The staff were very friendly and I could tell they handled my cat with love and care. He felt so soft, smelled so good, and was given an adorable bow tie! Unfortunately the joy was short lived because he had an accident in the carrier on our way home 😭 But with that being said, we will absolutely be returning to get him fresh and clean again.

Hands down the best groomer for my crazy little dog. Only place who can handle her attitude and they always tell me how sweet she is. Always comes from her grooming appointment smelling amazing, nails always perfectly short. We love them so much, when we moved to pa, we still decided to make the drive down👌

Second time this has happened. Had an appointment at 9:00 am. Had my dog there by 9:00 and was told they would call when he was ready. Figured I would get a call @3:00pm at the latest. No call. Knowing they closed at 5:00pm I drove there and arrived at 4:40. While getting out and setting up my ramp, owner/manager came out and said, “We had issues with our other location today and he will be ready in about a half hour.”No call, no notice, no nothing.It takes about 2 1/2 hours to groom my dog which means they did not even begin until 2:00-2:30??? Why did he have to be there at 9:00? Evidently he was in a crate until they took care of there other “issues” i. e. smaller dogs, for over five hours???The groomer herself is good. However the attitude we have gotten from the people that run this place is that they are doing us a favor by servicing our pet at their convenience.The service they have provided is sub par and overpriced.I would look elsewhere.

This was the first time our 10 month old puppy has ever been to a groomer. I'm so glad they were able to fit us in on short notice! She is not a fan of bathes at all and is a little timid whenever we try to bathe her at home. The team at canine couture were AMAZING. They said she did excellent and wasn't afraid at all. When we are in MD we will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend this dog groomer! The staff is always so kind and friendly, and they are very flexible with scheduling appointments. They are especially great with kids when we come to pick up our furry friend. Our dog always looks and smells amazing after a visit here. Thank you for taking such great care of our beloved pet!

Brandi is literally THE best! My dog and I love her so much that we followed her from Petsmart grooming when she left. She has been grooming my dog since we adopted him two years ago. I would follow her anywhere she groomed.

I took my dog here three times but ultimately was not happy with the service and caution anyone from using this place. Although my dogs cut was very good, while going there he sustained a terrible upper respiratory infection, he had bumps around his face and ears and foot pads, and had terrible ear infections. All of which were treated by my vet and correspond to after his service here. I thought it may have been his boarding facility but after research and no longer taking him to canine couture all of his issues stopped. I also noticed he was very lethargic when he left. One of the trainers constantly asked to breed him with her pug, which I would never do, but it was extremely unprofessional. The windows are covered so you cannot see where the dogs are crated and barely can see them being groomed, and due to the bumps on my dogs paws and face the vet ascertained the bathing facility was most likely unsanitary. If you chose to go here, do request a tour or to stay while your dog is groomed. I would not recommend this place. My dog has been groomed for two months at another facility and has had none of these issues. It takes them a hour and a half to complete his grooming, his cut is comparable and he’s full of energy when I pick him up. Beware.

Sophie, who is a rescue, had never been to the groomers before and it was a good experience for her. Besides trimming her topcoat the really thinned out her undercoat. She also had her nails trimmed and ears cleaned. We will go back.

A few things:1. My dog wasn’t groomed here, so I can’t speak to the quality of work2. I can speak to the quality of customer service onlyI found this place through great referrals in a Facebook group - I saw great comments about the place so I looked them up.I booked a consultation online to learn more about their services and to check them out in person.I didn’t receive an email confirmation of the appointment time, but I am confident that I scheduled it for that day. The initial lady who came out to speak to me was super nice and very customer friendly.However, as I was talking to her, a rude lady interrupted our conversation (I presume it was the owner based on the previous reviews here) and started asking me my name, and told me that my appointment wasn’t for today and it’s for a date 3 weeks out. Fair. I don’t doubt that her schedule was correct, but there was no consideration that maybe I was correct too and that there may have been an error in scheduling through the site or a mishap somewhere along the line. I wouldn’t have booked a consult 3 weeks out knowing that there were sooner consult appointments available.Whatever the case may be, I was there and had questions about the service, pricing and so forth.She was very condescending and said a consult doesn’t mean we’d be able to groom them today. I told her that I didn’t expect them to and that’s why I booked a consultation only.She decided she needed to be there and continuing to be apart of the conversation- though her attitude was signaling me to leave and for the employee to go back to tending to the dog she was servicing.Very unwelcoming behavior.They asked if I’d like to book an appointment and I told them no. In no way would I trust him being groomed there.Additionally, there was a male in the back yelling at a dog (not sure what was going on).And they estimate the dog being at the facility from 3-5 hours, a bit long for me and my dog as he has anxiety.Based on the customer service alone, I would recommend this place. Their responses to customer reviews here, coupled with my experience showed me a red flag.

Just had an unfortunate experience with this place. My dog, a young Sheepadoodle (very hyper) just came back from this appointment terrified and flinching. He has been groomed once a month for the last year. Upon picking him up I was told he was aggressive and they needed three people to hold him down- they blamed the breed. I was shocked as our other regular groomer and a pet smart groomer have had no issues with him. They then said my other groomers are lying to me. After talking to my regular groomer I was assured that he is well behaved and a soft muzzle is all he needs to keep himself calm. He was shaved down to almost nothing despite him being groomed last month (I was aware of some matting around the face but his tail was shaved to nothing). I found nicks on his belly, 2 of his nails have dried blood, and his bottom is extremely irritated. I hate to post negative reviews but I am distraught. If you have a hyper dog we do not recommend, it is clear that they were not willing to work with him. When explaining the situation the staff was extremely respectful however I am unsettled given how uneasy my dog is.

I brought my Pomeranian in named Penelope. They did such a wonderful job! They are such wonderful people, they really are. I would go to them again. They are so sweet and actually care for my dog. I can't wait to go to them again!

This may be silly but I don’t care because it is about the well being of our fur babies. What happen to my dog happen years ago but I just found out from my mother what really happen just today - I was not going to ever share but after reading these review and reading the way the owner responses to everyone so rudely and unprofessional- I had to share. Years ago(but same owner) , my dog got groomed there and came home with an extremely red and irritated eye and swollen. He could not even open it. We knew it was something from the groomer but the owner refused and denied that it was from them (when clearly it was because he had just came back from them) come to find out the owner was spraying flee treatment on her OWN dogs with no regard of the other dogs around her and it was sprayed into my dogs EYE so therefore he was irritated and rubbing his eye. - this would be a completely different situation if the owner was just honest and respectful about it. But If you think about coming here you should read the way the owner talks back to customers on reviews and think twice because I am appalled Ashley! -and here is my response to your response bc I could not just reply. you are putting out false information right now! We have proof of everything and heard what truly happened from an ex employee later on finally. You are extremely unprofessional and rude. Ok flee spray? Anything spray? U sprayed it in my dogs eye and hurt him and did not tell us. PERIOD Ashley. telling other reviewers on here that u didn’t leave cuts on their dogs after coming back from YOU, you gaslighting these people to make yourself look better. People can read through these comments and see themselves. Lol, have a blessed day!

Jess is absolutely amazing! She is very personable and caring. This was my dogs first grooming experience and she didn't want to leave when it was time to be picked up. She took so much time with Jazzy, even got on the floor with her to make her feel more comfortable. Jazzy had the best experience! I couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else! If I could give the salon 10 stars I would.

We had a great experience here. My dog, Milo, gets very anxious at grooming appointments. The first place we tried didn't even finish past a bath because they said he was "distracting the other dogs." Canine Couture took good care of my dog, knowing he doesn't love the dryer. They communicated well and made my boy squeaky clean! Would recommend to anyone!!

I have been visiting Canine Couture since 2017, when we first got Lonnie. (Wish I would have known about them when Miss Bailey was alive, she would have loved everyone there).They have so much patience with little Miss Diva when she gets sassy. And when my little gentlemen doesn't want his feet touched.Both pups come back smelling beautiful, Toby isn't too fond of it and goes right into the backyard to roll around. Boys will be boys.Just like my hair stylist, I will follow them anywhere!!2022 and still visiting

These ladies are awesome! Our three dogs absolutely love going there to be pampered. They do an amazing job and their prices are the best around! You can tell the staff really love what they do and they always seem just as excited to see our dogs as our dogs are to see them! We have one dog that is very nervous and he use to be a mess when we would pick him up from other grooming salons. With these gals, he is happy and content and not nervous at all. They are also very accommodating and will always try to squeeze you in whenever possible if you're a slacker like me and don't make regular appointments. I also appreciate the extra mile these ladies go without extra cost involved. It is truly a pleasure to deal with them!

We love it here. Our bichon poodle mix needs regular grooming and although we dont always get him there every 6-9 weeks, they take care of boy so well. He loves going there, its a literally a trip to the spa for him and you can tell when you drop him off and pick up how much he loves it. I would not take my dog anywhere else for grooming.

They are very kind and caring to our dogs. They go the extra mile to accommodate our older dog's needs and they always smell a lot better! I love that they put a cute little bandana on the animals as a finishing touch. Even when we lived almost an hour away we took our dogs for the grooming services, it was so worth it!

Our dog hated getting baths and his nails trimmed at home. He loved going to see the girls at the salon and would patiently let them pamper him. He would get so excited to go into the shop and come out so happy and clean. He was pretty stinky and gross in the months leading up to his passing and the girls loved on him anyway. I took my cockapoo in to have groomed. 5 hours later I picked her up. She was traumatized!!!! GIGi had 2 clipper cuts, 1 in each ear. I had to take her to a vet to get cleaned up and treated. Be aware !!!!! What goes on behind closed doors could hurt your furbaby. Mine has suffered. My baby does not want to get in the car now. She has been hiding for a week. Truly a shame that they will not take responsibility.

Canine Couture has been a God sent! My puppy Lola is afraid of almost everything in life and after being told that Lola could not get a haircut without being put to sleep from another groomer I had lost all hope. Lucky for the both of us, I gave Canine Couture a call and have not turned back since. Lola always looks amazing and is always happy to go in! They take their time with her to ensure she is comfortable with everything! They are wonderful and so professional! And after seeing Lola, my mom decided to change groomers as well to Canine Couture!
