Great selection of things. They had a lot of different sections. Everywhere was cold, though. They had a ton of baked goods and a solid amount of product. I didn’t see a clear gluten free section which would’ve been nice. There’s a bathroom in the store if you need.

This morning I got the wonderful news in my email - Amazon hyping their new offer to give Prime members unlimited free delivery from Whole Foods for the low, low price of $9.99 per month. They talked about this as though it were some wonderful new perk of Prime Membership, where in fact delivery was free before (though to be fair, that may not have always come direct from the local WF). In any case, this appears to be another instance of Amazon charging more for the service you used to get for free. At this rate, we'll soon be paying the annual cost of Prime Membership for the privilege of being allowed to subscribe to monthly subscriptions.

This is a great whole foods location. It's clean, has helpful staff, and has a large hot bar offering. Compared to my much larger store in Birmingham AL, this one is superior. The only draw back for this location is the lack of indoor seating, prepare to bundle up and eat outdoors in the winter.

This is an excellent location, emphasizing urban retrofit. The historical building, originally from 1810 was a textile factory, then in the 1900s a fastener warehouse, until being repurchased into a shopping center/venue. The selection at this whole foods is always fresh, the workers have always been friendly.

Always fresh and delicious. You simply feel surrounded by health when you walk in. Prepared hot food as well as the Salad bar are exceptional and offer a better variety than the average grocer. The macaroni and cheese is superb. Black cherry barbeque wings unbelievable. There is always something different although the cabbage could be steamed a little longer. From body care to fragrances to good food everything is there.

This store is insane, it’s kind of comical. There’s one older guy who is friendly and exactly the kind of customer service you’d expect from a higher priced store. Everyone else acts like they want you dead.It’s uncanny, half the employees stumble around in your way with vacant expressions on their faces (though that’s not a mystery, I’ve come here a decent handful of times but I’ve seen and smelled several of them smoking weed, in uniform, right next to the store more times than I can count) and the other half are actively trying to barrel into you, often with loaded handcarts. I’ve taken friends there three times to show how consistent this is and both have happened each time. If you dare to ask for help at the customer service desk, you WILL get yelled at and berated. They will try to shove you off onto some machine and then shout at you when the machine cannot accommodate your needs and do everything they can to LOUDLY make it seem like your fault and try to make you feel bad (no doubt for making them do their jobs, when it would have taken a fraction of the time if they helped you to start with).On top of that, their selection isn’t up to snuff. Their bread is visibly fogged up and mushy, and the boxed goods in the freezer are warped from being thawed out. And they still have the gall to charge upscale prices.

This is a relatively small location, so there are few options. With that being said they do have almost everything that you would expect from a Whole Foods Grocery. I have had the hot bar twice and it was great, I had the pizza today and it was super soggy, but my experience with the bakery has always been good. This location has gotten rid of bulk food (pay per pound for dry goods) options.

This was my first time visiting the store. It wasn't difficult to find but you can bypass it if you're not paying close enough attention. The store had a good number of people in it during this visit but I was able to cash in and out very quickly in addition to finding what I needed. The cashier was very nice friendly and professional. I definitely plan on going back for another visit this weekend to look at what foods they actually carry. I found the prices pretty much the same as going to other area grocery stores, but certain items may be a little higher because of its organic nature which is fine by me. They also have plenty of parking. I've never had a meatless Burger before and am looking forward to trying it out this week as well as the mushroom and the honey and bee pollen.

I've always liked this store but in recent years I have (for obvious reasons) been doing curbside pickup. It's a shame the computers can't keep up with the actual inventory but that's everywhere. The staff here is OUTSTANDING. Always friendly, cooperative & FAST (both with putting the order together & getting out to the curb). Well worth the trip.Update 12/2022 - Actually went into the store for the first time in a good while. They have rearranged the store some but it's the same clean, welcoming & efficient store it's always been. Aisles still a bit narrow (due to physical constraints of the building) so I will probably continue to do pick-up, especially for big shopping.Update 1/25/2024 - I am so impressed with this store. Parking lot is a bit of a nightmare & the Amazon returns kiosk is a mess however neither of those things are the store's fault! The "salad bar" seems to grow between visits. The variety and quality of the foods is top notch! The upsides here are well worth dealing with the minor annoyances.

I will drive 10 miles out of my way just for their roasted garlic bread. I hope no one reads this because it might just be WF's best kept secret and I dont want it to start going out of stock. I will not post pictures because then it will surely fly off every shelf within a 50 mile radius. I don't want to make it too easy. Carb junkies beware. You will not be able to control yourself. You've been warned.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. However, the automated Amazon return machine at this location is a disaster. The machine failed to process one of my returns. The staff were unhelpful or simply unable to help. Things went much better when humans handled the return process.Additionally, the bathrooms here are so over-fragranced that they are nearly unusable.

I have shopped here since they opened. We used to love their sushi, but the store discontinued the I store fantastic service. Well, I got a sushi today, 8 pieces, 3 tuna and 5 salmon. Salmon had a little fishy taste and tuna was inedible with bad seafood aftertaste. Unbelievable that it happened at Whole Foods. I used to get sashimi there under the previous sushi management, gorgeous. A store that sells you bad sushi is not a reputable place.

We walked up to the front desk to return an item and 2 people were standing in the doorway chatting. They saw us, did not greet us or acknowledge us in any way. 30 seconds pass until a man begins to wall the 7 paces it takes to get to the desk from the door. He still does not speak, proceeds to answer the phone once it starts ringing and handle another customer, he makes an announcement on his walkie talkie and then finally asks us if we are only returning one thing. It is simple, greet people even if you need to finish your conversation first, let us know. Secondly, handle the people that came first and are in your face first. It is incredibly rude that we waited, then the phone rang and he answered it and handled that person first. It leaves a bad taste in our mouths.

Visited this location yesterday with my brother, we’re not familiar with this location at all so we walked around and noticed that the security guard followed us the entire 15 minutes of us being in there, great job, making us feel like we can’t shop here!!! And we didn’t belong in this market! Racial profiling at his finest!

Most of the groceries we need we find in Wholefoods. Reliable high quality. Love their bakery. Things are definitely better with Prime membership. What I think they still need to do better is cut back on plastic packaging. Here's one example how they did it well with snap peas.

This is a really beautiful Whole Foods! It can be a bit weird to navigate and figure out where certain items are. For example it took me several visits to figure out that the sparkling water is up front behind the cash registers. There are tons of vegan groceries, and the produce is great quality. You can also drop off compost in a bin outside!

Be ware if doing amazon returns! Customer service will no longer assist you, even if you have large or multiple items or difficulty with the kiosk. They simply tell you amazon policy is all customers ONLY use the machine regardless of help requested or difficulty with tech; even the managers response is "Its a problem for us too." Items won't fit in kiosk or in poly bags and still being instructed to just leave on counter with a label and just click yes it was placed in machine anyway. Amazon later tells me product wasn't received and recharges me, and customer service staff says there is nothing they can do.Just go to Towson.

Clean and fresh a little small but very very pricey. Quick amazon return station Cashier could benefit from customer service training (just 1) not referring to all most are professional however few communicate with u. Some ignore n pretend not to hear you ask questions.
