Went to the Pharmacy to ask about the titers testing. There's more than 4 people behind the counter as I walk up, no one greeted me. They were engaged in conversation between them. The icing on the cake was the pharmacy technician ( I assume they were) out of all 5 of then no one knew what the test was. Rude and without knowledge of immunization test. One had their phone, another drinking a Starbucks drink. I left out with a sour taste in my mouth.

The lady manager here was extremely rude. She just pointed me to a screen that lacked any of the information I requested! Meanwhile the cashier Kai’an was extremely professional and helpful! Would come back for the experience she gave but that manager on duty was not exhibiting great customer service skills. I worked at Walgreens for years as a manager and that would’ve never been acceptable under my leadership

This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for the past 13 years. I must say that the last 3 years have been horrible. Mainly due to the long wait times in the pharmacy line. It's has been ridiculous since the Rite Aid on the Alameda shopping center closed. All types of rift raft .The part the irritates me the most is the unpleasant, smart mouthed, mask wearing, short hair pharmacy tech. Her attitude is beyond trash. She acts like everyone is dirty a d she's scared to be close to anyone. At first you had to stand directly in front of the shield and if you don't She will let you know. Now that the protective shield is gone , she will stand at one register, look your info up while you are standing at the other one. Get you prescription, check it at the one your standing at. Ask you to enter your phone number and move all the way back to the damn bins everytime the customer is asked to enter something or even pay. Ol Girl is okay with handing you your items directly to your hand. Make it make sense. She does not need to work with the public.

The pharmacist was kinda rude from the jump, I get that its a stressful job so whatever. But when I tried to ask a question about why my medication cost so much more than before they got an attitude like I was stupid even for asking. Ruined my night and made me very upset. I asked a single question, if you dont know the answer just say that and if you think I'm stupid for even askin then just be quiet and say you dont know. If you cant speak to people then dont work the register, it isnt fair for you to ruin other peoples day just because youre unhappy. 2/29/24 7:15pm

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. It was quite distressing when they abruptly ended the call after advising me to stop requesting a prescription, without explaining the situation properly. Even though I had received a notification that my medicine was available, I was later informed that it was not. To make matters worse, “Kia”suggested that individuals like me only seek drugs, which added to my frustration. “Mary” said to “meet her outside “ repeatedly. I was also told that I was racist. I felt threatened by the pharmacy staff, security, and photo staff. Moreover, they refused to provide me with my necessary medication. The staff displayed extreme rudeness, entitlement, lack of professionalism, and disrespect. I have read the reviews and don’t understand why these people still work here. I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs.

Based on the recent reviews, I see I'm not actually the worst person in the world for calling and asking when FedEX picks up (as the employee on the phone would have made it seem). I don't know if I've ever talked to a ruder individual in my life. I never thought I'd be prompted to write a Walgreens review, but here I am. Get some training, Walgreens and monitor this location! This is AWFUL.

They were Tony tiger great...now I don't know on hold 22 minutes..wow they answer again oooops...PLEASE HOLD. HOPEFULLY it's JUST MY neighbor hood. They came back. They want you to hang up instead of saying "WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP" WAIT ARE THEY ON STRIKE. RUDE DISRESPECTFUL

A terrible service I spent 30 minutes waiting for them to come to take care of me in the hallway I was looking for a pain medication never arrived the person I went to the cashier to pay and I asked if they could help me because I needed the medicine and they answered rudely that I pressed the customer service button someone would come to help me. Everyone one is super friendly and helpful from the front counter to the pharmacy. It’s clean and well stocked and one of the better Walgreens when someone doesn’t drive through the front door.

Dirty location. Lots of trash blowing around the building from their overfilled trash bin. Rat traps around the building. They also play loud obnoxious music outside. I enjoyed the staff when I would visit the store but I do not go there anymore because of how dirty the store is.

If I could give no stars, I would. I hate shopping here. The employees are exceptionally rude and lack work ethic. They are more interested in socializing than helping the customer.I presented to pick up an online order today around 1:30pm (9/18/23). I was rudely told that the order had been cancelled without any explanation as to why. They lied and told me there was a storm - I live within a half-mile radius of the store and am aware that there was no storm last night. I'm sad that I did not catch their names, but it was two women employees today (providing this description so that upper management can hopefully track who was working and either provide them with additional customer service training or give their jobs to someone who would appreciate it more).

I don not often leave reviews but Brenda in the Pharmacy is incredible and deserves one truly! She was able to help me out tremendously today and was an absolute pleasure in the process. She was upbeat and happy to be helping. Fantastic employees throughout the pharmacy and cashier. I will definitely be using this Walgreens as my go to for pharmacy items. They were organized, timely, and had great attitudes.

The manager is great but the short older woman with a buzz cut and grey hair in her hair is horrible. I went in there to pick up my package and she told me she couldn’t find it and when I told her it said it was delivered here, she looked me up and down and said I don’t know what you want me to tell you. Very rude. I left and went back in and the manager “helped” her look and they found my package. When they came out the back the employee said to the manager “ima grow up some day”. My words of advice is if you have to go deal with anyone, just deal with the manager!!! I will be complaining if I have another run in with this employee.

Extremely poor service at the pharmacy. Was told that my prescription would be ready on Thursday after it was partially filled on Tuesday but waited until Saturday to pick up to be sure. When I arrived it was not ready and the employee asked me to step to the side because she needed to speak to the pharmacist. I waited 35 minutes as she helped other customers and answered phone calls. I finally left to do some other errands and came back an hour later and was told that the prescription was not ready and was not available at the location. Pharmacist was extremely dismissive and lacks customer service skills.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. It’s astonishing really. They lose prescriptions, try and overcharge, tell you it’s filled and then you show up and they don’t have the drug. Poor old lady in front of me, they filled her prescription and then apparently just misplaced and couldn’t find it. Worst yet, the one dude there couldn’t care less! Rude as hell! Never stepping foot here again!

I have now gone to this Walgreens and possibly Walgreens as a whole for the last time. It has nothing to do with the regular store staff. They are amazing. They are always friendly and they're always looking to help. The problem is the pharmacy staff. This is the second time they filled the wrong prescription for me and most of the pharmacy staff has a massive attitude problem. I was in fact told today that it was my fault that they filled the wrong prescription and that I should have been looking over my doctor's shoulder to make sure that they had submitted the correct one. Apparently, the woman who answered the phones right to have an attitude with anyone who called them over road a toddler's need for Albuterol. She was nasty. She was entitled and she's the reason that I'll never be shopping at Walgreens again. Avoid this particular location like the plague if you need to have any pharmacy services performed. Rite aid is across the street...

I have Covid. I called to see if I could get a prescription filled so I wouldn’t have to go in. I was on the phone for 45 minutes with someone on the other end constantly putting me back in the hold line without ever saying a word to me as to how long my wait might be, if I should look elsewhere, or if someone would eventually help me. Eventually, they just ended the call without ever saying a word. Infuriating.The pharmacy is probably overworked and they need more staff or less customers. Maybe don’t go there and help the workers out a bit.

I received one of the worst services among pharmacies I have ever visited. The assistant at the pharmacy jumps around multiple things, prolonging my 2min job to like 30min waiting. I wonder if Walgreens ever train their employee about customer service. Very frustrated and never come back to this store again!

Pharmacy manager is RUDE AND HATEFUL. Store manager doesn't even bother to admit they are in the store. AVOID WALGREENS AT all costs and go to CVS or Target unless you want to be treated like you are TRASH. PHARMACY MANAGER refused a vaccine that had been approved through the Walgreens appointment system. How pathetic that Walgreens employs a person who treats their customers so poorly when there are so many other options to spend our money. Never again. Avoid Walgreens!!

The staff was very unproffessional. I came for a flu shot and ended up having to wait a whole hour before I could get the shot. The only person keeping me from giving a 1 star review was the pharmacist. He was very nice and professional. Other than that, the customer service was terrible.

I ordered a pillow and photo book for Mother’s Day. I went to pick up the items and I was told they weren’t there. The employee really didn’t even look and told me to call the manager. I called the store for the manager and received no answer. Please do better. I usually don’t have a problem with this store, but this was extremely disappointing.

The male clerk and the pharmacist could have been a little more helpful..I had an appt but my12 year old grandson didnt.we both wanted booster shots..I was there for an hour and only 1 person came in to get the shot..I know they could have seen my grandson but because they had the authority they didn't. What was the satisfaction of seeing a 12 year old leave out the store without getting booster shot...and it wasn't like they had to work him in because they were so crowded they could have seen walking that day..People we have to do better..

ZERO STARS is my real rating. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Changes at this location over the past few years have put this store in the toilette. The store manager is very nice and helpful, but nothing makes up for how AWFUL the pharmacist(s) and pharmacy staff are: They are beyond rude, self-righteous, and totally unhelpful. ALWAYS. As well as acting like they are doing you a favor by handling your order, they have lost prescriptions on multiple occasions, given me the wrong medication, [a cashier] tried to fake being the pharmacist when I asked to speak to her .. the list goes on and on. It is an unpleasant experience from start to finish. I have been going there for nearly 20 years, and I AM DONE. Also, DON'T believe the web site: I was told by the cashier that they don't really call for your refills if you don't have any - it'll just sit there until you come looking for it - and the delivery option is a sham.

I walk the isles with a basket and start to pull the items for my order. Ring the bell and Store Lead Rodger opens the razer locked box for me. Success I found everything and go to the person who told me the order was cancelled. Shakia says Nope those items are different and she grabs them and throws them in a basket to her side. I commented to Rodger how lazy the staff is to let a customer shop and then not fulfill the order.Tue, Mar 23, 3:00 PM - I leaveTue, Mar 23, 4:20 PM - I get an email - Hi, your order is ready for pickup!Tue, Mar 23, 5:45 PM - I return and Rodger (guy who picked up the basket Shakia tossed things into) is there and hands me the bag with exactly the items I had pulled from shelves. During the checkout process he makes some under breath comments and I responded to him about how lazy the staff was not to fulfill orders in a timely manner.Best line - Rodger says You are the lazy shopper making us shop for you!Guess he never got the memo from Manager and CEO that they were pushing NEW! Pickup in as little as 30 minutes* when you order online1/24 8AM Mark store manager covers up for his lazy staff by saying I was rude to them.

Not a good place to get your vaccine shots. The staff had no sense of urgency. Shot was not prepared until arrived. Staff became very irritated when I started to ask questions. Just horrible.
