Terrible auto center service. Three hours to put four tires on vehicle. Appointment doesn’t matter. Why? Lack of employees. People waiting for hours for service. Employees who are in the auto service department appear to be talking to each other rather than doing their work. Spoke to store manager …nothing changed about my horrible customer experience.Dumping Walmart stock today. Gone to the dogs….

I stopped to pick up a few items. It was well stocked. The one thing I can't stand is when people leave stink on the toilet seat. It looks like the bathroom stalls need some work done.

this Walmart doesn't have the food selection of the others close by but it's my favorite one to shop at.All the employees are very nice and helpful, and the sporting good selection is the best.Less crowded and craziness

Made an online order to Walmart and their delivery driver Rachel took a picture of my package in her car and took it marking it was delivered when it never was. She stole my package and who knows who else's packages either. The customer service online didn't really care too much about the situation and refunded the order to the wrong card and told nothing they can do cause it was already put through. They took my money and package instantly but when you want the item to be resent they said no and then when asked about a refund they said it taks 2-3 weeks for me to get it back which is rediculous. When you go to the physical store, their shelves are barely stocked anymore and there's a lot of empty shelving through the store. The staff at the this location that I've interacted with were very pleasant and warm hearted. But Walmart as an overall company have lost it's touch and needs to get their stuff together.

The Dundalk Walmart is a fairly new store. It's in a very accessible location and is kept clean. The employees are courteous and helpful as well.

This Walmart has a pretty big selection but the cashiers are super slow. The young ones are too busy chatting. I was in the express lane and I guess she knew one of the customers and they were on the register for like over 10 minutes trying to guess a pin number or doing some kind of transaction. Ultimately I had to leave my stuff on the counter and just walk away without purchasing anything.

Auto tire repair service is horrible, my tire repair is new. I went their for put the nail putt nail out and put stick in for repair. But they said there are two nails in and it is not repair able, I took my vehicle instead of replace it and I paid &18 to other shop they fixed it. I found they are ripping off through the tactics so that they can sale out Walmart’s tire. 2 thing they gave me appointment for 12 o clock and returned my vehicle at 2:30, they killed my time a lot and 2nd outcome was ripping off. They don’t deserve even one star too. Because there is no option for negative stars otherwise I don’t gave them. They should be banned for this service. They are fruad and tactics of sales of their tire on the name of free or cheaper services. I honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

One of my favorite ones around. Hardly ever crowded, no matter what time I go here to shop. Miss the fresh groceries but I just travel a little further to get what I need.

Wow, today it was nice even the atmosphere was nice. Wasn't too crowded when we went to check out the checkout lane had nobody else in line and nobody waiting that's a miracle in itself and I was at 2 or 3 on a Friday. The cashier was very helpful and very pleasant.

It's a good Walmart, my most frequent between dundalk and Carroll Island because of location. Now it does have flaws with the biggest being when its time to check out lol it does take forever because of lack of lanes opened....and the other being the clearance isle being in a busy isle (y'all know me a sucker for a good deal) with people pushing pallets and all that it becomes a hassle trying to shop comfortably without some employees making comments or being in the way

Order online u will have packages stolen by the employees nothing is done about it online orders are never correct about what's in stock so u get stuff week or more after it should have gotten it

I like the store and they have good deals on products. But man, if you don’t like the job you have, find one you do. It’s upsetting and anger provoking to have some cashiers doing their job with a miserable look on their faces and taking their frustrations out on your items. Slamming your cases of soda hard on the turntable. I had to take a deep breathe and walk away. Hope they find a job that makes them happier.

Walmart is Walmart but I will say the employee's are the worst. I asked 5 different employees and they literally ran me in circles. One employee would say it's not their isle & point me to someone else & they did the same etc. etc.

I was checking out with two items. The cashier asked if I wanted a bag, and I replied yes. She said it's five cents ($0.05)I said no bag. So I am carrying the items out, and they want to check me at the door.

Stood in line for 10 mins waiting to be helped finally got help for my Christmas cards worker said " i cant find them let me look in back" waiting 15 minutes with a 3 year old waiting for worker to come back just to find her HELPING SOMEONE ELSE for cell phone orders. Finally after i said something she came over asked my name for the third time goes in the back computer and says " oh fedex still had it snd they will be here tomorrow" i waited a total of 30 mins to be told it wasnt there meanwhile my app says " ready for pick up" ive been getting Christmas cards for years guess it time for sutterfly 🤦‍♀️
