For some “common household” items, I usually shop at either Target or CVS, but sometime last month, I was in the area and decided to stop by this Walgreens retail store for the first time. The customer service associate was courteous and helpful. I had no problem finding common household items; they were in stock. And the retail prices were competitive. The only complaint: The soap dispenser was empty in the men’s room.

I usually have a good experience with them. They answer the phones, they explain when I need help. Drive thru is pretty quick. But some of my prescriptions I do have to stay on top of them sometimes to make sure they’re in stock. Otherwise my favorite local pharmacy

Horrible horrible customer service!! Complaining to corporate about what happened! The pharmacists are liers and make up their own rules as it suits them!!! I HAVE found a different pharmacy to go to!! I also received my Medication yesterday even after the black lady pharmacist Did her best to block me from getting it! Corporate needs to realize if I had not received it, I could have relapsed for the last time and died. I guess she has issues with addicts as well!! 😡

I was shopping at Walgreens and had a question for the pharmacy tech. I stood in line, one person in front being waited on. They finished their transaction. I stepped up to ask my question and she closed the window. I said to her (I didn't get her name) that I simply had a question. She didn't even acknowledge me, though she did see and hear me. Not my first bad experience with this store. Needless to say, I put my purchases back and will not patronize this store again. One star is too many.

Carroll Island never had any of my prescriptions on time. I call this pharmacy, it’s ready in 5 mins and I never have to worry about not having my medicines that I need. This pharmacy is EFFICIENT! 10/10.

Well my faith has been restored. CVS was out of meds so I had no choice but to come here. Each time Devon the pharmacist has been awesome!! He’s always been so helpful. Please keep him. I’m glad that other lady is GONE!! Thanks Devon

This store constantly lies and says they don't have the products when a pickup order is placed. They then eventually cancel the order . When I've gone I to the store to check the item is there in stock . Also if I use a coupon on the canceled order ,the coupon Is marked as used. So if I try to purchase the item after it was canceled I wouldn't get to use the coupon. If they don't want to do their jobs just don't accept pickup orders .I did ask the cashier when I went in To physically buy the item why my order was canceled and they have the item. The cashier said it's cause they were busy . Do better walgreens .

This Walgreens would not refill my blood pressure medicine so I called my doctor. They called it in without my knowing about it. Didn’t receive any update from Walgreens even though I get texts when prescriptions are filled. Called them this morning and they kept picking up the phone and putting me back on hold. What kind of customer service is that? I’ve been without my medicine for 4 days now.

This is a update from my last review which was awhile ago, still having the same issue with getting my son's refills before he runs out of his medicine. They have requested I call them atleast a week before we need it filled so they can make sure they have it in stock...I stay with them because the location is convenient and I have been going there for so long for all of my families Rx's, with no other issues but this one, but it is getting ridiculous.I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for over 10 years with no issues until recently. I have been getting the same medication filled there for YEARS, every month like clockwork, with no problems BUT this is the 2nd month they had to order it and it was not delivered in time so I ran out. Like most meds. I HAVE to have this medication! This has been a HUGE inconvenience and I am now shopping around for another pharmacy. Very disappointed with Walgreens Pharmacy. Other then this the store itself is great, only drawback is there is only ever 1 cashier and the line takes forever, even if it's just 1 or 2 people ahead. Seems like they always need to call management for assistance which just holds everyone up even longer. Definitely never "in & out" quickly. So overall, its not convenient in anyway but it is always clean, well stocked and their employees are friendly (most of the time, but that's normal anywhere you go these day's, some people are just miserable).

My husband never shops but because I was sick he went to Walgreens for suppliesI gave him the card. The girl was very nice. When he gave her the card, the girl said he had to tell her his code.Guess she didn't notice it was credit and not debit. She then walked away with the cardHe didn't notice what she did and then came back with the card. Within a few days over $500.00 in restaurant charges appeared on our charge card. Be forewarned, that young lady may have seemed nice with a dubiousMotive. Will not be using Walgreens for anything.

Apparently wait times are over 3 hours. This pharmacy is extremely slow, and unhelpful. I've been waiting 3 days for them to fill my newborns rx and when I asked them to expedite the prescription they told me they couldn't guarantee that it'd be done. They need to get it together

Had a Covid vaccine appointment at 1PM, got there 15 mins early, one line to register together with anyone who needs something from pharmacy including drive thru. Long waiting time. The staff are nice and respectful but way understaffed. Plan to wait at least an hour to get your business done.

They're very chatty amongst staff and visiting staff but not inclined to help or be polite to customers. Also very disorganized behind the scenes. I shall finish my business today. I shan't return. CVS is just across the street.

Went in store today me and my son wearing face mask like we are ask to do. But there were other customers who were not wearing mask. And neither was employee. But the worker decided to ask me and my son to stand on blue box and tell us we were breaking the rules. When there were customers not even wearing a mask. Why try and force rules with customer who is following rules but not say anything to the people not even wearing a mask. 😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷

Stupid that masks are mandatory in store even though there's no mask mandate and the cashier yelled at me when i walked in about it. ridiculous!! I'll just take my business somewhere else if you are gonna yell at me.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY SERVICE!! They NEVER answer the phone. They put me on hold without even saying please hold. I have been hung up on twice without a word said. BAD BAD BAD!!

At this location the pharmacy service is fast at the drive thru and inside the store.The employees are very helpful when you need help finding your needed products.

Right across from a CVS, to me they are about equal. I think some prices are a bit better on some items, but not really enough to sway me one way or the other.
