My yellow lab spent a weekend at Woofs and Wags. When she came home it didn't smell like she just came from a kennel. She was very clean. Also I have had her groomed there and I couldn't believe how long she went without shedding. It was great. Very happy with Woofs and Wags.

My dogs stayed here 5 days I was very pleased with their caring services. My two dogs can be a bit weird and reactive but nothing they couldn’t handle. My pitties were happy to see me, smelled amazing after their baths, and well cared for. My puppy lost a little weight from stress (as normal dogs do in boarding because they burn more energy) the employees reassured me they did well. All of the food I dropped off labeled was in perfect order and amount was correct for what was supposed to be left over. This is the only place I’d trust to board my pups.

Woofs and Wags is amazing! We use their boarding services for our dog - they treat her like she is part of the family. When we walk there, my dog gets so excited. Everyone who works there recognizes my dog as soon as she walks in, and lets me know how much they love her. Because of this, and their amazing treatment and care for her, I never worry while we are out of town.

I’ve been using woods and wags for about 2-3 years (post Covid) for my pup. He loves it, the staff knows him and greets him by name when he comes for doggie day care or for boarding. I love the ease of booking and the car drop off/pick up options too. It’s close to home, clean, and the staff is great. I highly recommend it!

Great place to board or groom your dog. Sean and Paul are always so friendly and helpful with customers. They let you take tours of the boarding area and the dogs get lots of space to rest in. Free baths with overnight stays too!

We've been using Woofs and Wags Pet Lodge for years for our 60lb boxer/pit mix. Love this place!

Mr. Noodles has been well taken care of during his stays. We don't need to worry about our feline when we go out of town. Clean and orderly and our Mr. Noodles doesn't get stressed out. We can comfortably recommend Woof & Wags for boarding your dog or cat.

My original post was on September 15th the post was based on how I felt in that moment. After talking with the owner today and he explained the biling process to me. I understand that Brandi was only reading what was in the computer but I still as thought she should've reached out to someone for clarification. I was truly surprised when I received a call from the owner, and his willingness to take the time out to explain everything to me. This is what makes small business grow. The way the reach out and commucate with the public and their customers. I truly appreciate that and also I left out 1 important thing my friend's dogs seemed to been very happy there. Once again thanks for reaching out to me.I was picking up a friend's dogs, and he told me that it would be $ 320. When I got there, the person working there (Brandi) told me the price was $400. I paid the amount, and when I got to my friend's house, he called, and then he was credited $80. I felt that the person working there was trying to rip me off.

I would not send my dog to this establishment if I were you! I, mistakenly, boarded my lab mix here for nine days while on a trip abroad. I provided just enough dry and wet food for that duration. When I picked her up, she still had half the food I left her with and showed clear signs of weight loss. The facility also doesn’t have an outdoor space and when I initially asked for a tour of the facility so I could see where she would be staying, I was refused. That should have told me more. After these incidents, I refused to force her through more neglect electing to forfeit the daycare credit that I still had there. If you love your four-legged family, I wouldn’t send them here.

Paul and the staff are incredible!!! Have taken my male European Doberman there several times with great success. They are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Not exactly sure what happened with another dog named Lucy, but clearly 10+ people leaving 1☆ reviews are only trying to hurt a business. Only the owner of this business and of Lucy should be having a discussion. Not people who have never patronized this business deliberately trying to sabotage someone's livelihood.

Highly recommend looking else where for dog related services.I made a reservation on the website as recommended, I received an email the next day saying my dogs reservation was pending due to vaccine information missing. I got my vet to send it over and even called to make sure they received it.A lady told me I could bring in the vaccine info the day of dropping him off and it would be okay. The day I was going to drop my dog off I called to make sure everything was good and a man told me my dog was okay to bring in.I get there and they are at full capacity, and never bothered to tell me that. The whole situation was centered around my dogs vaccines, not once did they mention a waiting list or the fact they were at full capacity. They did however send a very vague email saying : “We might need updated shot records, a quick meet and greet if your pet is a new pet staying with us, or in the event we are at full capacity your pet may be placed on our waiting list if you like.”AGAIN never once letting me know there was more of an issue besides his shot records when I called TWICE. Due to the incompetence I’m glad I didn’t leave my dog. Look somewhere else for any dog related service, this place and these people ain’t it.

I leave my cat here when I go out of town. Not much I can say, I have not seen the back where they keep the animals. When I get my cat back he is still whole.

I’ve been bringing my dog(s) here for many years. Paul and his team are such good people, they really care about the customer as a person and try to take everyone’s individual circumstances into account. They are very accommodating and reliable. They have always taken good care of my little buddies, whether for daycare or boarding. I know covid has been hard on them and I really hope they get the support they need to stay open and thrive. If you want individual attention where you/your pets are not just numbers, come here. Couldn’t recommend Woof & Wags more.

After making an appointment and dropping our mini golden doodle off at 10am for grooming, there was no update or time estimate of when she would be finished. We did not take her food as last time she was there, she was finished within 3 hours. When we called to ask, it seemed like no one knew where she was. I understand they were probably very busy but no updates until after 7:30PM is ridiculous. We finally got her after 8PM after bringing her in 10 hours earlier ..

Had my cat stay for over a week. He was in a great mood when we picked him up. Not stressed out at all. The staff was great. Definitely the place for my cat.

Please beware this may not be a licensed facility.I booked weeks in advance because I'm going out of town. When I got there to drop my puppy off for boarding they said they would not keep him because he has separation anxiety. A professional will know how to handle 10 month old puppy. Now

This place was kind enough to take all 3 of my babies (bull mastiff puppy, pitty, and an orange tabby) at the last minute and they were very kind to my guys. I always worry leaving my furbabies anywhere and this place put my mind at ease. We will definitely be using them again for boarding!

Owners were wonderful with our large Rottweiler. Returned my phone calls responsively as well as sending us photos. Also, I am so amazed that they would repair her bedding with a fair amount of stitching (was ripped prior to her stay)!Your pets are with very compassionate people and looking forward to seeing again soon.

Honestly contemplated leaving a review or not. Woofs and Wags were convenient for a last minute trip to I took to the Bahamas. Accepted my reservation without any issues. The problem is that when I got my dog back home after a 5 day trip, I could feel scabs under his fur. After they peeled, it’s clear that he was bitten by another, much bigger dog. I specifically asked that he not be placed with other dogs because he’s smaller and bigger dogs tend to jump on him. I didn’t reach back out to Woofs and Wags because truthfully, I don’t want my intelligence to be insulted. I have pictures right before I dropped him off, and pictures now. He was clearly bitten. My pet and I live alone, no space heaters, open furnaces, curling irons etc. so I don’t need to be told that it could’ve happened elsewhere because it didn’t. My dog was GUZZLING water when he got home but honestly, compared to this scar on his face, who cares. I’m quite angry and hurt to know that this happened to him. My good friend visited him while I was away and he tells me that he was questioned about why he continued to visit because they were “reputable”… I don’t doubt that. But something absolutely happened to him here and I wasn’t notified.

We had a out of town emergency, and needed to leave our babies. The staff was amazing in assisting us with our first time boarding our babies here. The facility was amazing. Even when I called for updates, the staff ensured me they where fine and gave detail updates. Relocating from Tennessee, this has been my biggest fear, not having a reliable place to leave our babies; well, I don't have to worry about that now. Thank you for taking great care of Nina Simone and Peewee.

After reading the reviews I was really confident with my 2 dogs staying there 6 days for boarding. At drop off I was told that I could request pictures of them and I could call to check on them. I called and requested pictures of course I never got them. The guy that answered the phone seem bothered by me calling. I never got any updates about them cause I was either placed on a extremely long hold or no one answered the phone. At pick up (6 days later) my younger dog had clumps of dried up stuff in corner of eye and eyes where running. I was told that they didn’t notice the stuff near eyes which was impossible not to see. My dogs which are normally happy and excited to see me wasn’t. They kept trying to go in corner and lay down, which is odd. During the ride home I noticed something isn’t right with my dogs, they kept having this dry cough and diarrhea started. A day later they didn’t improve. Took them to vet only to be told that they both have kennel cough and have some type of virus. They are barely eating and they where perfectly healthy before boarding at this place. The vet visit and medicines cost me hundreds. I called Woof and Wags to inform them because kennel cough is highly contagious and they caught it from there facility and I was pretty much told “thanks for letting us know, most ppl don’t let us know. I will ask the other staff have they noticed any other dogs coughing and so that we can clean and sanitize so other dogs won’t get sick”. That was it. No apology, she didn’t ask if my dogs where ok or how they where doing. She told me the owner would call me and so far no one called me. Woof and Wags neglected my dogs and there facility isn’t as clean as they claim to be. My dogs are house dogs they are not around other dogs and this is the first time they have left home. I think it’s unfair and wrong that my dogs got sick in their care and no one has called to check on them or at least offer a apology. I will never send my dogs back here for boarding.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE!My family’s dog was boarded here. When they picked our dog up she had puncture wounds on her leg that had become infected.Paul, the owner dismissed all concerns about the condition of our dog and proceeded to call her fat! Our dog was taken to the vet and required IV fluids and antibiotics to treat the wounds incurred at Woofs and Wags.Days later Lucy died!Despite not wanting to take any ownership for the condition of our dog, they refunded the boarding fee which itself is an admission of guilt or wrongdoing…If you love your pet, DO NOT BOARD THEM HERE

Our dog loves this place! Huge happy tail wags and straining to get out of the car every day when we go through the drive-thru drop-off. She's always dead-tired when she gets home from daycare, but always excited to go again the next day. We've used the boarding services too for long weekends, and she seems pretty happy after those too, and what better recommendation can you have for dog daycare than a happy dog?The people there are great to deal with too, and are clearly all great with the animals. Our dog can be a bit wary of strangers, but she took to all the staff right away. The drive through makes dropping off and picking up from daycare very easy. We're very satisfied with our experiences with W&W!

I found Woofs and Wags when I lived in Baltimore and took my dogs there regularly for them to be groomed. Nancy has always done an amazing job- they always look and smell beautiful when I pick them up. I also boarded the dogs here for a long weekend and when I showed up they seemed extremely happy and well cared for while I was away. I live near DC now and still bring my dogs back to Baltimore for them to be groomed because I trust Woofs and Wags that much! Each time I call to schedule an appointment they always remember my babies because they truly do treat them like they're their own!

Made an appointment for my dog as the website recommended. After requesting a reservation and uploading my dog records as requested, I was told someone would follow up to confirm the reservation. I heard nothing for a week. I called and left a message following up on the reservation. Again, no response from Woofs and Wags and when I finally got someone on the phone, they did nothing to remedy the situation. I recommend looking somewhere else.

This place is amazing. We had our cat stay here several times within the span of a month and a half and the staff were very accommodating with our shifting schedule. They have nice facilities including decent sized compartments for cats in which the spaces are shaded and also partially shielded from noise. Our cat always did well with them and I would definitely recommend these guys!
