Came here the Sunday before 4th of July with my boyfriend because we were in the area and we had a good experience while here. It’s very nice, clean and well organized. They had a very nice selection of items including a lot of brand name items all for a good price too. Will definitely come back again if we’re ever in the area.

Went to Burlington in bel air md tonight around 730pm they close at 11pm was told couldn't try clothes on or use the bathroom, lady that worked there said they were waiting for someone to come clean the bathrooms so they were closed it's always something when I go in there smdh needless to say I didn't buy anything I walked out left my cart full of stuff and left

Employees are rude. Just wanted to exchange my son's jacket because we just bought it not even a week ago and the first time we use it the zipper falls off. We wanted to just get something else since it's defective. We didn't have the receipt or tags because we were going to use it. We figured it would have to be an even exchange. Got told no and to leave. Other places like Walmart and target would have exchanged it. I've even had even exchanges at local thrift stores. Why I am so confused. That's weird, but you do you I guess.

My first visit to the Belair location and was not impressed. Selection was bare. Not at all like the Towson and Baltimore stores. Not impressed at all.

The store is open until 11 on Saturday which is fantastic. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was extremely friendly but not well trained. The sensors were ripped off my jewelry boxes which tore the paper. I asked for a gift slip and had to wait 15 min for a manager to come to the front and assist the cashier. I would return but during earlier hours when more staff is available.

I was pleasantly surprised at the price tags here! It was not a very neat store, a little messy and things not in the right place, but you can find very nice items. I bought a beautiful black cardigan for $15 and a lovely and sturdy front door mat for $8. I will be back!

deals are very discount; quality is good; not enough staff on checkout registers.they appear understaffed during Winter 2022 season. plan to be in the long checkout line for 30 minute+ ... send ypur family to 5Below or for coffee or grocery shopping in the same plaza while waiting in the checkout.

I would’ve love to try on some clothes, but unfortunately the fitting room was closed. They had a lot of fixtures shoved into the fitting room. I was disappointed about the situation. The manager seem kind of rude but the cashier was decent. Please do better Burlington.

Lots of bargains, but it is not well organized. Careful when you go to try things on. The staff who collect items left behind for restocking work fast.

It's ok. Not as nice or as large as some Burlington's I've been in. Worth stopping intol while visiting other shops in the festival.

This is a smaller scaled Burlington store. I like the convenience of it being in Harford county so I’m not mad about the size of the store. I found mostly everything I came in for. Be aware that the aisles are pretty tight and narrow. Nonetheless , a good addition to the festival!

This location is filled with obnoxious and ridiculous employees and staff. I was there last evening around 8pm with my husband and daughter....there was probably 10 customers in the store total, but that's besides the point. They had a lot of people in there vigorously scanning everything to take inventory and they were making a mess of the isles while doing it....hollering very loudly to each other across the whole store making animal noises, and just being ridiculously obnoxious...OVER AND OVER AGAIN!! All the customers were looking at them in disbelief and when I voiced my annoyance about it, I was literally laughed at and mocked by the staff. At that point, I left my cart as-is and walked right out of the store. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, OBNOXIOUS EMPLOYEES AND INVENTORY STAFF.

Great prices but the store looks messy and there has been no bathroom for months. The employees have to go outside and use a portable potty. Terrible for employees.

Cashier was moving like in a low motion. Jair was so greasy and covered entire face as he bent to ring up. There was barely anyone in store as it was early. But due to slowness a line formed fast.

On 3/8/23 at 8:00 pm we went to the store and it was closed. No notice on the door or no associate inside the store! I also called and no one answered! It says that the store closes 10:00 pm… go figure!
