I had some fuzzy face little kid at the register, trying very hard to tell me I couldn't return my item because I was past the return date. It's the 15th day of a 15-day return policy, I told him. He tells me it says 15 days but it's really only 14. Nope, it's 15 days printed on the receipt. He tells me he'll put it in the computer but it won't take it. He puts it in the computer and it goes through as it should, no problem. Then he acts like I got away with something. Untrained, unqualified and unprofessional.

Horrible experience . Bought a Washer and driver refused to install because there was corrosion on the valve and left. So frustrated and it took two minutes by me to clean corrosion and rust. Driver left because he wanted to enjoy weekend. And he thought it will be good excuse. Called customer service manager and she refused to reschedule next day or same day. All she was reading from the book apologize and sorry for inconvenience .She schedule me for next Monday and window is 12 hours. 7:00am to 7:00 pm. This is so annoying. I will never go to Best Buy . No customer service and rude. I would rather go to Home Depot or Lowe’s . At lest they have best customer service and compensate you with some offer.

I bought an open box TV from this location that was listed as being in excellent condition.I opened it only to find that there were no screws included for the TV legs, and even worse, no remote.Now, I could somewhat live without a remove, except this is a FireTV that REQUIRES a remote to even set it up. You literally can't do anything without the remote (no physical buttons on the TV). This may speak more for Best Buy as a company than this specific location, but, not good.

I had one pleasant experience here in the past (I don't go here often) and I think the employee's name was Uryah or Uriel. He was very helpful/patient and made my day. The last two visits after that experience have left a sour taste in my mouth. One employee at the store pickup line was seemingly impatient with me (I believe they were overwhelmed) and the cashier next to the pickup line was not trained to help me, even though no one was in line. I did not see the previous employee I mentioned who left a good impression, hopefully he gets more shifts in the future.

We purchased a brand new Tv from this location. We also purchased for it to be installed in our home. We are a military family…and as such like to keep boxes for high expense items for moving purposes. The installers did not ask if we wanted the box after installation and when I asked for it, as it was part of the purchase of the tv, I was told I could go to the store to get it. Doing so within a couple hours of our tv installed.. somehow the installers got back and had crushed it already! The GM did nothing to try to rectify the situation but suggested that it was abnormal for the customer to want the box. “I was the first in 20 + years apparently.” Highly disappointed and this store is not military friendly in its regard to needs of its customers which shocking since they are 30 min from the closest base. I will not be shopping here if I don’t have to in the future. SUGGESTION: If you want the box for your high cost appliances … MAKE SURE YOU ASK.

Manager is very rude (3/5/2024). Brunette woman about 5'6" walking around. Greeted with an attitude. Asked where I could find a small microphone, and proceeded to walk away from me as if I didn't exist.She approached me later when I was given wrong information by someone else , and I thanked her for deciding to try to help, and reminded her I asked her for help and she walked away from me. My husband bought a laptop and then Bestbuy shipped it to wrong address. We tried to call and warn them that the shipping address was wrong on our email confirmation but they said “we cant fix it till after it ships.” Didnt make sense but we did and even after calling again, they then said it cant be changed. They told us once it was delivered they would reship a laptop to the corrrect address. Once again they lied as a MONTH went by with no laptop and a different answer everytime we called. They also would not refund our money instead… so basically holding our money hostage. Then after a MONTH we called again and were told this time “well we cant refund or ship a new laptop until the other one is returned.” You mean the one you in error shipped to the wrong adress and were warned??? How is that our fault and it is not guaranteed those homeowners will return in. Here we are anotherMONTH later with yet a laptop or refund. We finally got an email yesterday saying our credit card will be credited but nothing in our statement yet. Best Buy has 0 customer service and will hold your money hostage. I would recommend going anywhere else. We will not be back.

The Workers are very friendly, one of them helped my sister pick out a Laptop. The selection of Laptops especially, is very large, same with the prices and power of them, there's an option for anyone. They have nice displays for certain electronics, like the gaming systems.

Ordered online. I selected curbside pickup. Got to the store and parked in the designated curbside pickup spots. Went to the app and selected the "I'm here" But no one came out. What the ....So I goes inside to online pickup counter and was greeted and assisted by a woman named Kristian. She processed my order and handed my item. She was professional and helpful. I have a very positive experience. Be back soon.

Don’t buy any appliances here. They use a third party delivery service. They have no way of contacting them. The delivery service will promise you a date but in reality they will deliver when they want to. Best Buy needs to do better for their clients. Do not buy any appliances from here.

We often shop at Best Buy. We have never had any issues with the products that they sell. Today, however, getting someone to help us took entirely too long. Perhaps management was unaware that today is a Holiday which is why they were busier than normal. Once we did get help the associate was very knowledgeable.

bro… this particular bel air employee needs a reality check. an employee that worked in the tv department was so incredibly rude when me and my father asked for help finding a tv, i work in tech so i know a bit but not too much… but when i tell you he treated us like we were stupid i mean he quite literally acted as if we didn’t know how to WORK a tv. we gave him a price limit, he did not comply at all, said my TV that ive had for 3 years is gonna be broken soon and that “he’ll see me in a year” ???? dude i bought the TV FROM you guys? he was just arguing with air at some points. idk if it’s because im a woman and my father is older or what… but it made us cancel our credit card. best BYE :)

Drove an hour to get here and this ling hair guy basically does not want to work i was sitting outside confused because ly appointment is at 10 am and it says the store opens at 11 so i was waiting called nobody picked up i drove around and saw a door at 10:15 on the nose and walk in so this long hair guy is like “oh i cant take you” you past the 15 min grace period nd im like bro its nobody else even waiting for this service…he saying the 2 min i missed makes it impassible to install rhe radio which is bs its no car in here

I went to this store to research laptops and Mr. Uriah McNeill, a store representative, assisted me. This guy is just amazing! I needed someone knowledgeable and he was that person. Not only is Uriah knowledgeable, but he's such an awesome friendly personable very charming young individual. I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I purchased a new tv, cable hiding kit, delivery and install and a wall mount. My delivery time was for 7 am today(Saturday), and they still have not arrived. I am a Best Buy plus member and the best I can get is a call center in a different country for assistance? Couldn’t even call the store to ask what was happening because you can’t even call a store anymore apparently. Honestly disgusted with the total lack of service and transparency. The in store personnel were great and helpful but I can’t call them. If I want actual answers and help I have to fing drive 40 minutes to speak to someone. I will never be purchasing anything from Best Buy that is not physically bought from a store again. Ruined my weekend waiting all day (literally) for an order that never came. Why tf is my delivery driver finally picking up my tv 12 hours after they were supposed to be here? And even when you get through to someone you have to wait 24 hours to cancel an order apparently . Inexcusable and the poorest customer service I have personally ever received for an order of any kind. Do better “Best” Buy.

We needed to replace a television after a lightning strike, so I shopped online for an in-store pickup. The process was extremely easy; I found exactly what I wanted and completed my purchase in about 5 minutes.I had a question about my order. The lady that I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and professional, and I did not have to wait on hold.The only slight downside was a one day wait for a product shown as in-store.Overall, I was very happy with my experience. I would use this service again.

Good selection (at least video games) and the geek squad is great. The prices for pc parts are kinda weird tho. But that's best buy as a company in general. Also the sales associates respect my boundaries as an anxiety riddled woman. They don't make me buy things or sign up for credit cards unless they are at the counter or i ask to sign up for it and if they do they don't haggle me (in my experience). So i do appreciate that!

Best Buy is like a candy shop only for electronics 😆. I like this location because everyone is always willing to help. All you need to do is hail a worker. I bought MacBook Pro adapter and charger cause the one I had stopped working and I needed to work.I can’t remember his name but he was patience and helpful in helping me select the best option. He checked apple online to ensure it was the right one for me and assured me I could return it if it didn’t work.
