I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and senselessness at a Walgreens ever until tonight. The individual today behaved in an aggressive disrespectful manner to a customer. I seen the manager cursing and disrespectfully addressing someone who walked up shortly in-front of me. That behavior is not needed anywhere in retail, especially towards a customer. She called herself a manager but I think that she was a team lead.

I am a long time customer. Mike is the main pharmacist is really pleasant and he is also very good with a needle. It was pretty much painless. Sidney and the other helpers there are really nice but there's one your girl that is nasty. She always has such an attitude and its sad because they put her on the drive-thru. For that reason, I didn't give 5 stars.

There is a chubby Caucasian young lady with colorful hair at this location. She is sometimes at the register or at the pharmacy she has a very nasty attitude in person and over the phone. No professionalism or customer service. This person needs to be fired and because of her I will be moving my medication to CVS and also I will report her to Corporate Walgreens. When you work in customer service you need to know how to treat customers because they are the ones who make you have a job.

Went to Walgreens on 3/11/2022Looking to pick up a few items.I went to purchase a SquishmallowWe tried to purchase one on the counter.The cashier, I think her name was Jen. A white woman around 50ish.Informed me that I can't purchase thembecause she was going to buy them after work. "Their mine" She had about 6 or more rare squishmallows all the same design. in plain sight on the counter.They were not purchased yet.Wouldn't let the kid in front of me purchase the unpurchased merch.No wonder we can't find rare squishmallows. The employees hoard them & flip them online. Shady & disgusting! They don't even hide the fact that they flip these toys online.I don't even want to shop here anymore.I tried to contact the manager GraceTo make her aware of the situation.But They wouldn't let me speak to her.I really hope Walgreens is aware of thisI never had an issue at other Walgreens locations.

I feel a need to respond to the young"lady " who said a whole essay of lies about me taking the rare squishmallows... We don't get "rare" squishmallows and I have never bought duplicates or sold online. The ones she claims were on counter unpaid for, were in fact paid for. All my squishmallows are bought for my 30 yr old profoundly disabled child to bring him some joy and NOT to make a profit.It's a shame someone can just post whatever they want and defame someone over some stuffed toys.

Great customer service .. store was clean, organized & had plenty of products such as health/wellness/vitamins, beauty products/cosmetics, hair / skin products plus different varieties of snacks & beverages. They even have a section devoted to seasonal/holiday merchandise.

Pharmacy tech gave me a hard time about getting a rx that's been paid for by the government. Staff needs training, I'm sure they turned away others out of pure laziness.

I've been filling prescriptions here since January 2020 and find the staff to be very professional and helpful. My family also received their flu shots here this year and the pharmacist did an excellent job, minimal pain.

Why can’t I get a paper receipt? If you’ve been around over 100 years, don’t you think you should know how to treat your customers? Also, I couldn’t find the boar brush in there I bought over a decade ago.

I was there to do a job where I scanned barcodes but was harassed by the manager I wasn't doing anything illegal she was just being nosy Which made the experience uncomfortable when I wasn't bothering anybody

Ordered from this store on UberEats and the driver told me that this Store was closed way before 9:00pm which is supposed to be the closing time! What’s going on?! Very unprofessional and false advertising from UberEats as well as the store not being open as advertised! Had to get a refund which was inconvenient and unnecessary! I needed the things I ordered so this kind of shady stuff has to stop!
