Mack, whose name has been mentioned in previous complaints in reviews of this 711, should be fired. After attempting to check my bank account balance on my phone to see if I could afford to buy 5 items, I realized that I couldn’t pay for four out of five, and during the 1 minute it took to check my balance, he started huffing and puffing impatiently, and sarcastically asked, “are you mentally ill?!” Yes, he literally asked me 5 or 6 times if I had brain damage or was slow or mentally ill! (actually sarcasm is one thing, but he was just downright NASTY).So naturally, I asked his name and the store manager’s number, obviously to file a complaint regarding this disrespectful behavior.Mack’s response: “none of your !?&$@!’ business is what my name is and that’s my manager’s name, too! And thanks to you I now have to put away all (four items) that you decided not to buy.” Then when I asked for a bag, he THREW the bag at me and walked away.It turns out that my two friends waiting for me in the car later noted that when I walked into the store he seemed like he was about to go for a smoke break. They also confirmed my suspicions when they both agreed he definitely appeared high. I noticed that he was definitely tweaking when I initially entered 711.I’m going to spread the word about how 711 has allowed this person keep his job. I’m definitely going to avoid 711 in the future. God forbid that 711 customers ever ask for assistance in trying to find items. I guess good customer service from store associates is not 711’s priority, at all.To all: Beware of this 711! Go elsewhere!

Absolutely rude!!! I literally just called twice to see the money order machine was available before I made the drive to the store 10pm at night. A male answered the phone twice and hung up on me both times. The 2nd time was while I was still talking. I'm just in shock. I have never received such ignorant customer service over the phone. Terrible

This place is terrible the guy behind the counter Mack is a disgusting person.He always nit picks at anything I do wrong whenever I come in.He is very aggressive and a snob the lady is nice and always says hello but the guy is just simply mean and rude I’d suggest don’t go here and be harassed by fake smiles and this con artist.

I’m totally disgusted with this 711. They continue to sell Vapes Esco brand that are defective and won’t return your money or switch the vape over to a new one. 20$ they got from me on that one and won’t be getting anything in that nature anymore. So please DON’T BUY their vapes

good selection of food/drinks and tobacco products, exactly what you have come to expect from any 7-Eleven. recent service has been lackluster and frustrating, but still recommended for quick, small purchases.
