Great first time visit! This store was a one woman show from washing, grooming, to cashier and she made it look effortless. When you arrive, there are two sets of doors, a double door and a single door on the left. Make sure to use the left one and ring the doorbell to be let in. Once inside, you'll be greeted by dog foods and supplies to the front and the wash and groom center past an open door to the right. You have the option to wash your dog yourself or have it done for you at one of the four available dog wash stations. We opted to wash our dog ourselves and were give two aprons and towels. Because it was our first time at a dog wash, she showed us how to use the machine. Make sure to bring your own shampoo or conditioner, but if you don't they have some available for purchase. Personally, she went above and beyond when she handpicked a shampoo for us with flea and tick after we mentioned heading to a national park and took the time to call us shortly after leaving when she noticed we forgot our dog brush. The total cost of a wash, shampoo, and extra flea and tick application came to a total of $40 which is extremely reasonable. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5/5 was because everytime I left to get something I had to ring the doorbell to be let in and it was extremely hot that day. However, once she noticed my frustration, she unlocked the door for me to make it easier on me.

This was a great experience! Even though she has a packed schedule, she was able to squeeze us in for a quick butt shave on our cat. She was quick and had a great price for the service. We will definitely be coming back!

Offered a 50% discount to wash my dog with no hot water. No thanks. Also, having random cats wandering the store while I try to wash my dog is a bad choice. Never spending money here again.

We came in from out of town, got rained out at the beach. Came by with a pretty dirty pup and were greeted with a smile. Everything was explained well and the facility was clean and well kept. We got recommended a shampoo that made our pup smell good and feel soft 😍 they even gave our puppy a complementary treat!

They have breed restrictions. With a hurt arm, I cannot wash my dog. They do not offer appointments to bathe pitbull‘s. Mine is a 14 year old, mild mannered, snuggliest dog you’ve ever met but I was denied this service based on his breed. Disappointed.

I love this place and so do my dog Dominic and cat Sebastian. I have been a customer for several years now and they really do a good job grooming my dog, he always walk in the door with no problem and when they are finished he always smell like a little gentleman. I took my cat and they did a great job trimming his nails. The service is fast, they are very friendly and the prices are good. I would highly recommend you take your little four legged family members to "Wash the Wag"

Mary Ann takes time with her customers, great care of their pups, and carries the best brands of dog food --- competitively priced. She also has a very nice rewards program. The do-it-yourself tubs are always clean and a great convenience... with a low step-in tub for the big guys and oldsters.

Very personable, one on one, face to face neighborhood groomer of pets. You we need to plan about 2 weeks ahead to get an appointment. The lady does great work.

Be prepared when you first walk in! Cats are running around the store, and the place reeks of urine. When they were checking me out a cat tried to bite the girl working there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, because it's a health code violation waiting to happen!

They do not provide shampoo or conditioner for your dogs, so bring your own. Other then that, fair price and a great staff.

Trash.....had to spin through twice lol the first time it washed the car with no water of soap. So they had us go back through a second time and it still was trash.
