only $4. Yet, we were all determined to find a fix. Clearwater makes serving their customers needs a priority.I am confident I will have that filter running as soon as my vinyl liner is replaced and the pool is filled with water once again.I am also confident that should there ever be a problem, the highly capable Clearwater team inside and outside of the stores will do whatever it takes to make it work.

Clearwater in White Marsh is my favorite place to get my pool supplies. The staff there is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I just bought a new spa and they did everything they could to make it a smooth and enjoyable experience! Definitely recommend them for anyone’s pool/spa needs!
